ABSTRACTCV Seni Echo is a private company engaged in the production and trade of handicrafts for local and international markets. The payroll and remuneration system is a system used by companies to provide wages and salaries to their employees for the services they provide. PPh 21 is withholding tax imposed on income received by a domestic Individual Taxpayer (WPOP) for the work, services, or activities he performs. Internal control is a system to provide security guarantees to companies.The purpose of this research is to implement a computerized system and implement internal control at CV Seni Echo. The method used is the SDLC method with a prototype model. This study will analyze and design the Payroll and Income Tax Calculation system for Article 21, where the development of this system can provide convenience and security for company operations at CV Seni Echo. This report will generate Payroll report, Tax report, Bonus report, Absence Recap, Meal Report, Allowance Report.Keywords: Payroll, PPh 21, Internal Control, Prototype MethodABSTRAK CV Seni Echo merupakan perusahaan swasta dalam bidang produksi dan perdagangan barang kerajinan (handicrafts) untuk pasar lokal dan internasional. Sistem penggajian dan pengupahan adalah sistem yang digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk memberi upah dan gaji kepada para karyawannya atas jasa-jasa yang mereka berikan. PPh 21 adalah pemotongan pajak yang dikenakan atas penghasilan yang diterima oleh seorang Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi (WPOP) dalam negeri atas pekerjaan, jasa, atau kegiatan yang dilakukannya.Pengendalian intern adalah sebuah sistem untuk memberikan jaminan keamanan kepada perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menerapkan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dan menerapkan pengendalian intern pada CV Seni Echo. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode SDLC dengan model prototype. Penelitian ini akan melakukan analisis dan perancangan sistem Penggajian dan Perhitungan PPh Pasal 21, dimana pengembangan sistem ini dapat memberi kemudahan dan keamanan bagi operasional perusahaan pada CV Seni Echo. Laporan ini akan menghasilkan laporan Penggajian, laporan Pajak, laporan Bonus, Rekap Absen, Laporan Uang Makan, Laporan Tunjangan.Kata Kunci: Penggajian, PPh 21, Pengendalian Intern, Metode Prototype

In its operation, the Kubu Bingin Cooperative Information System often experiences problems related to system access, so that users cannot use the system and must record transactions manually. This causes losses as a result of delays in service to cooperative members. This study aims to analyze the Governance of Information Systems at the SIKOPDIT Savings and Loans Cooperative, using the COBIT 5 Framework. The analysis was conducted to determine the maturity level of governance on a desktop-based system that has been implemented by the Kubu Bingin Cooperative so far. Data collection was carried out by interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The data obtained was analyzed with ISO/ICE 15504 of IT governance, so that the capability level of IT governance can be identified. Based on the results of the analysis, the average capability level in the EDM04, APO01, APO07, BAI09, DSS03, and MEA01 domains is established and the maturity level expected by the Kubu Bingin Cooperative is at level 4 (predictable) so that the results can be used as a reference in process improvement. Hal tersebut menimbulkan kerugian sebagai akibat tertundanya pelayanan kepada anggota koperasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Tata Kelola Sistem Informasi pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam SIKOPDIT, dengan menggunakan Framework COBIT 5. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan tata Kelola pada sistem berbasis desktop yang sudah diterapkan oleh Koperasi Kubu Bingin selama ini. Pengumpulan data di lakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan ISO/ICE 15504 dari tata kelola TI, sehingga tingkat kapabilitas dari tata kelola TI dapat di ketahui. Berdasarkan hasil Analisa, rata-rata tingkat kapabilitas pada domain EDM04, APO01, APO07, BAI09, DSS03, dan MEA01 adalah established dan tingkat kematangan yang di harapkan oleh Koperasi Kubu Bingin yaitu pada level 4 (predictable) sehingga hasilnya dapat dijadikan acuan dalam peningkatan proses tata kelola TI di Koperasi Kubu Bingin.

Investment Service and PTSP City X information technology governance audit aims to map the maturity level of IT processes. Information system governance should be evaluated to determine the institution conditions regarding IT performance management to control quality. The framework is one that can assist in assessing the performance of the underlying information technology. The development of information system governance is supported by a governance information system framework. The audit in this study uses the 2019 COBIT framework which focuses on the use of IT systems, the maturity level of available services, and administrative services through information systems. Based on the maturity obtained, the EDM04, APO07, APO11, and DSS03 processes are carried out. The EDM04 process is at level 3 (established process), APO07 is at level 2 (managed process), APO11 is at level 2 (managed process), and DSS03 is at level 4 (predictable process) with an average capability gap of 2.25. The results of these procedures can be said that the services provided by Investment Service and PTSP City X have been carried out with largely achieved status, but not yet in the best condition, allowing for the implementation of suggestions and improvements as well as the level of ability to be measured again as a comparison tool.

AbstrakIlmu pengetahuan dan teknologi saat ini memegang peranan penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi tersebut tentu saja sangat mempengaruhi sistem informasi terutama perkembangan proses bisnis secara manual dapat digantikan dengan terkomputerisasi sehingga dapat mendukung proses bisnis organisasi / perusahaan sehingga menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. The Sila’s Agrotourism merupakan objek wisata yang terdapat di kawasan Bedugul. The Sila’s Agrotourism mempunyai permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas operasional, salah satunya adalah permasalahan dalam sistem penjualan tiket yang masih menggunakan sistem manual. Metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi. Metode analisis dan desain sistem menggunakan Flowchart, DFD, ERD. Sistem yang dirancang telah berjalan sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan dan mampu memberikan output penjualan tiket secara online yang dapat dipesan secara langsung pada sistem sehingga dapat memudahkan pengunjung dalam melakukan pembelian serta dapat membantu meminimalisir terjadinya kecurangan dalam proses penjualan tiket.Kata kunci: Rancang Bangun, Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Penjualan Tiket AbstractScience and technology currently play an important role in human life. The development and advancement of technology, really affects an information systems, especially the development of business processes manually can be replace by computerization so it can support the business processes of the organization / company so it is becomes more effective and efficient. The Sila’s Agrotourism is a tourist attraction located in the Bedugul area. The Sila's Agrotourism has problems related to operational activities, one of which is the problem in the ticket sales system that still uses a manual system. Methods of data collection in the form of interviews and observations. System analysis and design methods are use Flowchart, DFD, ERD. The system designed has been running in accordance with what is expected and able to provide an output of ticket sales online that can be ordered directly on the system so that it can facilitate visitors in making purchases and can help minimize the occurrence of fraud in the ticket sales process.Keywordi: Keywords: Design, Information Systems, Sales, Ticket Sales

The development of technology plays a crucial role in advancing the business world, including its application within cooperatives. Abdi Guna Artha Cooperative is engaged in providing Savings and Loans Cooperative (SLC) services or Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP). The record-keeping within this cooperative is still partially manual, covering member savings, loan records, and other documentation, even though they have incorporated technology into their operations. However, their recording system relies solely on software programs, and the recording process is disparate. Consequently, the report generation process is time-consuming. Data transparency between the Cooperative and its members is essential to maintain trust. To address this issue, the author has developed a web-based Savings and Loans Cooperative Information System to handle the reporting process and to enhance data transparency between the Cooperative and its members. Data transparency is highly demanded by members to ensure the safety of their funds within the Cooperative. Cases of fraud, such as embezzlement of funds by cooperative managers, can be prevented because every transaction is promptly documented and recorded in the system. As a result, members can monitor all their savings and loan transactions, thus fostering trust between the Cooperative and its members.

Jatayu Swimming Club is a non-formal educational institution that provides swimming courses. Jatayu Swimming Club's operational activities still use a manual system, from new member registration, transaction processing, and scheduling to reporting. An information system is needed to improve services so that services are more effective and efficient. The research method used is the system development method, namely the Prototype Method. The design of the swimming course information system is based on a needs analysis by conducting interviews, observations, and literature studies to reduce the difficulties that occur in operational services at the Jatayu Swimming Club. This study only focuses on three stages: gathering needs, building prototyping, and prototyping evaluation. The swimming course information system design process at Jatayu Swimming Club uses system modeling, including Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams, and produces a User Interface. It is hoped that with the design of this system, Jatayu Swimming Club can apply it to become an information system that can be run for company operations.

The role of Information and Communication Technology in supporting operational and managerial systems in government agencies today is felt to be increasingly important. With the significant developments in this field, it has led to various fundamental changes in all aspects, where information has become a very valuable and decisive commodity to achieve the success of running a government in a comprehensive sense. The era of globalization, advances in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and efforts to improve the performance of government agencies have encouraged the transformation of Government towards e-Government. The transformation of the manual governance work process system into an electronic-based work system is carried out through the use of ICT. Utilization of ICT includes activities related to data processing, information management, management systems and electronic work processes. Thus, to realize this transformation, it is necessary to develop e-Government. And now the implementation of e-Government has been implemented in almost all countries so that it has the opportunity to accelerate economic growth, increase people's welfare dramatically, and strengthen good governance practices. While utilization and development related to the use of information and communication technology in e-Development. E-Development has interrelated elements including e-Leadership along with institutional policies and arrangements, information and communication infrastructure, e-Government, e-Society and the supporting ICT industry. Efforts to develop e-Development have been made, although limited to only a few fields. The development of e-Development has received support from related government agencies such as DEPKOMINFO, the Ministry of Research and Technology and the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology.

This study aims to find out how Website Based Customer Accounts Receivable Monitoring System at PT. Guna Artha Kencana. This study uses a qualitative research approach, the subject of this research id Debt Payment Monitoring System at PT. Guna Artha Kencana. The object of this research is the financial manajer of PT. Guna Artha Kencana. The method used in this research is the Linear Sequential Model, the data collection method used is interviews to obtain primary data and literature studies to obtain secondary data and to design using the Laravel Framework and PHP programming. The results of this research are successful in designing a system for controlling customer receivables payments where this system can be used to record and process every transaction that occurs in the company and this system can also be used to monitor the status of customer account receivable.

STMIK Primakara is aInformatics and Computer College which of course cannot be separated from the existence of computerization. Most of the systems that are there are already computerized, including the processing of financial data. Where financial data processing, there is a process of cash receipts and payments like companies in general. This study discusses the development of an information system for cash receipts and disbursements at STMIK Primakara. This researchwas conducted using the Linear Sequential method. This research uses the PHP programming language with a code igniter framework. This research succeeded in developing a cash management information system, especially cash receipts and disbursements at STMIK Primakara. From the results of interviews with users conducted by researchers, responses from those who will use this system are quite positive because it canfacilitate them in the process of managing financial data.
