Abstract

The Arab Spring is a prominent example of the spread of cross-national regime contention. It is widely accepted that succesfull for regime contention triggered protest in Tunisia and Egypt and other countries. And Syria was one of the countries affected by it revolution. This study aims to examine the poem by Samar Yazbik entitled “Fi Intidzar al-Mawt” which describes the humanitarian crisis that occurred in Syria during the post-Arab Spring when the civil war caused the conflict between the opposition and the government to be a bloodshed. Researchers try to study using Abraham's theory of multilevel needs. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis with reading and note-taking techniques. And the result of this study is to know clearly that the conflict between the opposition and the Assad regime that broke the peace made Syrians lose their rights as whole human beings. So the conclusion of this study is that this poem shows its expertise in describing the tense conditions of Syria due to the post-Arab Spring conflict.

Abstract

Sociocultural theory is a theory in sociology and psychology that addresses the importance of culture and society in the development and formation of individuals. One of the main components in the sociocultural theory proposed by Lev Vygotsky is the concept of scaffolding which refers to the form of support or assistance provided by more competent individuals, such as adults, teachers, or even peers, to learners who are trying to understand a concept or complete a particular task The purpose of the research is to observe how the concept of scaffolding in Vygotsky's sociocultural theory in learning maharah kalam in the Arabic takhosus program of Darul Fattah Bandar Lampung Qur'anic Junior High School. Data were collected through observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques are by summarizing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The result of this study is that the concept of scaffolding in this program is through two main sources, namely teachers and peers. It is hoped that this research can be a reference for similar research and further research can further develop similar research.

Abstract

The preparation of religious court judges in carrying out their new competencies to handle sharia economic conflicts is a top priority following the amendment of Law No. 7 of 1989 to Law No. 3 of 2006 concerning religious courts. This research was conducted to determine the readiness of religious court judges in Jember to resolve sharia economic issues as mandated by Law No. 3 of 2006. The results indicate that the judges at the Jember Religious Court are always prepared to handle sharia economic conflicts. However, the methods of examining, adjudicating, and resolving sharia economic cases have not yet been tested or measured, as no such cases have been reported to the Jember Religious Court since the enactment of Law No. 3 of 2006. Kesiapan hakim pengadilan agama dalam menjalankan kompetensi barunya untuk menangani konflik ekonomi syariah menjadi prioritas utama setelah perubahan Undang-Undang No. 7 Tahun 1989 menjadi Undang-Undang No. 3 Tahun 2006 tentang peradilan agama. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesiapan hakim pengadilan agama di Jember dalam menyelesaikan masalah ekonomi syariah sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Undang-Undang No. 3 Tahun 2006. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hakim pengadilan agama di Jember selalu siap dalam menangani konflik ekonomi syariah. Namun, cara memeriksa, memutus, dan menyelesaikan masalah ekonomi syariah belum teruji dan terukur, karena sejak diundangkannya Undang-Undang No. 3 Tahun 2006, belum ada satu pun perkara yang dilaporkan di pengadilan agama Jember.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyajikan tentang implementasi media pembelajaran berbasis mobile learning di masa Covid-19 dalam meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam dan hasl implementasi media Pembelajaran Berbasis mobile learning terhadap hasil belajarsiswa pada pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN 1 Kalimas Besuki Situbondo. Didalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan Pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun untuk menganalisis data peneliti dengan Data Reduksi, Penyajian Data, dan Penyimpulan Data/Verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan sebelum di terapkannya media pembelajaran berbasis mobile learning hasil belajar siswa dibawah kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) dari pelajaran ini. Setelah di terapkannya media pembelajaran berbasis mobile learning, ini membuktikan bahwa siswa semakin mudah memperoleh pembelajaran secara daring dan juga dipermudah dalam mengakses tugas sekolah karena di dalam media pembelajaran berbasis mobile ini terbukti sangat efektif sebagai solusi didalam menghadapi masa pandemi covid-19.

Abstract

إن عملية التعليم تحتاج إلى طريقة المناسبة باحتياجات الطلاب الموجه. يهدف تطبيق طريقة تدريب الدور "الجملة المفيدة" بمدخل التعليم القائم على خطة لمعرفة مدى فعالية طريقة تدريب الدور "الجملة المفيدة" بمدخل التعليم القائم على خطة لترقية مهارة الكتابة. المدخل المستعمل هو المدخل الكمي ومنهجه بمنهج التجريبي. نوع التصميم بتصميم مجموعة ضابطة غير متكافئة باستخدام الاختبار القبلي والاختبار البعدي. يتم استخدام مجموعتين من الفصول الدراسية، وهما الفصل الضابط والفصل التجريبي فالمصادر البيانات من نتيجة الاختبار القبلي والاختبار البعدي لتلاميذ فى الفصل الثامن (8.2) والفصل الثامن (8.1) بالمدرسة المتوسطة إعانة الصبيان بوغور والملاحظة. والأساليب لجمع البيانات من الملاحظة، والاختبار، والوثائق. الأساليب لتحليل البيانات من اختبار الحالة الطبيعية، والاختبار التجانس والاختبار الفرضية. نتائج البحث منها هناك ست خطوات فى تطبيق طريقة تدريب الدور "الجملة المفيدة" بمدخل التعليم القائم على خطة لترقية مهارة الكتابة منها : تقسيم الطلاب إلى مجموعات. يشرح المعلم المادة التعليمية. تقديم الموضوع والمفردات. التدريب بالتناوب لتكوين الجمل المفيدة بشكل دوري. التعاون في كتابة النصوص أو الإنشاء. وتصحيح العمل. توصل الباحثة نتائج على قيمة الدلالة 0.00، وبما أن 0.00 أصغر من 0.05، فإنه يتم رفض الفرضية الصفرية (Ho) وقبول الفرضية البديلة (Ha) ويمكن الاستنتاج بأنها توجد فعالة تطبيق طريقة تدريب الدور "الجملة المفيدة" بمدخل التعليم القائم على خطة لترقية مهارة الكتابة

Abstract

PurposeLinguistics landscape (LL) is not only a means of showing the identity of a language but also a constructive effort to fight for justice for society. Landscape in this study is a form of protest against security forces for the loss of life of 135 Aremania fans after watching a soccer match between Arema and Persebaya at the Kanjuruan stadium. This research aims, apart from mapping all signs from aspects of language use patterns, also to conduct a critical analysis of the language used. MethodThis study uses quantitative and qualitative methods based on documentation in the form of billboards, boards, and banners installed in various parts of Malang, Indonesia. Content analysis and critical analysis are used to analyze this research. Results/findingsThe findings of this study show that the language used in the landscape has two forms, monolingual and bilingual. In addition, it indicates that four languages are used in the sign. Indonesian has a higher quantity than English, Javanese, and Arabic.  ConclusionThe language pattern used in the landscape tends to reflect sarcasm, cynicism, and rhetoric. This research suggests conducting a follow-up study that examines the same sign in the broader area, including Malang district and East Java region, to obtain varied data and various sign patterns. Thus the data information obtained is more comprehensive.

Abstract

”Nahwu” or sintax is a science born in the era of codification (Ashr al-Tadwin). In this field, there are many schools: Kufa, Bashrah, Baghdad, Egypt and Andalus. Each school has its own method and thought or what is called ushul al-nahwi (qiyas, ta’lil, ta’wil and amil). This research in included in the study of thought. The public figure of this research object is Ibnu Madha’, that is his ideas on ushul al-nahwi al-arabi and the implication in understanding divine texts. Ibnu Madha’ refused the concept of ushul al-nahwi al-arabi: qiyas, amil, ta’lil dan ta’wil, that have beeen made as the concept of mental interpretatif (al-Shurah al-Zhihniyyah al-Ta’wiliyyah) in lying the foundation of Arabic language. Ibnu Madha’ refusal to the ushul al-nahwi opens up the space of freedom for reason to express in order to obtain the meaning that is not stated literally in the text.

Abstract

Laamiyat al-Arab is a great literary work that was written during the Jahili Arabs, and received great attention from writers and linguists. However, the aspects of the values it contains and its relation to the social context that underlies Laamiyat al-Arabs’ work are not well-documented. Through Goldmann's genetic structuralism approach, the authors reveal the values, characters, and the internal and external factors generating the Laamiyat al-Arab literature. The results show that the lower class of Jahili Arab community, despite their life’s hardship and distress, could deliver noble values and characters of the marginalized people of its time. Further studies are of great necessity to investigate the contents of literary works other than Laamiyat al-Arab to get an actual picture of Jahili Arabs’ literature.

Abstract

لقد عبر شعر الصراع (المقاومة والثورة والحرب) في بلاد الجزيرة العربية مفردات متنوعة طوال تاريخها من خلال البعدين، منهما البعد المكاني متمثلا في الأرض التي حملها الشعر دلالات ومعان تتجاوز ملامحها المادية لتكتسب بعدا روحيا وقيما عليا. والبعد الثاني يتمثل في البعد التراثي والتاريخي. فشعر الصراعات لا ينفصل من الواقع الاجتماعي، وليس هو الشعر الانعزالي، بل هو الشعر الاجتماعي الذي له علاقة متينة بواقعه، والذي يحمل رموزا تاريخية كثيرة نتيجة لامتداد العمر الزمني لهذا المجتمع من العصور القديمة، وكان المجتمع والأرض تصنع تقاليد تتطور إلى رموز، فهناك رمز للكرام وللمروءة ولمعاناة المجتمع وللصراع، وفي الرمز أسلوب فيه تلميح ومداره. Throughout the history of the Arab world, the poetry of the struggle (the resistance, the revolution and the war) has been a varied vocabulary throughout its history through the two dimensions, including the spatial dimension, in the land where poetry carries meanings and meanings that transcend its physical texture to acquire a spiritual dimension and supreme value. It is the social poetry that has a strong relationship to its reality, which carries many historical symbols as a result of the extension of the temporal age of this society from antiquity. The society and the land made traditions that evolve into symbols. And the suffering of society and the conflict and the virus, and in the code style in which the tip and orbit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya menggali lebih dalam tentang relasi masyarakat dengan pondok pesantren dan peran pondok pesantren dalam pembinaan keberagamaan santri. Pertanyaan utama yang ingin dijawab melalui penelitian ini adalah bagaimana perilaku keberagamaan santri dan bagaimana peran pondok pesantren dalam meningkatkan perilaku keberagamaan santri. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai bulan November 2017 di pondok pesantren Nurul Jadid melalui observasi dan pengamatan langsung. Temuan dalam penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi sumbangan pengetahuan dan menjadi rujukan bagi peneliti-peneliti selanjutnya untuk lebih disempurnakan lagi.
