Abstract

Salah satu fungsi kritik matan adalah untuk memastikan otensititas dan kevalidan hadis. Sasaran kritik matan adalah kandungan atau isi sebuah hadis. Analisis historis digunakan untuk menguji kebenaran isi hadis. Analisis historis dalam kaitannya dengan penelitian matan hadis adalah sesuatu yang urgen. Hal ini karena terkait dengan pengakuan otentisitas dan validitas matan hadis. Sebab, gejala sosial kemanusiaan terkait dengan lingkungan dan sejarahnya. Konsekuensinya apabila suatu hadis bertentangan dengan fakta historis, maka matan hadis tersebut tidak memenuhi kaidah kesahihan matan, sehingga hadis tersebut dapat dinyatakan lemah (daif). Dengan demikian, analisis sejarah berguna untuk menunjukkan kelemahan dan kepalsuan hadis.  ----------------- The main function of haditz critic is to ensure originality and validity of the haditz. Abstract

The concept of religious moderation as anti-theses of the spread of various phenomena of religious radicalism in different parts of the world must be developed based on the right epistemological concept. Conceptually, the four epistemological components consisting of source, structure, method and validity with empirical description in both countries namely Indonesia and Australia signal the need to build systemic synergies in each component initiated by the source as its initial foothold, then structure as a construct of its development, then the method as a paradigmatic, procedural and implementing framework, to the extent that the concept of religious moderation can contribute to the strengthening of religious moderation. The alignment of state policy epistemology frameworks related to religious moderation in Indonesia and Australia shows that in the four components of epistemology consisting of sources, structures, methods and validity. At the source, the epistemology of state policy regarding religious moderation in both countries lies in normative theology as well as normative juridical. On structures, the two have structural differences caused by the typology of the communities of the two different countries. In the method, the epistemology of state policy related to religious moderation in both countries lies on intervention and dialogue. While on the validity side, four theories of validity in this case correspondence theory, coherence theory, formative theory, and pragmatic theory can be found in both countries with different dimensions.Konsep moderasi beragama sebagai anti-inisan penyebaran berbagai fenomena radikalisme agama di berbagai belahan dunia harus dikembangkan berdasarkan konsep epistemologis yang tepat. Secara konseptual, keempat komponen epistemologis yang terdiri dari sumber, struktur, metode dan validitas dengan uraian empiris di kedua negara yaitu Indonesia dan Australia menandakan perlunya membangun sinergi sistemik di setiap komponen yang diinisiasi oleh sumber sebagai pijakan awalnya, kemudian struktur sebagai konstruksi pembangunannya, maka metode sebagai paradigmatik, prosedural dan kerangka pelaksanaan, sejauh konsep moderasi beragama dapat berkontribusi pada penguatan Penyelarasan kerangka kerja epistemologi kebijakan negara terkait moderasi beragama di Indonesia dan Australia menunjukkan bahwa dalam empat komponen epistemologi yang terdiri dari sumber, struktur, metode dan validitas. Pada sumbernya, epistemologi kebijakan negara mengenai moderasi beragama di kedua negara terletak pada teologi normatif serta yuridis normatif. Pada struktur, keduanya memiliki perbedaan struktural yang disebabkan oleh tipologi komunitas dari dua negara yang berbeda. Dalam metode tersebut, epistemologi kebijakan negara terkait moderasi beragama di kedua negara terletak pada intervensi dan dialog. Sementara dari sisi validitas, empat teori validitas dalam hal ini teori korespondensi, teori koherensi, teori formatif, dan teori pragmatis dapat ditemukan di kedua negara dengan dimensi yang berbeda.

Abstract

This writing tries to show the importance of contextual understanding on hadith in order to response Islam Nusantara discourse. It is library research which takes contextual understanding on hadith and Islam Nusantara as its variables of research. The research result shown that contextual meaning is an approach which done, as an effort to analyze the meaning of hadith. it is done when there is inconsistency between the situation on a society or a certain time of decade. The hadith said that the leader should be taken from Quraisy tribe or the hadith about a nation will never find its prosperous when the leadership is given to woman are two examples which will get difficulties when it will be applied in Indonesia, as long as it is still understood textually. However, both do not find clashes when it is understood contextually. Therefore, all the Islam scientific are demanded to be ready in responding the actual problems on society life, especially in Indonesia archipelago, in order to reflect the elasticity of Islam teaching principle and method on mu’amalah and social relation issues.

Abstract

Hadis, as the second source of Islamic law, has ben referred by muslims from the early periode of Islam, in dealing with their both social and sprituai life. Due this reason, many parties, either muslim or non-muslim have used hadis not only in line with proper function as second source after the Qur’an but olso for improper usage. In order to deal with this issue, this article aims at providing a clear analysis on hadis position and its function as a source for Islamic legislation. By reffering to both Qur’anic interpretation ad hadis contents, and also dealing with opinions of Muslim. It is found that hadis is inseparable from the Qur’an. Surely, there has been a point in Islamic history when either certain Muslin or non-Muslim group denied to acknowledge hadis. This denial, however, was due to their iguarance towards the real means of the Qur’an and hadis itself.

Abstract

Character Development becomes great concern of Prophet Muhammad which is defined as a statement: I was raised to improve the morals . He tried to instill a prophetic character, one of them is honesty. An important point of the construction of Prophet Muhammad's are a gradual and consistent. Development is done more emphasis on attitude exemplifies. People who want a good character must make the Prophet as his role model. His exemplary application that he suggest are always honest in every speech and actions because honesty is an absolute requirements the establishment of the good character.

Abstract

Happy family become the hope of all the Muslim family with the assumption that everyone has the ability to be a servant of God fearing. Creating an atmosphere of Vegas in the family is not merely the duty of a wife, but must be supported by both parties (husband and wife). Wife in a domestic role was merely around the globe, while childcare for creating a happy family is not just revolve around the issues around the globe, but good role models based on the teachings of Islam, which is played by both parents in a household can not be abandoned. That understanding was revealed to review some of the traditions in this paper.

Abstract

The main issue to be answered in this paper is how is the contextual understanding of the value of women's testimony in the Qur'an? This study is a literature review analyzed descriptively qualitatively, with theological and sociological approaches. The results show that based on a contextual understanding of the verses regarding women's testimony, it can be said that the Qur'an never distinguishes between men and women. Al-Qur'an is precisely so respect and upholds the parallelism between men and women. However, if understood textually, it tends to show the opposite. Namely, women are still perceived as "second creatures" which then have implications for various kinds of injustice, for example in the case of testimony. As the implication that the Koran is not sufficiently understood textually so that it requires contextual understanding with complementary approaches.

Abstract

The main problem in this paper is how the methodological description of Islamic studies? The subject matter is elaborated into two sub-problems namely: what is the position of Islam as the object of study and what is the scope of Islamic study? The aim is to determine the position of Islam as an object of study and the scope of Islamic studies. The purpose is to introduce and photograph Islam as a whole. The results show that Islam as an object of study must be understood and approached with at least three approaches; namely the traditional approach, rational approach and mystical approach. The scope of Islamic studies can be expanded even further through historical, theological, spiritual, legal and social studies studies. The implication of this research is that Islam is open to be examined from various aspects other than those mentioned in this paper.
