Abstract

Sesuai dengan fungsinya, bank berperan menstabilkan sistem keuangan, melalui perusahaan membantu meningkatkan kinerjanya. Namun peran ini mulai berkurang sejalan dengan adanya berbagai alternatif sumber keuangan bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh bank-firm relationships terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan sampel perusahaan non keuangan yang tercatat pada Bursa Efek Indonesia sampai dengan tahun 2016. Data laporan keuangan bersumber pada Osiris database, sedangkan data sektor industri dikelompokkan menjadi dua sektor. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui hutang perusahaan kepada bank, bank masih berperan meningkatkan kinerja yaitu basic earnings power pada perusahaan dalam kelompok sektor industri tertentu. Disamping itu, bank berperan meningkatkan pertumbuhan penjualan perusahaan tersebut. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pada sektor industri tertentu peran bank dalam membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan kesulitan keuangan perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the appropriateness of ARCS-based economic e-books on international trade material in the class XI IPS of Senior High School in terms of experts' assessments and students' responses to e-book products developed. This study used the Borg & Gall development model which was modified into 10 stages, namely: 1) research and information gathering; 2) planning; 3) early e-book product development; 4) initial trials; 5) revision I; 6) main trials; 7) revision II; 8) operational trials; 9) revision III; 10) dissemination. The research was conducted in class XI of Senior High School in Surakarta. Data collection methods in this study used validation sheets and questionnaire sheets which were analyzed descriptively. The results showed the feasibility of an economic e-book based on ARCS qualified "very feasible" for the media aspect with a percentage of 93,75% and the material aspect with a percentage of 88,09% according to experts, and linguist with a percentage of 100% and received a positive response from students with a percentage of 76,11%.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the performance of employees after the implementation of the remuneration policy to the Higher Education and identify the reward policy and performance patterns with the pattern payroll employee remuneration and employee satisfaction levels. This study uses secondary data from the financial statements and the primary data in the form of interviews using questionnaire with the selected respondents in the sample, the academic staffs who have earned a salary based on the pattern of a single salary. The results showed that the financial performance in the achievement of 90.11% of payroll pattern showed a good indicator, but there are 0.89% of the budget that is not absorbed, which means the percentage of the expected performance can not be achieved. Analysis of the performance behavior indicate that there are changes in the behavior of post-implementation performance of the employee remuneration. Variance test results indicate that there are significant differences in the pattern of implementation of the remuneration in universities in Indonesia, which is indicated by the indicator system and the implementation of remuneration policies

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of the attitudes and intentions of UMKM in Surakarta City in implementing the digital payment system. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with 384 respondents as subjects of UMKM in Surakarta City who have implemented a digital payment system. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling, namely MSMEs that have implemented digital payments. Data analysis technique using SEM-PLS. The results of the study show that perceived convenience influences perceptions of usefulness and attitudes of UMKM in Surakarta City in implementing payments. Next, the perception of expediency influences the attitudes and intentions of UMKM in Surakarta City in implementing digital payments. In addition, trust influences the attitudes and intentions of UMKM in Surakarta City in implementing digital payments. Finally, attitudes influence the intention of UMKM in Surakarta City to implement digital payments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi guru tentang 1) pemahaman dan penerapan Standar Proses; dan 2) pemahaman dan penerapan Standar Penilaian Pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui diskusi kelompok terpumpun. Analisis data menerapkan model analisis interaktif Milles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) semua guru telah mengetahui dan membaca peraturan baru tentang Standar Proses, namun demikian hanya sebagian kecil yang memahami isinya, bahkan mayoritas belum melaksanakan evaluasi prosespembelajaran; 2) semua guru telah mengetahui dan membaca peraturan baru tentang Standar Penilaian, namun sebagian besar guru belum mampu mengimplementasikan Standar Penilaian Pendidikan dan penilaian capaian pembelajaran (formatif dan sumatif) dengan baik. Mengacu hasil tersebut disarankan untuk dilakukan program pendampinganyang terstruktur dan intensif bagi guru agar diperoleh standardisasi pemahaman Standar Proses dan Standar Penilaian Pendidikan. Dengan demikian diharapkan pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran dan penilaian capaian pembelajaran dapat dilakukan dengan benar dan tepat sasaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh enam dimensi persepsi risiko konsumen (risiko keuangan, risiko produk, risiko keamanan, risiko waktu, risiko sosial, dan risiko psikologis) terhadap minat pembelian online di marketplace pada mahasiswa di Kota Surakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa di Kota Surakarta yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk secara online di marketplace (infinite population). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online berbantuan google form, sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 242 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPPS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dari keenam dimensi persepsi risiko konsumen, risiko waktu berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap minat pembelian online, sedangkan kelima dimensi lainnya: risiko keuangan, risiko produk, risiko keamanan, risiko sosial, dan risiko psikologis tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap minat pembelian online.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on financial behavior with gender as a moderation variable. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling with a sample of 364 UNS students consisting of the Faculty of Economics and Business (Development Economics, Accounting, Management) and the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (Economic Education, Accounting, Office Administration). Test validity using product moment and reliability test using Cronbach's alpha. Data collection using questionnaires with Likert scale which is further converted to dummy variables and the data analysis used is binary logistic analysis. The results of this study obtained that: 1) Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior in UNS students; 2) Financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on financial behavior in UNS students; 3) Male gender strengthens the relationship between the influence of financial literacy and financial attitudes on financial behavior in UNS students; 4) Women's gender strengthens the relationship between the influence of financial literacy and financial attitudes on financial behavior in UNS students

Abstract

Panji masks are one of the mask arts that originated in Indonesia and come in a variety of styles. One of the existing Panji mask styles is the Yogyakarta style, made of Pule wood and used in dance or theater performances. While in Japan, masks used in dance or theater performances, known as Noh masks, are made of cypress wood. Panji masks and Noh masks are long-standing cultural heritage arts. This study aims to identify and analyze the similarities and differences between the elements of art and the principles of art preserved in the Panji and Noh masks. A comparative qualitative method was used for the study. Library research, observation, interviews, documentation, and focused group discussions (FGD) were used to collect the data. Data processing and preparation, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing were all completed in stages. The results revealed similarities and differences between the Panji and Noh masks. Several principles are shared by Panji and Noh masks, including point elements, line shape, the principle of unity, balance, rhythm, proportion, and the principle of harmony. The line, field/shape element, color element, texture element, and emphasis principle are all different. These similarities and differences are due to a variety of factors, including the two countries’ geographical proximity (both on the Asian continent), as well as their history, customs, and culture.
