This study explores the role and importance of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) volunteer organizations in influencing various dimensions of societal life, namely social, economic, environmental, health, and educational aspects. Through qualitative analysis, this research identifies the significant contributions of ICT volunteer organizations in community empowerment, enhancing digital skills, and providing access to information. The results of the study indicate that the activities of ICT volunteers not only improve digital literacy but also have a broad positive impact on various aspects of life.

Soybeans have a major role in the Indonesian economy, as they are the main source of raw materials in various industries. The objectives of this study are to identify factors affecting the increase in soybean prices, develop a dynamic system modelling related to the increase in soybean prices, calculate the availability of soybeans against the effect of soybean prices, and develop alternative policy recommendations to meet the needs of soybeans in the productivity of tempeh and tofu in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. Applying system dynamics with Powersim uses a causal loop diagram to translate the variables that affect the availability of soybeans to meet the demand for soybeans. The results of this study show that the value of E1 for the sub-model of the rate of import activities is 1.0%, the availability of soybeans is 1.0%, and the need for soybeans is 0.99%, so E1 is declared Valid The value of E2 for the sub-model of the rate of import activities is 0%, the availability of soybeans is 0.622%, the need for soybeans is 0.325% so the value of E2 is declared valid. The forecasting variable of the rate of import activities in this study affects the availability and demand for soybeans. The availability variable influences the fulfilment of soybean demand. Balikpapan City can achieve soybean self-sufficiency for the following years if the needs have been met.

Komputer jaringan merupakan salah satu bidang penting dalam teknologi informasi yang terus berkembang seiring kemajuan teknologi. Berbagai perangkat jaringan komputer terus berinovasi untuk mengikuti perkembangan tersebut, termasuk Mikrotik, salah satu produk router yang banyak digunakan dalam implementasi sistem jaringan. Sebagai dosen, pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM), menjadi tanggung jawab yang harus dijalankan setiap tahun. Pada tahun ini, PKM difokuskan pada Jurusan Komputer di SMKN 1 Peringgasela. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa di bidang jaringan komputer dengan menggunakan Mikrotik. Pelatihan ini juga bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi Ujian Kompetensi Keahlian (UKK) serta memberikan bekal yang bermanfaat bagi pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PSG) maupun setelah lulus nantinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi ceramah dan praktik (demonstrasi). Secara keseluruhan, hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini mencakup antusiasme dan semangat siswa, serta keberhasilan dalam beberapa aspek, yaitu: 1) Tercapainya keberhasilan pelatihan, 2) Terwujudnya tujuan penelitian yang telah direncanakan, dan 3) Tercapainya target materi yang telah ditetapkan.

PT. Telkom Akses memiliki divisi maintenance yang bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan infrastruktur fiber optic pada perangkat ODC. Untuk saat ini divisi maintenance masih menggunakan label manual sebagai penanda port di ODC, Tetapi di lapangan penggunaan label manual sangat tidak efektif dan efisien dari sisi operasional karena dapat menyebabkan gangguan ODP dan kesulitan pada penelusuran port di ODC. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalah tersebut yaitu dengan membuat aplikasi label port pada ODC. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode perancangan waterfall yang difokuskan pada pengembangan model dengan menggunakan UML (Unified Model Language) dan menggunakan bahasa pemrogramam PHP, serta Xampp dengan Apache sebagai web server dan MySQL yang digunakan sebagai penyimpanan database. Sehingga penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan teknisi dalam mengidentifikasi port pada ODC. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan implementasi aplikasi label port pada optical distribution cabinet di PT. Telkom Akses Balikpapan diperoleh hasil sesuai harapan karena memenuhi aspek fungsional. Pengujian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode functional blackbox testing dengan menerapkan berbagai macam kasus. Dari pengujian tersebut diperoleh hasil bahwa admin/teknisi tidak mendapatkan error maupun output diluar dari harapan.

This study aims to explore the role and impact of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) volunteer organizations in digital literacy development, focusing on goal setting, needs identification, and the volunteer recruitment process. The research concept indicates that clear goal setting, which includes needs identification, consultation with stakeholders, and SMART goal development, significantly contributes to the effectiveness of digital literacy program implementation. Furthermore, identifying needs and challenges, including in-depth research and priority analysis, as well as program adjustments, influences the success of program monitoring and evaluation. The volunteer recruitment and selection process, which includes criteria selection, information dissemination, a rigorous selection process, and training and monitoring, plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and commitment of volunteers, impacting the program evaluation outcomes. This research concept provides insights into how the relationship of ICT volunteer organizations can enhance the effectiveness of digital literacy programs through strategic planning, appropriate volunteer selection, and community-based program adjustments. The importance of feedback in the evaluation process is highlighted to improve and refine digital literacy programs in the future.

Perkembangan infrastruktur digital di Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) menuntut ketersediaan jaringan komunikasi yang andal dan berkelanjutan. Salah satu kebutuhan utama adalah penyediaan jaringan kabel serat optik untuk mendukung layanan data pada perangkat tower milik PT. Telkomsel. Untuk menjawab kebutuhan tersebut, PT. Telkom Indonesia merancang dua skenario pengembangan jaringan: jangka pendek, menyesuaikan dengan kondisi pembangunan infrastruktur dasar oleh Otorita IKN, dan jangka panjang, yang mengacu pada Master Utility Trench (MUT) sebagai jalur permanen infrastruktur jaringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang arsitektur jaringan kabel optik jangka panjang yang optimal dan sesuai standar. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pengumpulan data lapangan, analisis kebutuhan teknis, dan pemodelan jaringan. Perangkat lunak Google Earth Pro digunakan untuk memetakan jalur kabel berdasarkan kondisi geografis aktual, sedangkan aplikasi draw.io dimanfaatkan untuk menggambar desain topologi jaringan. Analisis kelayakan jaringan dilakukan melalui perhitungan Link Budget untuk memastikan kualitas transmisi sinyal tetap berada dalam batas toleransi yang diperbolehkan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa desain jaringan kabel optik yang diusulkan memenuhi standar teknis berdasarkan perhitungan Link Budget. Dengan demikian, desain ini layak untuk diimplementasikan sebagai solusi permanen dalam mendukung layanan komunikasi PT. Telkomsel di wilayah IKN.
