Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan besar dan jumlah telur itik Alabio melalui penyuntikan hormon gonadotropin dosis rendah. Sebanyak 40 ekor itik Alabio umur 5 bulan dibagi kedalam 40 cages. Perlakuan yang diberikan terdiri dari K0 (disuntik NaCl fisiologis sebagai kelompok kontrol), K1 (disuntik dengan hormon PMSG dosis 25 IU), K2 (disuntik dengan hormon HCG dosis 25 IU) dan K3 (disuntik dengan hormon kombinasi PMSG dan HCG). Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 10 ulangan. Pengamatan jumlah dan besar telur dilakukan selama 42 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyuntikan hormon gonadotropin berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah telur yang dihasilkan, namun berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap besar telur itik Alabio. Jumlah telur tertinggi dihasilkan oleh perlakuan penyuntikan HCG saja yaitu sebayak 22,9 butir/ekor.Kata kunci: Itik Alabio, Gonadotropin, Telur.

Abstract

Students often experience stress stemming from academic activities. For final year students who often become stressors is in working on a thesis. When experiencing stress, students often share their problems with others to get support or solutions to relieve their feelings, which is called self-disclosure, which is a type of communication where a person openly discloses information about themselves (thoughts, feelings, and behaviors). Objective: To determine the relationship between self-disclosure and stress levels in final year students at STIKES Panakkukang Makassar. Research Method: Quantitative research with an analytical design and using the Cross Sectional Study approach using the Proportionate stratified random sampling technique with a sample of 163 respondents. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire. Results: Students who experienced moderate stress with closed self-disclosure amounted to 125 (76.7Conclusion and suggestions: There is a relationship between self-disclosure and stress levels in final year students at STIKES Panakkukang Makassar. It is hoped that future researchers will research more subjects and collect more diverse data, so that the data obtained is more complete.

Abstract

This research aims to explore how people in the Islamic economy feel about the Shopee app's PayLater feature. And to get a breakdown of how Shopee PayLater is being utilised. The methodology of this study is qualitative. This research uses observation, interviews, and documentation to gather information. While data visualisation and reduction are used for analysis. According to the findings of this research, Shopee users can benefit from the convenience of Shopee PayLater's on-time payment options by taking advantage of the company's bailout funds. Shopee PayLater continues to impose unnecessary costs on its customers by charging interest on past due balances and other fees with every purchase. The Qardh and Prohibition of Transactions in the Islamic economy state that Shopee PayLater is not permitted because it contains elements that are detrimental to the user, so the app's use is prohibited if it is banned in the Islamic economy.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of obstacles to oil palm farming which are thought to have an impact on the welfare of oil palm planters in Teluk Bawah Village, Cermin Nan Gedang District, Sarolangun Regency, namely the lack of implementation of planning in the process of maintaining oil palm and which greatly influences the welfare of oil palm planters. This research is a type of quantitative research. The results of this research are: From the results of the regression test, it was found that maintenance costs have no effect on the welfare of oil palm farmers in Teluk Bawah Village, Cermin Nan Gedang District, Sarolangun Regency. From the results of the regression test, it is known that productivity influences the welfare of oil palm farmers in Teluk Bawah Village, Cermin Nan Gedang District, Sarolangun Regency. Abstract

Implementation of the BPNT Program to improve people's welfare in an Islamic economic perspective, namely, distribution justice for fair distribution to all people who need it, halal food so that it conforms to halal principles and certification, management of riba-free transactions for program continuity, economic empowerment of recipients so that they are financially independent economy, and monitoring and accountability mechanisms in accordance with the principles of Islamic economics. The purpose of this research is to find, test, and develop insights regarding the implementation and effects of the BPNT Program in the Wijaya Pura Village, as well as to analyze the level of transparency of the program based on an Islamic economic perspective. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Techniques for checking the validity of data in qualitative research include credibility tests, transferability tests, dependability tests, and confirmability tests. The results of research on the BPNT Program in the Wijaya Pura Village are that this program has a positive impact on improving the welfare of the underprivileged through the distribution of food aid. Program implementation involves various stages, starting from the selection of beneficiaries to the direct distribution of funds.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to: (1) find out how the wage system for oil palm farm workers is (2) to determine welfare in the view of Islamic economics (3) to find out whether the given household can meet the needs of oil palm farm workers. This study uses a qualitative method. Methods of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The population in this study were farm laborers and farmers in the village of Keritang who found 30 people. The results show that the wage system used in Keritang Village uses a piece rate system. Pricing in the view of Islamic economics is in accordance with Islamic principles. However, offering gifts that have not been able to fulfill the eligibility, because the life that has been set has not been able to meet the needs of farm workers. The provision of wages has also not been able to meet the needs of life and has not been able to improve the welfare of the families of the farm workers.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the marketing mix strategy carried out by micro businesses at Bielda Cake and to find out the Islamic economic perspective on carrying out marketing strategies via Facebook media at Bielda Cake. This research uses qualitative methods, with data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. Data collected through direct interviews with the owner of the Bielda Cake Shop and documentation. The author conducted research at the Bielda Cake Shop located in Betung Village, Kumpeh District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The results of this research can be seen that the Bielda Cake Shop markets its products using a form of marketing through an online system which includes social media Facebook. Apart from that, the Bielda Cake Shop also implements a marketing strategy by developing a marketing mix which consists of four elements, namely product, price, location and promotion. The products sold use quality and non-hazardous materials, prices are commensurate with quality, promotions use Facebook media and billboards, and strategic locations on the side of the road. The marketing strategy through Facebook media is in line with the marketing principles contained in Islamic economics, namely honesty without deception, maximum service and fairness without discriminating between consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the branding strategy applied by MA Nurul Jadid in increasing the interest of the public, especially parents of prospective students, in choosing a school. In the context of increasingly competitive education, it is essential for educational institutions, especially madrasas, to have a strong image that reflects the quality and values they carry. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving in-depth interviews with school managers, teachers, and student parents to collect data on public perception of school branding. The study's findings show that an effective branding strategy at MA Nurul Jadid involves implementing a standardized managerial system, developing superior programs based on religion, and using social media as the primary communication channel. In addition, the Tahfidz Qur'an program and the school's slogan reflect a strong vision and mission and significantly strengthen the school's image. The results of this study provide new insights into how madrassas can build positive branding by integrating religious values into their strategies. These findings also provide important implications for madrasah managers and other religious education institutions to design a more integrated branding strategy focusing on education quality and values relevant to the community.

Abstract

Tamalanrea Jaya merupakan hasil pemekaran dari Kelurahan Tamalanrea memiliki luas sekitar 31,84 km², dan jumlah penduduk yang diperkirakan pada pertengahan 2023 mencapai 106.262 jiwa. Dengan jumlah penduduk yang tinggi, maka jumlah limbah Rumah Tangga (RT) akan dihasilkan salah satunya adalah minyak jelantah. Permasalahan yang diidentifikasi dalam program ini meliputi minimnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat, khususnya ibu-ibu PKK, dalam mengolah limbah RT menjadi produk bermanfaat dan bahkan memiliki nilai ekonomi. Kegiatan ini kami harapkan memberikan kontribusi langsung dalam memperkuat kapasitas masyarakat desa dalam pengolahan limbah RT minyak jelantah dan menciptakan peluang usaha. Kegiatan berlangsung selama tiga bulan dan meliputi beberapa tahap utama, yaitu perencanaan, penyuluhan dan edukasi, pelatihan dan demonstrasi, serta pendampingan dan monitoring. Hasil kegiatan ini berupa sabun kertas dengan banyak keuntungan serperti Praktis dibawa saat bepergian, Mudah larut di air, Ramah lingkungan dan bisa menjadi produk UMKM atau suvenir eco-friendly. Kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan sabun kertas dari minyak jelantah memberikan banyak manfaat bagi ibu-ibu PKK (Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga), baik dari segi lingkungan, ekonomi, keterampilan, hingga kesehatan keluarga. Peningkatan Kesadaran Lingkungan ibu-ibu agar tidak membuang minyak jelantah sembarangan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of brand ambassadors and halal labels on the interest in buying Wardah products in Bayung Lencir District, Bayat Ilir Village. This type of research uses quantitative research. The data used in this study is primary data obtained using data collection techniques from questionnaires. The sample obtained in this study was 102 respondents. The technique in sampling in this study used a non probability sampling method. Analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the brand ambassador variable has a partial influence on buying interest in Wardah products with a significant level of 0.010 where t count (2,611) > t tabele (1,660). The Halal Label variable does not have a partial effect on buying interest in Wardah products with a significant level of 0.253 where t count (1,149) > t tabele (1,660). Simultaneous test results, brand ambassador and halal label have an effect on Wardah product purchase interest with a significant level of 0.007.
