Abstract

Keberadaan internet dan segala fasilitas yang ada dapat memberikan pengetahuan baru ataupun menelusuri bahan ajar bagi guru sehingga internet sebagai sumber belajar yang lebih mudah dan dapat memperkaya wawasan guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar bagi Guru Akuntansi SMK-BM di Salatiga.Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan populasi yang sama dengan sampel adalah seluruh Guru Akuntansi aktif SMK-BM di Salatiga dengan menggunakan analisis data Chocran Q-test.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan H0 diterima pada uji ke enam menunjukkan bahwa Qhitung adalah 11.582 berada pada signifikasi > 0.05 dengan 9 indikator yang diterima karena terdapat kesamaan pendapat adalah Mencari bahan melalui internet, Mencari bahan melalui blog/web, Mencari jurnal dan penelitian melalui internet, Menggunakan internet setiap hari, Dorongan pribadi untuk menggunakan internet, Menyelesaikan tugas tepat waktu, Memiliki group dalam media sosial, Pekerjaan lebih efektif dan efisien dengan menggunakan internet dan Informasi lebih cepat diterima melalui internet. Namun demikian ada 6 indikator yang ditolak yakni Bertukar informasi melalui e-mail, Membaca berita melalui internet, Mendapatkan buku melalui internet, Memiliki group dalam media sosial, Berdiskusi kelompok melalui Mailling List, dan Menggunakan E-Learning.Guru Akuntansi SMK-BM di Salatiga disarankan untuk lebih mempertinggi efektifitas penggunaan internet sebagai sumber belajar. Tidak hanya sekedar mencari bahan maupun jurnal dan atau penelitian untuk kegiatan pembelajaran tetapi juga dapat digunakan untuk menulis karya sehingga dapat meningkatkan profesionalitas Guru Akuntansi, disarankan pula untuk menggunakan internet secara baik untuk menambah kasanah bahan pemikiran bagi peningkatan kemampuan daya saing Guru. Kata kunci : Internet, Sumber belajar, Guru SMK-BM

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study starts from the problem of the using of technology-based learning media. Nowadays, this media more needed. Why? Because students more like learn using the technology than using the conventional method. But the utilization of economic-accounting learning media not being used optimally. There are economic-accounting learning media on YouTube have no interesting content. Contents that show on YouTube are about the hobby and art. So, the aim of this study is to know the properness of technology-based learning media development on YouTube. The subjects of this study are 2 expert test subjects and 24 trial test subjects. Trial test subjects are students of Economic Education FKIP UKSW. The result of this study is technology-based learning media can be used by students. This media proper as economic-accounting’s learning media. Hopefully, in the future studies can be able to improve the economic-accounting learning media on YouTube. Key Words: Learning Media, YouTube, Economic-Accounting learning ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berangkat dari permasalahan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Seiring berjalannya waktu, media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi semakin dibutuhkan. Hal ini disebabkan berubahnya gaya hidup para remaja/ mahasiswa yang lebih menyukai belajar dengan menggunakan teknologi, khususnya dari YouTube. Pemanfaatan YouTube di Indonesia untuk media pembelajaran ekonomi-akuntansi belum digunakan secara maksimal. Tidak banyak yang menyajikan materi-materi kuliah atau mata pelajaran ekonomi-akuntansi. Video pembelajaran terkait yang sudah adapun belum dapat merepresentatifkan konten dengan menarik. Selain itu, kebanyakan media YouTube digunakan untuk pembelajaran dibidang seni dan hobi. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini dibutuhkan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran ekonomi berbasis YouTube di kalangan remaja/ mahasiswa. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari subjek uji pakar dua orang, dan subjek uji coba yang adalah 24 mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP UKSW. Melalui video pembelajaran berbasis YouTube, produk yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti dapat digunakan mahasiswa dalam proses belajar disamping adanya pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil penelitian menujukkan produk video pembelajaran berbasis YouTube yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran ekonomi-akuntansi dan diharapkan untuk penelitian di masa yang akan datang mampu mengembangkan lagi media pembelajaran sejenis berbasis YouTube. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, YouTube, Pembelajaran Ekonomi-Akuntansi

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini ingin mengetahui perbandingan efisiensi manajemen persediaan yang dilakukan oleh PT. Puspa Madu Sari dengan manajemen persediaan model EOQ. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan persediaan yang terkait dengan harga bahan, jumlah persediaan bahan, biaya pesan dan biaya simpan persediaan bahan periode tahun 2009.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa total biaya persediaan yang harus dikeluarkan oleh PT. Puspa Madu Sari untuk periode 2009 sebesar Rp 11,517,462.00 sedangkan hasil perhitungan pada model EOQ, total biaya persediaan hanya sebesar Rp 7,507,546.00. Sehingga penerapan model EOQ pada menejemen persediaan PT. Puspa Madu Sari menghasilkan penghematan biaya persediaan sebesar Rp 4,009,916.00 atau lebih efisien sebesar 34.8%. Tidak semua persediaan bahan pada PT. Puspa Madu Sari dalam  penentuan jumlah pembeliannya dapat dihitung dengan model EOQ. Untuk itu, PT. Puspa Madu Sari hendaknya melakukan penyesuaian terutama pada parameter yang ada dalam perhitungan EOQ antara lain perkiraan biaya pesan dan biaya simpan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of the village government in optimizing the achievement of ownership of birth cerificates with a focus on the management function and strategy management. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research instrument was the researcher itself using primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The strategy of the Kalisidi village government was based more on management functions (planning, organizing, directing and controlling) and supported by strategic management. Planning started with regional mapping, team planning, team preparation planning, socialization planning and evaluation planning. Organizing was done by forming a team of hamlet and RT heads as the person in charge of the hamlet and the administrative staff as the village coordinator. Directing and controlling the team did not experience difficulties because each team had done the activity well. The obstacle of analyzing the external environment were the distance and the people's livelihood. Through this combination can produce solutions and solutions for the implementation of further activities.

Abstract

This research was conducted with problems in class VIII students, amounting to 20 students at the Satya Wacana Christian Middle School in Salatiga regarding critical thinking skills and learning outcomes. Therefore researchers want to take action to improve learning by using the Think Talk and Write (TTW) model. This type of research is the study of class action using Kurt Lewin's research design. The instrument of data collection uses test instruments, observation sheets, and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is descriptive comparative. The indicator of the success of critical thinking skills and learning outcomes is 75%. The results obtained from this study are that there is an increase in critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of class VIII Satya Wacana Christian Middle School Salatiga. In the first cycle the results of critical thinking skills are 55% of students who have high critical thinking skills, while in the second cycle there is an increase of 85% of students who have high critical thinking skills. Then in the pre-cycle learning outcomes there were 25% of students whose grades reached KKM, the first cycle there were 70% of students completed KKM, and in the second cycle there was an increase of 90% of students who completed KKM. So the conclusion in this study that the use of Think Talk and Write (TTW) learning model can improve critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes in social studies subjects of class VIII Satya Wacana Christian Middle School Salatiga.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the readiness of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of education to face the industrial revolution 4.0. The research used a qualitative descriptive approach at SMP Pangudi Luhur Salatiga. In this study, the analysis unit was used, namely facilities and infrastructure, while the observation unit was the principal, deputy head of the facilities and infrastructure sector, and educators. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation using triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis was carried out interactively with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Conclusions from the study: (1) the planning of facilities and infrastructure has been carried out well; (2) the procurement of facilities and infrastructure has not been carried out properly, the priority scale is determined by the foundation not the school; (3) the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure has not been carried out optimally; (4) the elimination of facilities and infrastructure has never been carried out by schools, items that are no longer used are put into school warehouses; and (5) there are developments in facilities and infrastructure in the field of technology, while the human resources that are owned are still not professionally trained. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesiapan sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan untuk menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif di SMP Pangudi Luhur Salatiga. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan unit analisis yaitu sarana prasarana, sedangkan yang menjadi unit pengamatan yaitu kepala sekolah, wakil kepala bidang sarana dan prasarana, dan pendidik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pengamatan, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Simpulan dari penelitian: (1) perencanaan sarana dan prasarana sudah dilakukan dengan baik; (2) pengadaan sarana dan prasarana belum dilakukan dengan baik skala prioritas ditentukan oleh yayasan bukan pada sekolah; (3) pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana belum dilakukan secara optimal; (4) penghapusan sarana dan prasarana belum pernah dilakukan oleh sekolah barang yang sudah tidak digunakan dimasukkan kedalam gudang sekolah; dan (5) adanya perkembangan sarana dan prasarana dalam bidang teknologi, sedangkan sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki masih belum yang terlatih secara profesional.

Abstract

SD Dharma Mulia merupakan sekolah dengan latar belakang Budha, sekolah yang berada di bawah naungan yayasan Budha ini mengalami penurunan jumlah siswanya selama dua tahun karena faktor kepercayaan orang tua dan tidak ada bukti kelulusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Pemasaran Lembaga Pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar Dharma Mulia di Dusun Banaran Getasan. Model penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian strategis yang dilakukan oleh SD Dharma Mulia yaitu dengan menerapkan pemasaran internal, pemasaran eksternal dan pemasaran interaktif. Alat yang digunakan dalam melakukan strategi pemasaran adalah dengan menerapkan bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari 7P (Produk, Harga, Tempat, Promosi, Orang, Bukti fisik, proses). Kegiatan pemasaran yang dilakukan di SD Dharma Mulia adalah dengan membuat brosur dan spanduk serta dilakukan melalui media sosial seperti, Facebook, Instagram dan Whatsapp

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of online learning during the New Normal at the SWCU Salatiga FKIP Economic Education Study Program. This research was a qualitative descriptive case study involving informants, namely the Head of Study Program, Lecturers, and Students. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used was the Miles and Huberman Interactive model, namely the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding/verification. The results showed that the implementation of online learning in the SWCU Salatiga FKIP Economic Education Undergraduate Study Program had been running well and effective. The ability of lecturers in managing the online learning was good, student responses during the implementation of online learning were quite good, students and lecturers already had the facilities needed to support the implementation of the online learning. The implementation of online learning was felt to be more flexible, some students felt more active, and could hone their skills and improve the ability of students and lecturers to use and operate technology. Common obstacles were network constraints and some students found that material delivered online was sometimes difficult to understand.

Abstract

The objective of the current study was to analyze the google classroom app as an online learning medium and its impact on student learning activity during the covid-19 pandemic. This study applied descriptive method within qualitative approach. The research subjects were students of XI MIPA 1-3 class, economics teacher, and deputy head of the curriculum. The data collection was carried out using observation, interview, documentation and field note, then the results were analyzed using an interactive model from Miles and Hubermen which included data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusion. The results of the study found that the internal factor in the online learning process using google classroom which has an impact on student learning activity is motivation. Meanwhile, student’s interest in learning and readiness to learn does not have an impact on student learning activity. The external factor in the online learning process using google classroom that has an impact on learning activity is parent and teacher support. On the other hand, facilities and infrastructure have no impact on students learning activity. The google classroom app as an online learning media and its impact on student learning activity can be observed from the understanding of learning material, scores, activeness in asking questions and dicipline.

Abstract

This study aims to produce an interactive media SIKU that can be used in the Economics learning process as a learning media to improve the students' financial literacy. The research method used is Research and Development (RnD) using the ADDIE development procedure. The data  were collected using a questionnaire to obtain quantitative data in the form of an assessment score on the feasibility of the learning media, and qualitative data in the form of comments and suggestions were used to improve the learning media. The data that  had been collected  were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the assessment done by the media expert, subject-matter expert, and also practitioners claimed that this media was feasible and could be used in the learning process. The result of the learning media assessment by the students of SMK Kristen BM Salatiga showed a score of 4.12 in the good category. The assessment score by the students of SMA Negeri 3 Salatiga of 4.36, in the very good category, and the assessment score by students of SMA Kristen Satya Wacana of 3.98 is in the good category. The assessment by students showed that all aspects of the assessment are included in good and very good categories. Thus, it can be concluded that SIKU interactive media is feasible to use in the Economics learning process as a media to improve students' financial literacy.
