<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh konten edukasi tiktok terhadap pengetahuan tugas akhir mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel bebas berupa konten Tik Tok (X). Sedangkan untuk mengukur variabel terikat, penelitian ini menggunakan variabel terikat berupa pengetahuan tugas akhir (Y). Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan skala interval menggunakan wujud skala sikap di Likert. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara Efektivitas Konten Tiktok @buiramira terhadap Pengetahuan Tugas Akhir Mahasiswa dengan mendapat angka sebesar 0,637 atau 63,7%. Dari semua hasil perhitungan dapat disimpulkan bahwa konten TikTok @buiramira sangat berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan tugas akhir mahasiswa]]>

<![CDATA[AbstractThe purposes ond conclution of this research are to find out how the application of interpersonal communication between teachers and deaf students in Nurul Iman extraordinary school in the utilization of social media, to find out what factors hinder and support the application of interpersonal communication in the utilization of social media in Nurul Iman extraordinary school, and to know what impact occurs on students in the utilization of social media in interpersonal communication with the teacher, which is the overall purpose of this research by paying attention to the quality of supportive attitudes. <![CDATA[The purposes of this research to know and described corruption pattern conducted by government officials, the causes of corruption involving government officials, and effective solution in combating corruption in West Java that should be taken by the law enforcement institutions. This research based on qualitative method by literature research and in depth interview. The research founds that corruption committed in West Java mostly in form of State Budgeting Loss meanwhile; the causes of corruption in West Java were high political cost and taking the loopholes of such regulation. So, It can be solved by the law enforcement institutions must perform better in the eradication of corruption by repairing three sectors such as regulation, organizational structure and legal culture of the officers.]]>

<![CDATA[Contribution of Anti Corruption Legal Clinic of Faculty of Law Unpad is making change through research report‟s advocacy. Advocacy aimed to give more advamtage and meaning to the research conducted by the students. However by the observation of the writer, research report‟s advocacy in 2014 has not give significant support to the expexted changes. Writer interested to take research in this activity to analyse communication strategy in research report‟s advocacy. Research conducted by qualitative method through interview and researcher involved in every students‟ activity. Research shows that the main components in communication strategy in advocacy are communication planning, actuating and evalution. Yet, the evaluation has not conducted to the maxiumum effort.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze how the Public Relations of the West Java Provincial Government manage the negative issues. The results of this study are used to provide recommendations for the political area to approach an accurate strategy, so the impact of negative issues can be less impacted and more controlled. The negative perspectives of the Institution will be impacted to Governor’s image as the highest leader. The methodology used in this study is a case study by selecting two controversial cases that caused a negative image of the West Java Provincial Government. The first issue that analyzes was the West Java Provincial Government Secretary corruption. The Second Issue was the Governor’s swimming pool which used a lot of Institutional budgets. The results of this study showed that the curative aspect is dominant in the management issues process. Furthermore, press conferences are the dominant strategy tool used by West Java Provincial Government Public Relations to inform how they solve any problem. The aspect that must be improved in neutralizing issues consists of the less in-depth trend analysis, and several media has not been classified properly.]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this research is a repeatedly ethical code violation by online media in Indonesia. Whereas on June 2020, Press Council warned the media, through a memorandum Number: 01/Seruan-DP/VI/202, to call every media, including online media, to work professionally in the news reporting about public issues. Therefore, the objective of this research was to find out the contributing factors of journalistic ethical code violations. In addition, this research also seeks to formulate solutions to minimize the violations. This research employed a constructive approach with a qualitative method. The data were collected through news observation in the three selected online media over the period of three months and through in-depth interviews with several informants. Several groups of informants are involved in this research, with the managers of the selected online media as primary informants. The secondary informants in this research are supervisory organizations or media observers verified by the Press Council, academicians/experts, and representatives of the Press Council. The research shows that the status of online media organizations influences the repeatedly journalistic ethical code violations. For example, verified online media by Press Council violates the ethical code more repeatedly than unverified online media.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated because the digital culture of the people of Bandung city is still low so that it has an impact on the low level of digital public participation and the digital culture of the Bandung city government is still low so that the quality of digital public services is also low. Therefore, this research was conducted to find out in more detail about how the digital culture of the community and its impact on the level of participation and how the digital culture of the Bandung city and its impact on the quality of public services in Bandung city and how strategies to build a digital culture so that public participation and the quality of public services in Bandung city become optimal. This research used a mix method, which is a combination of quantitative approaches and qualitative approaches. The quantitative approach in this study was carried out using a survey method to measure digital culture. While the qualitative approach was obtained through descriptive analysis of quantitative findings and constructing strategies to build a digital culture of the community and digital culture of the Bandung city government. The result of this research is that the digital culture of Bandung city is quite mature. However, it has not been able to encourage active and substantive participation in the government's digital communication channels. Likewise, the digital culture of Bandung city government employees is also quite good. The digital culture of government employees has only had an impact on service quality quantitatively, but not yet qualitatively.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract The negative effect of the decentralization policy implemented since 2001 is that corruption too become decentralized, especially in West Java. This article discusses: (1) patterns of corruption; (2)probable causes of corruption by government officials; and (3) proposed solution. To do just that, the author chose a socio legal research approach. Empirical data was collected through in depth interview. The main findings are: (1) Corruption in West Java mostly took the form of state budget misappropriation; (2) the major source of corruption is abuse of power, money politics and the tendency to misuse loopholes in rules and regulations. Law enforcement should therefore focus on betterment of regulation, organizational structure and legal culture of the officers.]]>
