Abstract

Business Process Improvement or BPI is a systematic framework built to assist organizations in making significant progress in the implementation of their business processes. BPI provides a system that will assist in the streamlining of business processes, by guaranteeing that internal and external customers of the organization will get better output than before, the purpose of this research is to provide business process improvement solutions with the BPI methodology in the implementation of the network device to support online ATM dan branch office. PT bank ABC is one of the biggest state-owned banks in Indonesia, which was established on December 16, 1895, in Purwokerto, Central Java. Currently has more than 20,000 office locations throughout Indonesia, where all these offices are online using Fiber Optic, MPLS, and VSAT technology, currently the business flow of the implementation process has not been optimal and is monitored manually with a long bureaucracy. An analysis of the activities in each business process is carried out where each of these activities has different characteristics, where we find 7 activities have value as real value-added (RVA) 6 activities that have value as business value-added (BVA), and 20 activities that have value as non-value added (NVA). Using streamlining tools provided by BPI we can streamline the existing business processes where from the results of streaming on the old business process we get 20 activities that have value as NVA can be streamlined using the Bureaucracy Elimination tool and 13 activities that have value as BVA and RVA can be streamed using the Upgrading tool. The results of the analysis are obtained by comparing the current business process and what is proposed from this research. After process improvement, The results of the simulation using bizagi software show that the processing time required to run the process is shorter in the recommended business process compared to the existing business process, where the average time required before is 10 Days 3 Hours 38 Minutes 45 Seconds with 33 activities involved and after we streamline it with Bureaucracy Elimination tool and Upgrading tool, we found the new average time is 3 Days 2 Hours 42 Mins 30 seconds and the new business process only have 14 activities. Based on the evaluation and simulation results that we have done Further research can use the evaluation results as a reference in the preparation of analysis and development of software applications and further research can develop an analysis that uses cost details that are not available in this research.

Abstract

Today, the use of technology is a common thing that is used to support everyday life. However, this technology also carries risks that can compromise the security of information in organizations. Kalbis Institute is a private campus in the East Jakarta area that has been established since 2012. The academic information system used there includes all actors in the campus environment. This risk analysis is carried out to see and understand what risks exist in the current information system. This risk analysis will assess how likely there are threats and vulnerabilities to information systems. This study uses the OCTAVE Allegro method with the help of the OCTAVE Allegro Worksheet. The purpose of this study is to conduct a risk analysis of the academic information system at Kalbis Institute. The result of this study is to look at risk assessments and recommendations for strategies to protect information systems within organization.

Abstract

Abstract

Feature modeling is a conceptual thinking for identifying and classification feature in order for support software product lines. However, there are lack of the user goal requirements. It related with a technique for managing of features commonalities and variability. It has a hierarchy of features with variability and the purpose is to organize features. In practice of implemented applications, the feature model development lack of goal user requirement. The goal of user requirement in Indonesian government has described in document regulations. It should be a fundamental concern to develop e-government applications. However, In order to capture degree of software feature importance, some of features compared with implemented e-government applications. We have extracted some of features which can be compared with the implemented e-government applications. Our technique is extracted are derived from document regulations to business process model and feature model also. We Choose SIPKD and SIMDA applications which has implemented in Indonesian local government which has variation from one and another. We use extended AHP and S-AHP to find the prioritization of software features. The results are 80 features in SIPKD and 90 features in SIMDA. There are 65 features common and 25 variant features .This make un-optimization usage applications.

Abstract

This study aims to find out what factors influence behavioral intentions in using an e-commerce with the most visitors in Indonesia. The model used in this study is a combination of variables from several previous models related to the problem and variables relevant to this study such as Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Subjective Norm, and Behavioral Intention. Data collection in this study was to distribute questionnaires online. The questionnaire distributed produced 100 respondents and was processed with SPSS. From the results of processing with the T Test and Double Linear Regression, there are two hypotheses accepted and three hypotheses rejected, which states that the perceived ease of use and effort expectancy variables have a positive significant influence on behavioral intention, while perceived usefulness, social influence and subjective norm do not have a significant influence on behavioral intention.

Abstract

In today’s digital era, the strategic integration of enterprise architecture frameworks with Big Data technologies is crucial in driving digital transformation, especially within the lending industry. This research aims to identify and analyze how The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) can be integrated with Big Data to enhance innovation, operational efficiency, and decision-making in the lending sector. This study examines Indonesian financial institutions using qualitative case studies, exploring the intricate practices, challenges, and benefits of the combination of TOGAF and Big Data. The qualitative methodology focuses on in-depth interviews and document analysis to gather contextual insights into the implementation dynamics and impacts of these technologies. Findings indicate that integrating TOGAF and Big Data not only streamlines workflows but also significantly enhances data security and risk management—critical elements in the lending industry. A vital outcome of this study is the development of a robust integration model that serves as a blueprint for companies in similar sectors to navigate their digital transformation journeys. Additionally, this research provides strategic recommendations to overcome integration and implementation challenges. These guidelines facilitate the transition to a more cohesive and strengthened digital architecture, equipping financial institutions to manage the complexities of modern digital economies effectively. Ultimately, this study delivers a comprehensive framework that enriches theoretical understanding and offers practical insights for effective technology integration in financial services.

Abstract

Digital money has become a modern transaction tool used today in the form of a number of balances for buying and selling transactions. Apart from the ease of making transactions with digital money innovations, it is possible that errors may occur in sending the balance to the intended digital wallet. This research aims to determine the influence of display quality factors, system services, and information service factors in the process of topping up balances into digital wallets. This research method uses a quantitative method by collecting data using a questionnaire by distributing questions using Google Form tools to 200 respondents who use the BCA Mobile application in Indonesia. The research results obtained by carrying out the f square test illustrate that the Visual Quality factor has a very significant impact on errors in topping up balances to digital wallets, then the System services factor also has quite a significant impact on errors in topping up balances to digital wallets, and on the factors Information quality does not have a significant impact on errors in filling in balances to digital wallets.
