Abstract

Pada Desember 2016, gempa bumi mengguncang Kabupaten Pidie Jaya dengan kekuatan 6,5 SR yang menyebabkan banyak struktur bangunan yang mengalami kehancuran dan kerusakan, termasuk Gedung Serbaguna Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku struktur Gedung Serbaguna Kabupaten Pidie Jaya ketika menerima beban gempa dan untuk mengetahui penyebab kegagalan struktur.. Hasil nilai displacement dan simpangan antar lantai pada arah X dan Y menunjukkan bahwa untuk semua kasus tidak aman tehadap lateral displacement arah X dan Y. Hasil Mu yang didapat untuk setiap kasus  berada di luar diagram interaksi P-M kolom K1. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kolom akan mengalami kegagalan lentur. Peningkatan momen lentur dan gaya geser yang besar kemungkinan disebabkan oleh tidak simetrisnya lay out bangunan tersebut.

Abstract

The Aceh Transportation Agency has introduced the Trans Koetaradja Feeder Bus as a public transportation facility for the community to reach residential areas or housing complexes. However, the Trans Koetaradja service still faces limitations in accessing settlements located in remote areas, making it difficult for residents to reach the available routes. To expand coverage to more evenly distributed residential areas, including remote regions, while simultaneously reducing passenger travel time to their destinations, the operation of Battery-Based Electric Motor Vehicles (KBLBB) is planned as a small-scale public transport mode. This study aims to identify the characteristics of travelers and the factors influencing preferences for using the Trans Koetaradja Feeder Bus and KBLBB through a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. Research data were obtained using the Stated Preference (SP) method by involving 200 respondents through questionnaire distribution. The questionnaires were distributed to Trans Koetaradja users and residents living around Feeder Route 7 (Masjid Raya Baiturrahman – Lambaro) via Lueng Bata. The results showed that accessibility was the most dominant factor influencing user preferences, reflecting public concerns about the considerable distance from homes to bus shelters/stops, which potentially causes delays in daily activities. Therefore, the community welcomed the presence of KBLBB as a solution. Furthermore, the SEM modeling results with Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) produced a significant measurement model, in which the variable “accessibility” was proven to influence “comfort.” Indicators within the “accessibility” construct were identified as the main factors contributing to users’ perception of comfort.

Abstract

Kajian ini menyusun strategi transportasi berkelanjutan kampus di kawasan pengembangan Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe (PNL) melalui pemodelan perjalanan. Peningkatan aktivitas kampus memicu lonjakan arus lalu lintas dan tantangan kemacetan, polusi udara, serta penurunan kualitas lingkungan. Metode mencakup survei bangkitan–tarikan, distribusi asal–tujuan (OD), pemilihan moda, dan pembebanan jalan, dengan pencacahan 12 jam (06.00–18.00) pada hari kerja dan akhir pekan serta wawancara pengguna. Tarikan masuk puncak terjadi pada 07.15–08.15 sebesar 1.092 smp/jam, sedangkan bangkitan keluar puncak pada 16.15–17.15 sebesar 360 smp/jam; total bangkitan–tarikan mencapai 1.204 smp/jam (07.15–08.15). Komposisi moda didominasi sepeda motor 83% dan mobil penumpang 15%, sementara angkutan umum hampir tidak digunakan. Berdasarkan dominasi sepeda motor dan rendahnya penggunaan angkutan umum, kampus perlu mendorong pergeseran moda, menata sirkulasi serta kantong parkir internal, dan menerapkan rekayasa lalu lintas berbasis data pemodelan agar lebih aman, efisien, dan ramah lingkungan.
