Kompetensi pedagogik guru merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang harus dmiliki oleh seorang guru untuk lebih memahami karakteristik peserta didik sehingga pembelajaran menjadi lebih efektif. kepala sekolah mengadakan supervisi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan dan menjamin mutu pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi pembelajaran terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru di SMP Muhammadiyah Kota Jayapura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 30 orang dengan sampel berjumlah 25 orang dengan mengunakan metode random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis mengunakan SPSS 16. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan perhitungan dengan bantuan program SPSS 16 adalah sebagai berikut; (1.) supervisi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah sudah baik, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil rata - ratanya adalah 85.08., (2.) kompetensi pedagogik guru sudah baik, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil rata – rata adalah 77, 12., (3.) adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan, supervisi pembelajaran oleh kepala sekolah terhadap kompetensi paedagogik guru , hal ini ditunjukkan pada koefisien determinasi R Square ( R2) sebesar 0,113 dan nilai F hitung sebesar 2,810 dari db 24.

This study aimed to find out the implementation of learning management and supporting and obstacle factors in SMA Negeri 1 Kota Jayapura. This type of research was descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were wali kelas teachers in grades X, XI, and XII, students, principal and vice principals of the curriculum section. Data retrieval techniques were structured interviews, nonpartisan observation guides, and documentation. Data validity tested using triangulation, medium to analyze data using data reduction, data presentation and data verification or inference. The results of research on Implementation of Learning Management in SMA Negeri 1 Kota Jayapura were found that the Implementation of Learning Management which includes planning, implementation and evaluation had been carried out properly based on Kurikulum 2013 guidelines so that the learning program could run well although there were some shortcomings that need to be included in the school. The supporting factors such as schools with educators as Kurikulum 2013 instructors at the city and provincial levels. While the inhibition factor that researchers found is not very significant, namely some teachers when the implementation of Kurikulum 2013 RPP was still carried away with KTSP and class management was still centered on teachers. The 2015-16 year has been a long time in the making, with some teachers overwhelmed by the assessment. Keywords: Maintenance of library space, Library equipment, Library equipment

This research aims to determine the principal's communication style and the teachers’ performance at SMK Negeri 3 Jayapura, and also to find out the significance relation between both. This was a quantitative research. The population that is used was 110 that is include the principal and the teachers. Sample that is used was 86 people with significant level of 0.05%. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was performed using product moment correlation and using SPSS version 23 for windows. Based on the results, this research showed that: (1) The principal’s communication style in SMK Negeri 3 Jayapura is in the high category with a mean of 109.49 and a standard deviation of 11.118. (2) The teachers’ performance in SMK Negeri 3 Jayapura is in the high category with a mean of 157.26 and a standard deviation of 18.671. (3) There is no significant relation between the principal’s communication style and the teachers’ performance at SMK Negeri 3 Jayapura. It showed by rhitung 0,066≤ rtabel 0,220.Keywords: Communication Style, Teachers, Teacher's performance, com munication and performance of Teachers.

This study aims to look at the correlation between classroom management and the application of character education in Kurikulum 2013 in the Automotive Department, SMK Negeri 3 Jayapura. This research was a quantitative study, with a sample of 173 people from 314 populations. Methods of data collection were using questionnaires / questionnaires and observations, through validity and reliability testing using product moment correlation and calculations assisted with Statistical Package for Socience version 25 (SPSS). From the results of the study showed that there was a positive relationship between classroom management and the application of character education in Kurikulum 2013, seen from the results of a correlation of 0.730 with a comparison of rcount> rtable (0.730> 0.148). In addition, the relationship between classroom management and the implementation of character education in Kurikulum 2013 is 73% and the remaining 27% was determined by other factors, such as character education in the family and society because the factors for successful implementation of character education in Kurikulum 2013 come from families, schools and public. This study aims to analyze the extent to which the fulfillment of process standards, facilities and infrastructure standards, and management standards in Taman Kanak-Kanak Negeri Pembina Kotaraja. This research used a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the principal and teachers. Data collection through triangulation methods of observation, interviews and study documentation. Data analysis used through several stages including data reduction, data collection, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the study showed that (1) Taman Kanak-Kanak Negeri Pembina Kotaraja had met the process standard. This can be seen from the curriculum that has been created by the school, (2) Taman Kanak-Kanak Negeri Pembina Kotaraja has fulfilled some minimum standards of facilities and infrastructure standards. This is evidenced by the presence of educational toys that are complete enough to develop moral and religious values, motor skills, language, art, cognitive, social emotional, (3) Taman Kanak-Kanak Negeri Pembina Kotaraja has met management standards. This could be proven by the vision, mission, and goals of the school, the annual work plan made by the principal, the education calendar created by the school that refers to the Kota Jayapura Education calendar, the school organizational structure that contains positions, personnel and the flow of responsibilities and job descriptions and functions of each personnel in the school organizational structure. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of school organizational culture and the principal's learning supervision of teacher performance. Data was collected through a closed questionnaire to educators at madrasah - madrasah tsanawiyah at the junior high school level in Abepura District with a total of 3 schools. The number of samples is 38 people. Data analysis uses the help of a data processing application, namely SPSS 16. The results of the research include 1. the influence of school organizational culture on teacher performance with an r value of 0.379. This can be interpreted as a weak relationship. 2. There is an influence between learning supervision on teacher performance with an r value of 0.487. It can be interpreted that there is sufficient ridge 3. There is a significant influence between the culture of the school organization and the supervision of learning on teacher performance with a value of 0.523. Meanwhile, the contribution made by the X1 variable, namely the school organizational culture and the X2 variable, namely the supervision of the school principal's learning towards Y, namely the teacher's performance of 23.2%. The COVID-19 pandemic led to a policy of changing the learning system from offline to online. This policy has an impact on schools in Jayapura City, Papua. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of learning in schools during the pandemic. Data retrieval using the triangulation method with research subjects came from representatives of kindergarten, elementary, and junior high school educators as well as representatives of the al-barakah foundation. The results of this study indicate that the principal in planning learning begins by holding In House Training which discusses the mechanism of implementing learning for one semester. In addition, making standard operating procedures for various activities. The implementation of learning experienced a reduction in teaching time and a reduction in extracurricular activities and other student self-development activities. Furthermore, the evaluation of learning carried out is based on information technology that utilizes the internet network. However, there is a school decision regarding the learning material taught to students in the form of essential material so that some material is not conveyed. This will result in a decrease in the quality of the material conveyed to students and the loss of one of the materials in certain subjects.Keywords: Planning; implementation; evaluation; covid-19 pandemic

This study aims to determine how the teacher's personality competence is, how the student's character is, and the relationship between teacher's personality competence and student character. The research subjects were class VIII students at SMP Muhammadiyah Jayapura with a population of 170 people and a sample of 119 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire and observation. Meanwhile, instrument analysis includes analysis of validity and reliability. The prerequisite test for data analysis included normality and linearity tests. Then the data analysis was carried out using the product moment correlation calculation and assisted by the Statistical Package for Science (SPSS) version 16. The results showed that the variable X teacher personality competence was in the very high category with a mean value of 146.56 which means that the teacher's personality competence was good. Then the student character Y variable is in the high category with a mean value of 131.72 which means that most of the students' characters are good. The calculation results show that rhitung is greater than rtable (0.544> 0.180). This value concludes that at a significant level of 0.05% there is a relationship between teacher personality competence and student character at SMP Muhammadiyah Jayapura. The findings of this study can be used as a reference for developing the implementation of Strengthening Character Education (PPK) in schools.Keywords: Teacher’s personality competencies; student’s characters

This study aims to determine the relationship of transformational leadership of school principals, performance of educators and education personnel to the status of accreditation in state Vocational Schools in Jayapura City. The city of Jayapura totaling 78. Data analysis techniques using multiple correlation, and the coefficient of determination to find out the percentage of the relationship.The results showed that there was no relationship between the transformational leadership of the principal and accreditation status, there was no relationship between the performance of educators and the status of accreditation. education, there is no relationship between the performance of the teaching staff and the status of accreditation, there is no relationship between the transformational leadership of the school principal, the performance of the teaching staff and the teaching staff with the status of accreditation.
