Abstract

Regional languages are one of the nation's heritage that must be preserved. According to the results of a survey conducted by UNESCO, 11% of the world's languages are found in Indonesia. The data obtained shows that 9 regional languages in Papua have become extinct and there are more than 50 regional languages that are threatened with extinction. Balinese is one of the regional languages in Indonesia and certainly has a threat of extinction. This study aims to create a stemming algorithm to be able to obtain basic words from affixed words in Balinese. Stemming is one of the most important algorithms needed in information-gathering and text-mining methods. The developed algorithm is an algorithm that initiates research in the fields of text-mining and information retrieval in Balinese. From the results of the research conducted, it is known that the approach using the n-gram analysis technique produces unsatisfactory accuracy. In this study an additional method was used by adding a dictionary to the algorithm designed by matching the basic words with the data in the dictionary. The results of the study show that this method can increase accuracy from 54% to 80% depending on the number of basic words in the dictionary

Abstract

Development of technology and information in the modern era that is now sophisticated, the dissemination and receipt of information is now very easy for everyone to do. Technological advances have also led to trends in the use of information technology in various aspects and the media globally. One aspect of the use of this technology can be used in the field of tourism which is commonly referred to as smart tourism where in general smart tourism aims to develop infrastructure and information and communication capabilities in order to improve management/governance, facilitate service/product innovation, and improve the tourist experience.Bali Province is one of the most prominent provinces in Indonesia in the field of tourism where many tourists vacation in Bali. However, in the field of transportation, Bali does not yet have mass transportation that is connected throughout Bali. Because the problems that are not only in Bali, there is the use of technology with the existence of startups in the field of online transportation. This online transportation provider provides various services such as delivery, purchasing food, paying for tickets and others. The existence of online transportation is an alternative for tourists for their mobility, to evaluate the satisfaction of using this transportation, the Fuzzy Servqual method is used. Fuzzy Servqual measures per dimension attribute of service quality so that the accuracy of the data per dimension can be known.

Abstract

This study presents a chord classification system that combines audio features from three different domains: time, frequency, and Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC). The purpose is to improve the accuracy of identifying musical chords from audio signals, which often contain overlapping sounds and instrument variations. The dataset used consists of major and minor chord audio clips sourced from Kaggle. Each audio file undergoes preprocessing, including resampling and signal normalization, followed by feature extraction from the three domains. The extracted features are then merged into a single vector and classified using the Random Forest algorithm. The model is evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and confusion matrix. Results show that the model performs well in detecting major chords (F1-score 0.83), but has lower recall for minor chords (F1-score 0.68). The overall accuracy is 77%, indicating that combining features from multiple domains enhances classification performance. This method shows potential for future development in audio signal analysis and music recognition systems.
