Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) is one of the data and information used by local governments to measure the achievement of human development. This study aims to analyze the effect of the influence of the headcount on poverty ratio and health as seen from the amount of life expectancy on the Human Development Index in Central Java Province. This study was completed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 2.0 software. The results of this study indicate headcount of poverty ratio and health have a significant effect on the human development index, which is 95.2% and other factors influence 4.8%. Headcount of poverty ratio shows a significant negative effect on the Human Development Index in Central Java Province health as seen from the amount of the life expectancy show a positive effect and insignificant effect on the Human Development Index in Central Java Province.

Abstract

Archive structuring is sorting and combining archives according to type and use of archives for organization's benefit. Electronic filing systems are useful in facilitating the management of archives in organization. The study aimed to determine the implementation of the Dynamic Archival Information System or Sistem Informasi Kearsipan Dinamis (SIKD) at the Purwodadi Grobogan Regional Archives and Library Office. The research method was descriptive qualitative. The results showed that implementation of SIKD in dynamic archives at the Purwodadi Grobogan Regional Archives and Library Office began with document recording, archive control, distribution of archives, archive storage, and archive shrinkage. Archives are recorded in various methods consist of agenda books, control cards, and manuscripts. Archive control used are a control card system, spreadsheet introduction, and the SIKD framework application, which is equipped with a login. Distribution of archives used identification cards in SIKD after taking advantage of new developments and using conventional process combinations. Archive storage, both active and inactive records used the usual storage process that relied on the classification code recorded on the control card. This study concludes that the creation of the archives to archives shrinkage needs to be optimized. Due to the limited human resources of digital archive managers, not all dynamic archive files are digitized, and not all units can use the SIKD system due to website network problems. This study implies that the management of digital archives needs improvements in meeting the needs of those who require them at the Purwodadi Grobogan Regional Archives and Library Office.

Abstract

Primary schools lack Christian and Catholic teachers so there are volunteer teachers of the religious teaching staff. The volunteer has not enough education and teaching experiences. Therefore, provision is important both from a spiritual perspective, introduction to vision and mission, core values of BKGS, and as well as intellectually Christian and Catholic learning methods. The method that we used was to distribute the instrument to partner schools. The activity is carried out in several steps: Preparation, Implementation, Evaluation, and Reporting. The outcome and achievement are the performance of BKGS volunteers who are placed in schools, especially primary school in Salatiga, are classified good. This activity implies that teachers can improve learning strategies in schools through evaluations.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the acceptance of the Learning Management System as the Cloud Storage for students in digital-based learning at Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. The research is conducted using a descriptive quantitative research design. The data is acquired from 250 students of Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana who participate in the online lesson using the Cloud Storage in the Learning Management System. The technique of data collection is by using a closed questionnaire through random sampling. The acceptance of Cloud Storage usage is measured using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The result of the research shows a high outcome. During online lessons, the students use Cloud Storage in LMS which is integrated with the data storage feature in form of lesson materials, assignment files, teacher-students discussion forums, presence lists, meeting links, etc. Cloud Storage usage in LMS provides convenience, and benefit gain so that it can increase class performance which is effective and efficient, convenient, and fun, and it will trigger the interest in actual use of digital platforms.

Abstract

Mengingat kondisi saat ini yang tidak mendukung untuk pembelajaran secara langsung, maka kegiatan tersebut harus dilakukan, maka dari itu sekolah mendefinisikan pembelajaran online (dalam jaringan). E-learning merupakan sarana teknologi dengan menggunakan internet yang tidak langsung tetapi menggunakan media elektronik yang memudahkan peserta didik untuk belajar kapan saja atau di mana saja. E-learning merupakan pengalaman baru bagi pendidik dan peserta didik khususnya dalam pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis proses pembelajaran online yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan model konteks, masukan, proses, dan produk. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif.Jenis penelitian ini adalah model analisis deskriptif yang menggambarkan masalah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah observasi, Jenis observasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah partisipasi pasif. Observasi partisipatif pasif dilakukan dengan observasi tetapi tidak berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan tersebut. Wawancara, jenis wawancara yang digunakan adalah wawancara terstruktur. Dokumentasi yang digunakan untuk mempelajari data yang telah dikumpulkan.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze business plan activities as a strategy in entrepreneurship education in schools. Research used qualitative methods and the data were collected through in-depth interviews, non-participatory observation, documentation and triangulation of research data. The technique of selecting informants was through Snowball sampling consisted of students, teachers and several parties who were considered to understand the phenomena at Satya Wacana Junior and Senior Highschool. Analysis of the data used in this study was the analysis of the domain of Spradley by searching the domain and looking for semantic relationships. The results showed that the efforts made by school institutions in both junior and senior high school level could provide business plan methods that could shape the character and entrepreneurial competence. The characters formed in junior high school are: discipline, independence, creativity, responsibility, cooperation, hard work, risk taking, action orientation, and leadership. Competency consisted of communicative ability, being able to adapt to tasks, financial management and interpersonal skills. Other findings proved that high school students, through business plans, had characters: independent, creative, honest, curious, responsible, cooperative, hard work, tenacity, dare to take risks, curiosity, action oriented, leadership, commitment and orientation for success. Whereas the competence possessed were communicative, ability to solve problems, marketing ability, and interpersonal ability. The introduction of a business plan needs to be given continuously at all levels of education. School institutions can prepare curriculum, teaching materials, methods and strategies that can be integrated with entrepreneurial education.

Abstract

Abstrak: Manajemen Usaha dalam Upaya Peningkatan Produktivitas Kerja Wisata Merbabu Park Desa Kopeng. Manajemen usaha sangat penting sebagai dukungan untuk mengelola tenaga kerja untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen usaha di Wisata Merbabu Park. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles and Huberman dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Wisata Merbabu Park dalam pelaksanaanya menggunakan fungsi manajemen POAC, yaitu dengan memberdayakan masyarakat lokal, merekrut tenaga kerja lokal, motivasi, dan pengontrolan. Manajemen sudah berjalan dengan baik. Namun masih ada kendala pada tahap pengontrolan, yaitu tidak ada penggunaan teknologi absensi karyawan. Hal ini menyebabkan produktivitas kerja karyawan di Wisata Merbabu Park tidak efektif dan disiplin. Kata kunci: Manajemen POAC; Memberdayakan; Motivasi; Pengontrolan; Produktivitas Kerja  Abstract: Business Management in an Effort to Increase Work Productivity in Merbabu Park Tourism, Kopeng Village. Business management is very important as a support for workforce management to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to analyze business management in the Merbabu Tourism Park. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Huberman models with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that Merbabu Park Tourism in its implementation uses the POAC management function, namely by recruiting local people, recruiting local workers, motivation, and control. Management has been going well. However, there are still obstacles at the control stage, namely the absence of employee attendance technology. This causes the work productivity of employees at the Merbabu Tourism Park to become ineffective and disciplined. Keywords: POAC Management; empower; Motivation; control; Work productivity

Abstract

Schools face significant challenges in managing facilities and infrastructure due to limited awareness of security risks, maintenance procedures, and damage prevention strategies. This research addresses this gap by developing a facilities and infrastructure management system using the ADDIE model. This system not only aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of school asset management but also serves as a practical learning tool for vocational high school students specializing in office management and business services. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach. The data conducted by using questionnaire and analyzed descriptively. The developed facilities and infrastructure management system underwent evaluation, and the findings confirmed its highly recommended and effectiveness in streamlining school asset management. Additionally, the system proved to be a suitable educational tool for vocational students, enhancing their practical skills and knowledge.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengelolaan Arsip Pembelajaran Guru di SMK Bisnis Manajemen Salatiga . Arsip merupakan berbagai bentuk informasi penting yang direkam dalam berbagai macam bentuk dan media. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan arsip pembelajaran guru secara digital di SMK Kristen Bisnis Manajemen Salatiga. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitataif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan juga studi dokumentasi. Kegiatan analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru di SMK Kristen BM Salatiga sudah menerapkan pengelolaan arsip secara elektronik. Dalam  proses pengelolaan arsip elektronik tersebut  memiliki 3 fase yang terdiri dari penciptaan (creation), penggunaan dan pemeliharaan (use and maintenance, dan disposisi itu yang disebut dengan penyusutan (records disposal) arsip elektronik. Implikasi dari penerapkan pengelolaan E-arsip ini, pekerjaan akan lebih cepat, mudah, efektif dan efisien. Kata kunci: Covid-19; Pembelajaran;  Administrasi; Arsip Manual; Arsip Digital Abstract: Management of Teacher Learning Records at the Salatiga Business Management Vocational School. Records are various forms of important information recorded in various forms and media.This study aims to analyze the management of records in teacher learning at the Christian Vocational School of BM Salatiga. The method used is a descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and also documentation. While the data analysis activities use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that teachers at Christian Vocational School BM Salatiga have implemented electronic records management. In the process of managing electronic records, there are 3 phases consisting of creation, use and maintenance, and the disposition of which is known as records disposal of electronic records.The implication of implementing this records management is that the work will be faster, easier, more effective and efficient.               Keywords: Covid-19; Learning; Administration; Manual Records; Digital Records

Abstract

The world of business and industry (DUDI) is currently experiencing a significant transformation due to the influence of technology, this is characterized by machines replacing human labor or what is often known as the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Vocational High Schools (SMK) as providers of Human Resources who are ready to work have big challenges. Based on the results of observations made on the competence of Office Management and Business Services Vocational Schools in Salatiga, Boyolali and Surakarta, there is one subject in Automation and Financial Governance that still uses conventional calculations. Based on the above background, this research focuses on developing web-based petty cash learning media as a technological innovation to answer the needs of human resources who master technology. The research method used is R&D (Research and Development) which starts from the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation stages. The research results show that the web-based petty cash system is suitable for use. The Feasibility Test showed that information systems experts got a final score of 4.67, material and content experts got a final score of 4.35, and learning media experts got a final score of 4.67. So it can be said that in terms of system, material, content and learning media, the petty cash system as a learning media in vocational schools is "worth using". The results of responses from teacher practitioners show high interest in the application being developed and it is hoped that it will be able to facilitate the learning process on technology-based petty cash material. It is hoped that the resulting system can be used as a learning medium in vocational schools, especially in office management and business service skills competencies. However, further research needs to be carried out to be able to measure the effectiveness of the petty cash system being developed.
