Abstract

This research focuses on "Analysis of Productive Zakat Management at BAZNAS Sarolangun Regency". The research aims to find out how effective productive zakat management is and the suitability of its implementation with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning zakat management. This research uses a qualitative type of descriptive research with a case study approach. This research uses two data sources, namely primary data in the form of interviews and secondary data in the form of book references and the internet/or official website related to this research. This type of research uses data collection, namely interview techniques, field observation and documentation. The results of the research show that the management of productive zakat at BAZNAS Sarolangun Regency is largely in accordance with Law Number 23 of 2011 with several things that need to be improved to make it more effective, such as a lack of supervision due to the lack of members from BAZNAS Sarolangun Regency

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) in preventing poverty in the village of Sungai Jering. The background of this research problem is the high poverty rate, which is a major challenge for local governments in improving community welfare. The BLT program is expected to provide direct economic support to poor and vulnerable families. The theoretical concepts underlying this research include transparency, community participation, supervision, justice, and social security. The research method used is qualitative, allowing researchers to understand phenomena holistically and deeply. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving BLT beneficiaries and other related parties. The results of the study show that the BLT program in Sungai Jering has succeeded in increasing the purchasing power of the community and providing economic stability for recipient families. This success is marked by active community participation in the monitoring and implementation of the program, as well as high transparency in the distribution of assistance. However, to improve the program's effectiveness, support in the form of long-term sustainable economic empowerment programs is needed. In conclusion, BLT can be an effective tool in poverty alleviation strategies if implemented well, with high accountability and strong community involvement. With the right policies, this program is expected to become a model for other villages in managing social assistance effectively.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik wirausaha dan modal usaha terhadap perkembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Jambi. UMKM merupakan sektor penting dalam menggerakkan perekonomian daerah, namun perkembangannya masih menghadapi kendala seperti lemahnya kualitas wirausahawan serta keterbatasan modal. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei kepada para pelaku UMKM. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk melihat pengaruh variabel karakteristik wirausaha (pendidikan, pengalaman, sikap inovatif, dan kepemimpinan) serta modal usaha terhadap perkembangan UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perkembangan UMKM. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kapasitas pelaku usaha serta kemudahan akses modal menjadi faktor penting dalam mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM di Kota Jambi. Kata Kunci: karakteristik wirausaha; modal usaha; UMKM; pengembangan usaha; Kota Jambi.   Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics and business capital on the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Jambi City. MSMEs play an important role in driving the regional economy, yet their development still faces obstacles, including weak entrepreneurial capacity and limited capital. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving MSME actors. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of entrepreneurial characteristics (education, experience, innovative attitude, and leadership) and business capital on MSME development. The findings show that both variables have a positive and significant effect on MSME growth. This confirms that improving entrepreneurial capacity and facilitating access to capital are crucial in supporting MSME development in Jambi City. Abstract

This study aims to know the impact of CPO Prices and Production Costs on Profit Growth in Palm Oil Companies. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data in the form of interviews, questionnaires and documentation. Sampling in this study used a sampling technique with a sample of 60 people. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS as the application. The results of this study show that CPO prices do not have a significant effect on profit growth and operating costs have a significant effect on profit growth. For the results of simultaneous testing (F test), namely the price of CPO and production costs have a joint effect on the company's profit growth. The results of the determination coefficient (R2) show that CPO prices and production costs can explain profit growth of 49.5% while the rest is not studied in this study
