ABSTRACTThis study aims to create a design plan web-based for the village budget proposal and a village fundbudget recapitulation that addresses several problems that occur in the village office's externalenvironment. The study was conducted at the Petang Village Office. The system development methodused in this study is waterfall method which only reaches thephase testing. This system was built withthe CSS framework Bootstrap and web framework Laravel, and for databases using MySQL. This webbasedsystem is expected to be able to answer number of problems that occur, such as proposals frompeople with minimal personal contact information, submitting proposals made many times becausehardcopy of proposals is often lost, and so forth. The design of the system of village fund budgetproposals and web-based village fund recapitulation will be used by 3 (three) types of users, namelyadmin, village head, and banjar clan.Keywords: Proposed Village Fund Budget, Village Accounting, Bootstrap, Laravel, MySQL.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah rancang bangun sistem usulan anggaran dana desa danrekapitulasi anggaran dana desa berbasis web yang menjawab beberapa masalah yang terjadi dilingkungan eksternal kantor desa. Penelitian dilakukan di Kantor Desa Petang. Metode pengembangansistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall yang hanya sampai dengan fasetesting. Sistem ini dibangun dengan framework CSS Bootstrap dan web framework Laravel, serta untukdatabase menggunakan MySQL. Sistem berbasis web ini diharapkan dapat menjawab beberapapermasalahan yang terjadi, seperti proposal dari klian banjar minim informasi kontak personal,pengajuan usulan dilakukan berkali-kali karena hardcopy proposal sering kali hilang, dan lainsebagainya. Rancang bangun sistem usulan anggaran dana desa dan rekapitulasi dana desa berbasis webakan dapat digunakan oleh 3 (tiga) jenis user, yakni admin, kepala desa, dan klian banjar.Kata Kunci: Usulan Anggaran Dana Desa, Akuntansi Desa, Laravel, MySQL.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of the taxation system e-tax online in compliance with the Badung Regency tax reporting. Sampling is done by method random sampling. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 143 taxpayers consisting of hotel, restaurant, parking and entertainment taxpayers. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique that is preceded by a classic assumption test and processed using the program SPSS version 16.0. The results of this study indicate an increase in the effectiveness of the use of the taxation system e-tax online will be followed by an increase in compliance with the tax reporting in the Badung Regency. And there is a significant influence on the effectiveness of the use of the taxation system e-tax online in the compliance of the Badung district tax reporting.

The purpose of this research is determine the value of startup valuation from qualitative and quantitative factors on startup kostpedia.id. Kostpedia.id is a platform to help migrants in Indonesia to find and order residential dwellings. Kostpedia needs funds to support all of its operational and development activities, such as introducing Kostpedia.id to residents of rent and needs its own office. To get funding from investors requires startup valuation using the scorecard valuation method. Scorecard valuation method, which is a method for comparing similar companies at the same developmental stage with non-financial indicators.

The advancement of technology and the openness of the internet access in many places in Indonesia, making the shift in styles of learning and acquiring knowledge. Significant growth on such access also has changed the way everyone connected, communicate with each other and develop a social community. Unlike previous generations, college students in today’s era found many learning resources, both from his tutor at the College as well as from fellow students, also from other learning sources outside his College. The fact of this openness requires a new approach for a lecturer in the College to adopt a way of delivering his teaching, so the learning objectives can be achieved. One such implementation is implementing e-learning using the Social Learning Network. The purpose of this study is to see to what extent the effectiveness of the e-learning implementation on motivation and learning achievements of students. The research results showed that the learning opportunities has the greatest role in the motivation of learning, followed by collaborative learning. The role of technology will answer the problems that exist in this era of globalization by using computerized systems, so that the use of information technology helps effectiveness and efficiency in working on information system processes. After analyzing the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and E-marketing Business data using social media, the results obtained were an increase in sales of mybaliwisata.com online travel agents in increasing sales turnover. This study uses the Break Event Point (BEP) analysis method to calculate the valuation of mybaliwisata.com online travel agent company, so that optimization of the increase in mybaliwisata.com Travel Agent Online sales can be done well.

Abstrak. PT. Farmindo Teknologi Nusantara dengan produk “PONKOD” Alat Bantu Panjat Kelapa adalah tenant dari Inkubator BisnisTeknologi tahun 2017 yang bergerak dalam bidang telnologi pertanian yaitu sebuah produk peralatan untuk membantu petani kelapa untuk memanen/memetik buah kelapan dengan mudah dan aman. Dengan “PONKOD” Alat Bantu Panjat Kelapa, kini siapa saja memanjat dengan mudah. Nilai valuasi perusahaan tentunya akan menjadi daya tarik bagi para investor untuk menanamkan modal pada perusahaan PT. Farmindo Teknologi Nusantara. Untuk menghitung nilai valuasi startup harus mengetahui faktor-faktor non keuangan yang mempengaruhi nilai dari perusahaan dengan menghitung secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif nilai perusahaan menggunakan Metode The Dave Berkus. Metode The Dave Berkus, yaitu metode untuk menilai kualitas atau karakteristik yang terpenting dari perusahaan Startup dan mengharuskan investor untuk memperkirakan secara subjektif kontribusi nilai (elemen) yang ada pada perusahaan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif, sehingga dari rentang nilai dari The Dave Berkus akan di jumlahkan sehingga mendapatkan hasil pra-pendapatan dari perusahaan.Kata kunci: Valuasi Startup, Metode The Dave Berkus, Nilai Perusahaan Abstrack. Model Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Kelayakan Pemberian Kredit Pada BUMDes Ni Kadek Harum Aripuspa; Ni Made Estiyanti; Eddy Muntina Dharma

Decision-making for granting credit to BUMDes XYZ customers, which is still done manually, allows the results of decisions taken to be subjective, resulting in inaccurate decision results. This inaccurate credit decision has the potential to increase the number of bad loans that occur. This article presents a Decision Support System (DSS) model for assessing creditworthiness using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, with reference to the 5C criteria (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral and Condition). The performance accuracy of the SAW method was tested with 30 samples of bad credit data and current loans of customers of a BUMDes in Bali, using the Confusion Matrix technique. The test results show the Precision value of 95.4% and recall of 91.3%. The accuracy value is classified as Excellent Classification based on the ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic) curve. The final result of the SAW-based SPK model is then implemented in the form of an SPK application for providing credit to BUMDes XYZ customers.Keywords: Simple Additive Weighting; Accuracy; Confusion Matrix; Precision and Recall; Excellent Classification Abstrak. Pengambilan keputusan pemberian kredit kepada nasabah BUMDes XYZ yang masih dilakukan secara manual, memungkinkan hasil keputusan yang diambil bersifat subjektif, berakibat pada hasil keputusan yang tidak akurat. Keputusan pemberian kredit yang tidak akurat tersebut berpotensi meningkatkan jumlah kredit macet yang terjadi. Artikel ini menyajikan model Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) penilaian kelayakan pemberian kredit dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), dengan mengacu pada kriteria 5C (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral dan Condition). Akurasi kinerja motode SAW diuji dengan 30 sampel data kredit macet dan kredit lancar nasabah sebuah BUMDes di Bali, menggunakan teknik Confusion Matrix. Hasil uji menunjukkan nilai Precision sebesar 95,4% dan Recall sebesar 91,3%. Nilai akurasi tersebut tergolong dalam Excellent Classification berdasarkan kurva ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic). Hasil akhir model SPK berbasis SAW kemudian diimplementasikan dalam bentuk aplikasi SPK pemberian kredit kepada nasabah BUMDes XYZ.Kata kunci: Simple Additive Weighting; Akurasi; Confusion Matrix; Precision and Recall; Excellent Classification

Data management and management reporting for controlling drug sales systems in pharmacies are still done manually, causing the process to be ineffective and inefficient. This study aims to analyze and design a sales information system model and drug inventory management, with a case study at the Natha Farma pharmacy. The system model development uses the Waterfall method, up to the system modeling stage. The needs elicitation process is carried out using structured interview techniques to understand the company's work system, as well as assessing the need for information systems to support the existing work system. Requirements analysis produces functional features for drug, customer, and supplier data collection. The system also provides functional features for the drug ordering service process (both orders by customers and orders to suppliers), sales to customers, as well as the provision of outputs in the form of invoices and notes of purchases and sales, drug inventory information, management reports. System modeling using structured modeling tools. The resulting model becomes a reference for Natha Farma's pharmacy management to develop applications in the future.Keyword: Information Technology; Internal Control; System Modeling; Waterfall Abstrak. Pengelolaan data dan pelaporan manajemen untuk pengendalian sistem penjualan obat di apotek yang masih dilakukan secara manual, menyebabkan proses tidak efektif dan tidak efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan merancang model sistem informasi penjualan dan pengelolaan persediaan obat, dengan studi kasus pada apotek Natha Farma. Pengembangan model sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall, hingga pada tahapan pemodelan sistem. Proses elisitasi kebutuhan dilakukan menggunakan teknik wawancara terstruktur guna memahami sistem kerja perusahaan, serta mengkaji kebutuhan sistem informasi untuk mendukung sistem kerja yang ada. Analisis kebutuhan menghasilkan fitur-fitur fungsional untuk pendataan obat, pelanggan, dan pemasok. Sistem juga menyediakan fitur-fitur fungsional untuk proses layanan pemesanan obat (baik pemesanan oleh pelanggan maupun pemesanan pembelia ke pemasok), penjualan ke pelanggan, serta penyediaan luaran berupa faktur dan nota pembelian dan penjualan, informasi persediaan obat, laporan-laporan manajemen. Pemodelan sistem menggunakan tools pemodelan terstruktur. Model yang dihasilkan menjadi acuan bagi manajemen apotek Natha Farma mengembangkan aplikasi di masa mendatang.Keyword: Teknologi Informasi; Pengendalian Internal; Pemodelan Sistem; Waterfall

This research was conducted to obtain the results of the factors that affect a person's interest in using the LinkAja e-wallet, especially in the Denpasar city area, using the TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) model. This study used three main variables from TAM and four additional variables from previous studies' results. In this study, data were obtained directly from parties related to distributing questionnaires, for the number of samples used were 120 respondents using the area sampling technique. In this area sampling technique, 120 samples were divided based on four areas in the city of Denpasar. Thus, the sample used for each area was 30. The data obtained were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using smartPLS software. The results of the tests carried out indicate that the accepted hypothesis is the computer self-efficacy variable on the perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use variables, the culture variable on perceived usefulness, the perceived security variable on trust, the perceived usefulness variable on attitude toward using, the perceived ease of use variable on perceived usefulness and attitude toward using, attitude toward using a variable on behavioural intention to use the variable, trust variable on behavioural intention to use the variable. Then there are also the results of the rejected hypothesis with a positive but not significant effect on the interest in using the LinkAja e-wallet, namely the culture variable on the perceived usefulness variable.
