Abstract

Abstract The number of internet users in Indonesia has increased rapidly in the past two decades. Technological developments coincided with the growth of pioneering companies or startups, both failures or great successes. Fundraising is the lifeblood of startup, a steady stream of funds from various sources will greatly help the company.The success of startups, one of them can be seen from how much the value of the startup’s valuation, The greater the value then the opportunity to get investors' funds wide open. PT. XYZ is one of the startup of online media in Indonesia and the first in Bali, investment funds can certainly support and optimize the development of the company. Considering the importance of investment funds for the sustainability of the company, a valuation calculation is needed to gain an opportunity to receive funding. Abstract

The advancement of technology and the openness of the internet access in many places in Indonesia, making the shift in styles of learning and acquiring knowledge. Significant growth on such access also has changed the way everyone connected, communicate with each other and develop a social community. Unlike previous generations, college students in today?s era found many learning resources, both from his tutor at the College as well as from fellow students, also from other learning sources outside his College. The fact of this openness requires a new approach for a lecturer in the College to adopt a way of delivering his teaching, so the learning objectives can be achieved. One such implementation is implementing e-learning using the Social Learning Network. The purpose of this study is to see to what extent the effectiveness of the e-learning implementation on motivation and learning achievements of students. The research results showed that the learning opportunities has the greatest role in the motivation of learning, followed by collaborative learning. A high learning motivation using Social Learning Network, Schoology became a highly influential variable on learning achievements of Students in STMIK Primakara Bali

Abstract

Adanya kemajuan Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang mampu menghasilkan transformasi aktivitas kehidupan manusia dalam berbagai bidang, salah satunya bidang e-commerce dan banyak startup- startup yang muncul dalam bidang penjualan online. Hal ini mendorong salah satu perusahaan retail PT Matahari Department Store Tbk untuk memperluas bisnisnya menggunakan platform e-commerce untuk menjual produk eklusifnya dengan konsep Omni-Channel. Perusahaan melakukan kerjasama dengan pembelian saham di PT Global Ecommerce yang merupakan induk dari perusahaan MatahariMall pada tahun 2015, tahun 2016 perusahan meluncurkan platform digitalnya yaitu MatahariStore.com dan tahun 2018 perusahaan melakukan rebrending situs menjadi Matahari.com yang merupakan gabungan dari MatahariMall dengan MatahariStore.com. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan profitabilitas yang ditimbulkan dari penerapan teknologi informasi dalam bidang e-commerce. Metode yang digunakan adalah rasio profitabilitas yaitu NPM, ROA, ROE, ROS, dan ROCE. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan tahunan dari tahun 2011 sampai tahun 2019. Tahun 2015 ditetapkan sebagai periode pisah batas karena periode tersebut perusahaan memulai menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam bidang e-commerce. Hasil penelitian dengan NPM dan ROA terjadi peningkatan setelah menerapkan Teknologi Informasi dalam bidang e-commerce, sedangkan ROE, ROS, dan ROCE terjadi penurunan setelah menerapkan Teknologi Informasi dalam bidang e-commerce.Kata Kunci: E-commerce, Analisis Perbandingan, Rasio Profitabilitas

Abstract

Teknologi informasi sekarang ini berkembang dengan sangat pesat. Hampir disemua bidang kehidupan memerlukan kehadiran teknologi informasi. Di bidang pendidikan, khususnya di sekolah dengan adanya pengembangan teknologi informasi dapat membantu perkembangan infrastruktur dan sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis komputer sehingga dapat membantu aktivitas pembuatan laporan keuangan di sekolah. SMK Werdhi Sila Kumara adalah satu lembaga sekolah yang belum memanfaatkan perkembangan IT secara maksimal karena masih menggunakan sistem konvensional dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan. Sosialisasi ini diikutioleh para staf yang ada di SMK Werdhi Sila Kumara, mulai dari bagian bendahara dan kepala sekolahnya. Sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan sistem pelaporan akutansi yang dapat membantu pengelolaan data, pencarian data, dan menghindari kerusakan data karena proses pelaporan sudah dibuat secara komputerisasi. Para peserta sosialisasi  sangat antusias dalam mengikut proses pendampingan yang dimulai dari wawancara kebutuhan sistem sampai dengan pelatihan penggunaan sistem yang dibantu oleh mahasiswa di STMIK PRIMAKARA. Kondisi ini diharapkan dapat membantu SMK Werdhi Sila Kumala dalam membuat laporan keuangan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

E-commerceis one of the times and Information Technology (IT) that trades using the internet or what is called online sales. The impact of e-commerce on PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk, which invests in e-commerce in developing its business. Therefore it is necessary to know the effect of e-commerce on companies and the importance of analyzing an investment, whether it is feasible or not to be developed and implemented in a company. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive approach, a comparative analysis method of financial statements and a method of cost benefit analysis (CBA). The results of research on the impact of e-commerce on companies are investing in IT in the field of e-commerce, developing the concept of omni-channel, conductingrebranding site to Matahari.com, decreased stocks, decreased profits, increased liabilities, while total assets and equity decreased in 2018 due to decreased profits, and the results of calculations on the benefits and costs of investing in e-commerce had a positive effect on ROI, NPV, PP, BCR, so this investment can be accepted. Abstract

Abstrak. MP.Net merupakan sebuah perusahaan jasa yang bergerak di bidang internet service, pemasangan jaringan wifi, instalasi jaringan kantor, hotel, rumah pribadi maupun villa. Dalam operasi sehari-hari, proses pencatatan persediaan barang proyek masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan pendataan berupa ketidakkonsistenan data persediaan dan keadaan ril persediaan. Pengembangan sistem informasi persediaan barang pada MP.Net dibangun menggunakan platform web. Perancangan sistem ini menggunakan beberapa tools yaitu Diagram Konteks, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Kamus Data, ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) dan User Interface (UI). Untuk metode perancangan dari sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Dalam pengujian sistem ini menggunakan Blackbox testing. Dari rancangan dan diimplementasikan sistem berbasis web ini dapat memberikan solusi dari permasalahan ketidakkonsistenan data persediaan pada MP.Net, sehingga proses melaporkan hasil dari akumulasi persediaan barang menjadi tepat. Kata kunci: Sistem Persediaan Barang, Berbasis Web, MP.Net Abstract. MP.Net is a service company engaged in internet service, wifi network installation, office network installation, hotel, private house or villa. In day-to-day operations, the process of recording project inventories is still done manually, so that data collection errors often occur in the form of inconsistencies in inventory data and the real state of inventory. The inventory information system development at MP.Net is built using a web platform. The design of this system uses several tools, namely Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Data Dictionary, ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and User Interface (UI). For the design method of this system using the waterfall method. In testing this system using Blackbox testing. From the design and implementation of this web-based system, it can provide a solution to the problem of inconsistent inventory data on MP.Net, so that the process of reporting the results of the accumulated inventory of goods is accurate. Abstract

The UD. Akor Nature Bag Management does not yet have a good financial reporting system because it only relies on notes from sales. The management also cannot know the development of the company's branches in real time, because sales transactions are sent by the branch to the center once a week or once a month. This article presents the design of an integrated Point of Sales system, which is tailored to the needs of the UD Akor Nature Bag. The research method used is a system development method with a prototyping approach, starting from planning and ending with the proposed system design. Point of Sales system design includes context diagram design, data flow diagram design, system database design, and user interface design. The design of the user interface is made in the form of a static web and uses a template from Stisla.Keywords: System Design, Point of Sales System, Prototyping ABSTRAK. Manajemen UD Akor Nature Bag belum memiliki sistem pelaporan keuangan yang baik karena hanya mengandalkan nota-nota dari penjualan. Pihak manajemen juga tidak dapat mengetahui perkembangan cabang perusahaan secara realtime, karena transaksi penjualan dikirim oleh cabang ke pusat setiap satu minggu atau satu bulan sekali. Artikel ini menyajikan rancangan sistem Point of Sales terintegrasi, yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pada UD Akor Nature Bag. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan sistem dengan pendekatan prototyping, dimulai dari perencanaan dan berakhir pada perancangan sistem usulan. Perancangan sistem Point of Sales memuat rancangan diagram konteks, rancangan data flow diagram, rancangan database sistem, serta rancangan user interface. Abstract

Abstrak.  PT. Pilar Bali Utama merupakan suatu perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dibidang pengembangan property terutama perumahan dan rumah toko. Pengolahan data transaksi penerimaan kas, pengeluaran kas dan pencatatan rumah terjual dicatatat pada buku kas manual. Hal ini tentu berdampak pada lamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk merekapitulasi data tersebut menjadi laporan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini berfokus pada rancangan sistem informasi penerimaan dan pengeluran kas pada PT Pilar Bali Utama. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan software adalah model waterfall. Level akses pengguna terdiri dari bagian kasir, accounting, manejer dan direktur. Bagian kasir mengolah data rumah, jual rumah dan data rumah terjual. Bagian accounting mengolah data pemasukan kas, pengeluaran kas, data rumah terjual, data modal awal, data akun dan laporan akuntansi. Bagian manejer dan direktur mengolah laporan rumah terjual, laporan pemasukan kas, laporan pengeluran kas, laporan modal awal, laporan arus kas, buku besar, jurnal umum, neraca saldo dan laporan laba rugi. Sistem informasi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas ini dapat meningkatkan peforma pengolahan data penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas pada PT Pilar Bali Utama. Pilar Bali Utama is a private company engaged in property development, especially housing and shop houses. Data processing of cash receipts, cash disbursements and recorded of sold houses are recorded in the manual cash book. This certainly has an impact on the length of time needed to recapitulate the data into cash receipts and disbursements reports. Therefore, this research focuses on the design of information systems for cash receipts and expenditure at PT Pilar Bali Utama.The method used in software development is the waterfall model. User access levels consist of cashiers, accounting, managers and directors. The cashier's part is processing data on houses, selling houses and selling house data. The accounting section processes data on cash income, cash disbursements, data on house sold, initial capital data, account data and accounting reports. The manager and director department manage the house sold report, cash income statement, cash disbursement report, initial capital statement, cash flow statement, ledger, general journal, balance sheet and income statement. The cash receipts and disbursement information system are expected to improve the performance of cash receipts and disbursements data at PT Pilar Bali Utama. Abstract

Abstrak. Awel Uniform merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang usaha Garment. Pada saat ini sistem yang sedang berjalan di Awel uniform masih dilakukan secara manual khususnya dalam proses transaksi pencatatan harga pokok penjualan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan sistem produksi pada Awel uniform agar harga jual tidak dibawah harga pokok penjualan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Metode dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan Metode Waterfall serta untuk perancangannya menggunakan Framework Codeigniter dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP serta database yang digunakan adalah MySQL, dan untuk metode pengujian sistem menggunakan black box testing. Penelitian ini berhasil merancang sistem produksi berbasis website yang dimana dengan adanya sistem produksi ini dapat memudahkan perusahaan khususnya pada bagian marketing, gudang, kasir serta accounting untuk dapat membantu manajer perusahaan dalam mendapatkan informasi dengan cepat dan akurat, sehingga memberikan kemudahan dalam proses biaya bahan baku, biaya tenaga kerja serta biaya overhead pabrik yang menghasilkan harga pokok penjualan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, sistem informasi penjualan ini efektif dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang ada pada Awel Uniform.Kata kunci: Pengembangan Sistem, Sistem Informasi Produksi, Perusahaan Garmen Abstract. Awel Uniform is a company engaged in the Garment business. At this time the system that is running in Awel uniform is still carried out specifically in the process of recording the transaction cost of goods sold. The purpose of this study is to implement a production system on uniform Awel so that the selling price is not below the cost of goods sold. Suggestions used in this study are qualitative. The method in making this application uses the Waterfall Method and for its design using the Codeigniter Framework using the PHP programming language and the database used is MySQL, and for the system testing method using black box testing. This research succeeded in developing a production system based on the website that presents this production system can provide specialized companies in the marketing, warehouse, accounting and accounting to be able to assist company managers in obtaining information quickly and accurately, providing provides in the process of supply of raw materials, labor costs work with factory overhead that results in cost of goods sold. Based on the results of the interview, this sales information system is effective in overcoming problems that exist in Awel Uniform.Keywords: System Development, Production Information Systems, Garment Companies

Abstract

The transaction management system at the Eka Putra Store (a beverage supplier company) which is still done manually, causes errors in recording, calculating sales, and calculating inventory, so the process becomes ineffective and causes material losses. This paper presents the analysis and design of the Point of Sales system as a computerized system to replace the manual system. System analysis and design using Agile Development Method through six stages, namely: planning, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment, and maintenance. The developed application system model produces product data report designs, sales reports, customer data reports, inventory information.Keywords: System Analysis, System Design, Point of Sales, Agile Development Method ABSTRAK. Sistem pengelolaan transaksi pada Toko Eka Putra (perusahaan supplier minuman) yang masih dilakukan secara manual, menyebabkan terjadinya kesalahan pencatatan, perhitungan penjualan, serta perhitungan persediaan barang, sehingga proses menjadi tidak efektif dan menimbulkan kerugian materil. Paper ini menyajikan analisis dan perancangan sistem Point of Sales sebagai sistem terkomputerisasi untuk menggantikan sistem manual. Analisis dan perancangan sistem menggunakan Metode Agile Development melalui enam tahapan yaitu: perencanaan, implementasi, pengujian, dokumentasi, deployment, dan pemeliharaan. Model sistem aplikasi yang dikembangkan menghasilkan desain laporan data barang, laporan penjualan, laporan data pelanggan, informasi persediaan barang.Kata Kunci: Analisis Siste, Desain Sistem, Point of Sales, Metode Agile Development
