Abstract

Abstrak. E-Commerce dapat menghubungkan penjual dan pembeli yang berbeda tempat yang tidak mengharuskan penjual dan pembeli bertemu secara langsung layaknya transaksi tradisional. Masalah yang biasa terjadi pada sisi pemilik yaitu menghitung biaya kirim dan melakukan pengecekan secara manual untuk memastikan barang yang dipesan sudah di bayar. Perlu adanya pengembangan suatu aplikasi e-commerce yang terintegrasi dengan sistem penghitungan biaya kirim dan payment gateway yang dapat mempermudah konsumen untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang produk yang diinginkan, serta dapat melakukan transaksi dari mana saja secara online. Dengan menerapkan Appication Programming Interface (API) Midtrans sebagai payment gateway diharapkan pemilik usaha tidak perlu lagi melakukan pengecekan biaya kirim dan melakukan pengecekan pembayaran secara manual untuk menghitung biaya kirim ke berbagai wilayah di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan aplikasi adalah metode prototyping, sebuah metode yang dikembangkan dengan berkomunikasi kepada client agar aplikasi yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan keinginan client. Hasil uji pencocokan biaya pengiriman dan total biaya yang harus dibayar oleh pelanggan menunjukkan API dari midtrans dapat membantu pelanggan melakukan pembayaran melalui channel yang bekerjasama dengan midtrans. Kata kunci: E-commerce, Appication Programming Interface, Midtrans, Raja Ongkir Abstract. E-Commerce can connect sellers and buyers from different places that do not require sellers and buyers to meet in person like traditional transactions. The problem that usually occurs on the owner's side is calculating shipping costs and checking manually to make sure the goods ordered have been paid for. It is necessary to develop an e-commerce application that is integrated with a shipping cost calculation system and a payment gateway that can make it easier for consumers to get information about the desired product, and can make transactions from anywhere online. By implementing Midtrans Appication Programming Interface (API) as a payment gateway, it is hoped that business owners will no longer need to check shipping costs and check payments manually to calculate shipping costs to various regions in Indonesia. The method used in application development is the prototype method, a method developed by communicating to the client so that the resulting application is in accordance with the client's wishes. The test results of matching shipping costs and total costs to be paid by customers show that Midtrans API can help customers make payments through channels that work with Midtrans. Abstract

The election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of Bali will go through several stages of elections starting from the determination of the Governor and Deputy Governor of Bali to the stages of vote counting. In the election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of Bali the community can be directly involved in the voting stage which will be held on June 27, 2018 (General Commission Election or KPU, 2018). So that it raises many opinions, not only positive and neutral opinions but also negative ones. This research is expected to be able to conduct research on public opinion which contains positive, neutral and negative sentiments. In this research used tokenization preprocessing data N-gram method. N-gram is a token consisting of three words in each one token. In the stemming stages used the Nzief Adriani algorithm. For the classification process of this research used the ‘Naïve Bays Classifier (NBC) method. In testing the candidate Governor's data the highest accuracy was obtained from the classification ofKBS-Ace data on data taken from twitter with 89% accuracy, 91% precision and 94% recall and lowest accuracy when KBS-Ace data calcification process on social media Facebook.

Abstract

Information systems are very important in this globalization era. Information systems generally can be used as a reference for decision making or to monitor the progress of an activity process. In high education, information systems are no less important than information systems within the company. Higher education is an institution that uses information systems to monitor work systems to improve quality. Higher Education Institute STMIK STIKOM Indonesia has implemented an internal quality assurance system (SPMI). An example of its application is by carrying out an internal quality audit (AMI). To ensure the quality of the application meets the standards and needs of the user, it can be done by performing software testing based on the ISO 25010 standard.

Abstract

Dengue fever is found more in tropics andsubtropics area. The World Health Organization (WHO) notedthat Indonesia is as the highest dengue fever cases in South Asiansince 1968 till 2009. The treatment of patient dengue fever inhospital had spent rest time or the days in hospital in variationtreatment. Days in hospital often becomes questions from thepatients’ family. To predict of days in hospital is maybe to knowthe capacity for the long period strategies. In this research, weused machine learning approach to predict the period of denguefever patients. One of the machines of learning method is KNearest Neighbor (K-NN). In this case, we analyze the result ofimplementation K-NN method that used to predict period of daysin hospital patients for dengue fever. This paper used the result oflaboratory checking of blood complete with patients as parameterin predict the period of days in hospital dengue fever. The resultof examination used K-NN to show the accuracy levels reach65,67% with k optimal is k=13.

Abstract

Data analysis of disaster is very important forsupporting in making decision to cope with the next disaster orprepare if the disaster will happen again. Online AnalyticalProcessing (OLAP) becomes solution to get analysis by usingcertain analysis that supplied in OLAP. To supply the dataanalysis in which done by OLAP so the data as the representativein multidimensional model that manages the data in cube form.Warehouse data can be called as the place from source data thatused to make easier in analysis information process in it becauseconcept of data dimensional offered. The planning data warehouseis basically by source data that gotten and decided by thedescription of needs from the users. OLAP in this disaster reportsuccess in implementation with helping data warehouse and implysnowflake schema to dimensional data first.

Abstract

Desa Kukuh Kecamatan Kerambitan Kabupaten Tabanan merupakan daerah yang tengah memanfaatkan Teknologi, termasuk Teknologi Informasi dalam rangka memperkuat Data Desa dalam menuju Desa Pintar (Smart village) dan Desa Digital (Digital village). Hal ini sesuai dengan salah satu Misi dari Desa Kukuh. Kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar, penggunaan dan penguasaan teknologi komputer dan informasi kepada perangkat desa guna meningkatkan skill dan kompetensi dalam dunia kerja melayani masyarakat. Sasaran dari pengabdian ini adalah para perangkat desa di Desa Kukuh Kecamatan Kerambitan Kabupaten Tabanan Bali. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, latihan dan evaluasi. Ceramah digunakan untuk memberikan penjelasan tentang materi Teknologi Komputer dan Teknologi Informasi. Metode demonstrasi akan digunakan untuk memperagakan atau menunjukkan suatu proses kerja. Metode latihan digunakan untuk mempraktekkan materi yang telah disampaikan dan didemonstrasikan. Dan evaluasi akan digunakan untuk mengetahui dan mengukur tingkat pemahaman. Dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian yang telah dilakukan, seluruh perangkat desa sangat antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan komputer, perangkat desa dapat memahami dan mampu mempraktekan dengan baik seluruh materi yang disampaikan selama kegiatan pengabdian.

Abstract

One of the areas producing creative industries in Bali is Tabanan Regency which produces creative industries in the form of pottery. In the community, earthenware products are usually known in the form of objects that function as containers, for example flower vases, pots, barrels, jugs, jars and so on. Sales of pottery products at the UD company. Amerta Sedana every month experiences erratic fluctuations. In planning sales, the company only estimates the number of sales without using the scientific method as a benchmark to assist the company in determining the next sales. This causes the company to be unable to maximize sales for the following month and fulfill consumer demand for goods. One solution that can be used is to do forecasting. Forecasting is a picture of the state of the company in the future and this picture is very important for the company. There are various types of methods that can be used to perform forecasting calculations. This study uses a comparison of the Single Moving Average and Double Exponential Smoothing methods for forecasting sales of small pot number 1, pot lion white, and pot monkey. The results showed that the calculation with the smallest error value was the sale of small pot number 1 with the 2-month Single Moving Average method with an MSE value of 56.1 and an MAD value of 4.942857, a lion white pot with a 2-month Single Moving Average method with an MSE value of 707.3214. and the MAD value is 18.82857, the monkey pot uses the 2-month Single Moving Average method with a value of 247.8786 and a MAD value of 11.32857

Abstract

ABSTRACTEnglish is an international language that is used almost all over the world. Bali as a national and international tourist destination really needs English as the language of instruction in the tourism industry, so the introduction of English needs to be done early. Currently English has been taught from Elementary School (SD) to Higher Education. The teaching method used so far is to explain directly in class. The teacher explains the material orally or by writing on the blackboard. This teaching method is considered too monotonous and less interesting so that students become bored. Using education games students can play while learning, making it more fun. Education games are not only entertaining, but also educational. Therefore, it is very suitable to be applied to elementary school students. The method used is the prototype method which consists of four stages, namely, Communication, Quick Plan and Modeling Quick Design, Construction of prototype, and Development Delivery & Feedback. From the evaluation, it was found that the prototype of this English educational game was "good". Guru menjelaskan materi secara lisan maupun dengan menuliskan di papan tulis. Cara mengajar tersebut dianggap terlalu monoton dan kurang menarik sehingga siswa menjadi bosan. Dengan menggunakan game edukasi siswa dapat bermain sambil belajar, sehingga lebih menyenangkan. Game edukasi tidak hanya menghibur, tetapi juga mendidik. Oleh sebab itu, sangat cocok untuk diterapkan untuk siswa SD. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode prototipe yang terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu, Communication, Quick Plan dan Modeling Quick Design, Contruction of prototype, dan Development Delivery & Feedback. Dari evaluasi yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa prototipe game edukasi bahasa inggris ini sudah “baik”. Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi pada sekolah menengah pertama sejauh ini masih kurang, penyampaian materi pelajaran dirasa masih sulit untuk dipahami siswa. Sebagai upaya peningkatan kemampuan guru dan staf administrasi perlu dilaksanakan workshop yang meningkatkan pelayanan sekolah dalam pemanfaatan teknologi untuk menunjang aktifitas pembelajaran SMP N 1 Semarapura yakni Membuat Video Pembelajaran (Power Point, Camtasia) oleh guru untuk siswa dan menunjang perpustakaan dalam melayani siswa dengan menerapkan aplikasi (SLIMS) untuk Perpustakaan. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan melatih keterampilan para guru dan staff dalam peningkatan pelayanan sekolah terhadap para siswa. Setelah dilakukannya pelatihan, Adapun kuisioner disebarkan terhadap para guru untuk mengetahui kegunaan aplikasi Power Point, Camtasia dan SLIMS dengan menggunakan Usability Testing, dari hasil sebaran kuisioner yang diberikan, mendapatkan hasil yang ideal yakni dari skalia 1–5 berada dalam angka > 3.5, hal ini menunjukan bahwa guru dan staff telah mengikuti pelatihan dengan baik dan pengoperasian aplikasi dengan mudah.
