Abstract

ABSTRAKPandemi covid-19 menyebabkan berbagai usaha mengalami banyak penurunan bahkan sampai mengalami kerugian. Berbagai cara dilakukan oleh para pengusaha untuk menyelamatkan usahanya dari kebangkrutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya dan pendapatan, kelayakan usaha, serta kontribusi usaha agroindustri tahu terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga di Desa Kalisari Kecamatan Cilongok Kabupaten Banyumas sebelum dan selama masa pandemi covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan biaya rata-rata yang dikeluarkan sebelum masa pandemi sebesar Rp.13.694.321 per bulan dan pada masa pandemi covid-19 sebesar Rp.11.857.403 per bulan. Pendapatan yang diperoleh dari usaha agroindustri tahu pada masa sebelum pandemi covid-19 rata-rata sebesar Rp.7.807.399 per bulan dan selama masa pandemi covid-19 turun menjadi Rp.6.560.997 per bulan. Kelayakan usaha agroindustri tahu baik sebelum dan selama masa pandemi covid-19 layak untuk diusahakan. Sementara kontribusi usaha agroindustri tahu sebelum dan selama masa pandemi covid-19 memberikan kontribusi yang tinggi terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga pengrajin tahu.Kata Kunci: agroindustri tahu, kelayakan usaha, kontribusi pendapatan  ABSTRACTPandemic covid-19 has caused various businesses to experience a lot of decline, even to the point of experiencing losses. Various methods are used by entrepreneurs to save their business from losses. This study aims to determine costs and income, business feasibility, and the contribution of tofu agro-industry to household income in Kalisari Village, Cilongok District, Banyumas Regency before and during the covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling using the Slovin formula. The results showed that the average cost before the pandemic was IDR 13,694,321 per month and during the covid-19 pandemic, it was IDR 11,857,403 per month. The income obtained from the tofu agro-industry business before the Covid-19 pandemic was an average of IDR 7,807,399 per month and during the covid-19 pandemic period it decreased to IDR 6,560,997 per month. The feasibility of tofu agro-industry both before and during the covid-19 pandemic is feasible. Meanwhile, the contribution of the tofu agroindustry before and during the covid-19 pandemic made a high contribution to the household income of tofu craftsmen.Keywords: agroindustry, feasibility, income contribution

Abstract

Penelitian pada klinik beauty care ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan, pengalaman konsumen dan perilaku mencari variasi terhadap perpindahan merek. Kepuasan konsumen kemudian dijadikan sebagai mediasi pengalaman konsumen dan kualitas layanan terhadap perpindahan merek. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 84 responden yang merupakan pasien klinik kecantikan yang telah mengganti layanan dari klinik kecantikan sebelumnya dan saat ini menggunakan perawatan kecantikan selama 1 tahun di klinik kecantikan yang sekarang Data kuesioner diolah menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan pengujian model pengukuran (outer) model dan inner model dengan koefisien jalur. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa kualitas layanan dan pengalaman konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Variabel kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku mencari variasi dan perilaku mencari variasi berpengaruh positif terhadap perpindahan merek namun kepuasan konsumen tidak berpengaruh terhadap perpindahan merek. Variabel kepuasan konsumen tidak memediasi kualitas layanan dan pengalaman konsumen terhadap perpindahan merek beauty care.

Abstract

This research aimed to measure the performance of Islamic banks using the Sharia Maqashid Index approach and examine its effect on firm value. This current research used the Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia as its object, with an observation period of 2012-2018. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. It was done by setting certain criteria according to the purpose of the research and produced a total of 9 Islamic Commercial Banks (ICB) as the research sample. Sharia Maqashid Index measurement results showed the ICB performance ranked from the highest to the lowest were as follows: 1) Mandiri Syariah; 2) Panin Syariah; 3) BCA Syariah 4) Bank Muammalat Indonesia; 5) BRI Syariah; 6) Bukopin Syariah; 7) BNI Syariah; 8) Mega Syariah; 9) Maybank Syariah. The results of hypothesis testing indicated that the sharia maqashid index has an impact on increasing the value of Islamic Commercial Banks. The results of this research provided a significant contribution to the management of Islamic banks, Bank Indonesia, and the Islamic Financial Accounting Standards Development Board. For managers of Islamic banks, the results of this research can be used as performance evaluations so that the goals of establishing Islamic banks, one of which is the public interest, can be achieved. For Bank Indonesia, the results of this research can be used to design policies that can encourage Islamic banks to improve sharia-based performance. As for the Islamic Accounting Standards Board, it can be used to develop sharia compliance audit standards that can guarantee the application of sharia principles in Islamic bank operations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to know the process of producing brown sugar made by craftsmen in the village of Kubangkangkung, Kawunganten district, Cilacap City, (2) to find out the social-economic factors that affect the production process and the marketing process of brown sugar in the village of Kubangkangkung, Kawunganten district, Cilacap City, (3) to fint out the problems and solutions faced by farmers during the process of producing and marketing brown sugar in the village of Kubangkangkung, Kawunganten district, Cilacap City, (4) to analyze the marketing process of brown sugar in the village of Kubangkangkung, Kawunganten district, Cilacap City. This research uses primary and secondary analysis. Research method used by researcher is using survey method with respondent 35. In marketing channel there are 3 marketing channel so that will know difference of price, profit, and channel effective for brown sugar artisans.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: menganalisis perilaku petani terhadap risiko usahatani sayuran dataran tinggi dengan menerapkan model Moscardi and de Janvry; mengelompokkan perilaku petani berdasarkan jenis sayuran dataran tinggi utama yang diusahakan; menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku petani terhadap risiko usahatani sayuran dataran tinggi. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara purposive di wilayah Kecamatan Batur Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui survey, observasi dan wawancara menggunakan kuisioner. Unit analisis adalah petani yang menanam jenis tanaman sayuran dataran tinggi utama di lokasi penelitian (kentang, kubis, tomat, dan bawang daun). Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model matematik dari Moscardi and de Janvry. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kontribusi terbesar input yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kentang adalah tenaga kerja; kubis adalah tenaga kerja, tomat adalah benih dan bawang daun adalah tenaga kerja. Sebagian besar petani dalam menghadapi risiko usahatani sayuran dataran tinggi menunjukkan semua petani yang menanam kentang, kubis, tomat dan bawang daun bersifat menghindari risiko (risk averter). Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku petani terhadap risiko usahatani sayuran dataran tinggi atau parameter K(S) keengganan terhadap risiko adalah: luas tanam, umur petani, pendidikan petani, pengalaman usahatani, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, pendapatan usahatani, tingkat serangan hama penyakit, tingkat kemiringan lahan, risiko produktivitas

Abstract

This research aimed to find out marketing system pattern channel, to find the marketing system so the margin on of marketing salak pondoh, and to know the farmer share. Method of this research used survey, 45 farmers and 10 trader salak pondoh as respondents take using purposive sampling. The research was conducted for four mount from April to July2016. Result of this research showed that there were five pattern of trading system salak pondoh, the margin trading for each pattern of trading system was so different in size affected by several factor such as length link of trading system, the cost of trading system, and marketing purposes, the prices received by farmers (farmer share) in every pattern trading system were different, it was affected by the sales price in urban farmers and the selling price level in last consumer. The biggest margin trading system was in the third pattern of trading system with total margin Rp.3.000 per kilogram, and the pattern or trading system having smallest margin was the smallest margin is the pattern trading system to 1 with a total the margin Rp. 1.000 per kilogram, the share received by farmers (farmer share) of trading system of salak pondoh in Sigeblog is the greatest pattern of trading system 1 with 76,7%, and the smallest is in a patern of trading system 3 with 52,4%.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan di sentra produksi sayuran dataran tinggi meliputi tiga kabupaten yaitu Banjarnegara, Wonosobo dan Temanggung dan dua Sub Terminal Agribisnis (STA) yaitu Jakabaya dan Kejajar yang merupakan STA aktif dalam tataniaga produk sayuran dataran tinggi.Uji coba model dilokasi penelitian menunjukkan respon positif dari para pengelola STA, petani dan pedagang (pengumpul, besar, pengecer). Hasil analisis SWOT menunjukkan strategi dalam tataniaga sayuran dataran tinggi berbasis kelembagaan Sub Terminal Agribisnis (STA) adalah strategi WO (Weakness-Opportunities) yaitu menciptakan strategi yang meminimalkan kelemahan untuk memanfaatkan peluang dengan cara peningkatan dukungan informasi yang lengkap terkait dengan tataniaga sayuran dataran tinggi di STA bagi para pelaku tataniaga, perlu perbaikan fasilitas SMS Gateway sehingga berfungsi secara optimal untuk menunjang informasi sekitar harga, kapasitas produksi dan permintaan konsumen, perlu memperluas dan memperbaiki bangunan fisik STA sehingga dapat menampung seluruh produk sayuran dataran tinggi yang dipasok olehpetani, meningkatkan layanan STA menjadi 7 hari kerja dalam satu minggu dengan menambah pengelola STA yang dipekerjakan secara shift, memperbaiki kondisi lingkungan STA menjadi lebih nyaman dan bersih serta tidak bau sehingga proses transaksi antara petani dan pedagang lebih optimal

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to: analyze vegetable marketing strategies carried out by highland vegetable farmers; and analyze what factors influence the marketing strategy implemented by highland vegetable farmers. This research includes descriptive-quantitative research. The research location was carried out purposively in the Batur Sub District of Banjarnegara District. Data retrieval is done through surveys, observations and interviews using questionnaires. The unit of analysis was the farmer who planted the main highland vegetable plants in the study area (potatoes, cabbage, carrots). Data analysis was carried out in a quantitative descriptive manner with a Likert scale on the data of mastering marketing strategies. The strategy undertaken by highland vegetable farmers in product marketing on price, product, distribution and promotion indicators is low.

Abstract

This research aimed to know a portrait of entrepreneurship craftsmen souvenirs from processed coconut shell in Karangtengah Village, Subdistrict Baturraden, Banyumas Regency related to some aspect that was pre-production, production process and post production. That data was used primary and secondary data. Sample taken used purposive sampling technique. The survey results revealed that the portrait of entrepreneurial farmers artisans souvenirs from coconut shell related aspects of pre-production include: Provision of raw materials, equipment, provision of workshops and capital. A portrait of entrepreneurship craftsmen souvenirs from precessed coconut shell related post-production aspect include: craftsmen 100% in post-production did not the packing technique. Marketing outlets of souvenirs craft that direct and indirect. Constraint problems that done was the lower prices because many of the competition, a less extensive marketing coverage, the consumerdoes not have deserted so wide.

Abstract

The condition of citrus farming in karangcengis village, Bukateja subdistrict, Purbalingga regency was the background of this study. it was to know wheter this farming was feasible to run or not.The study was aimed at knowing the cust of productions, income, yield per harvesttime. The method was survey method.The samples were taken by purposive sampling. To know about the farmes’ income, the data were analyezed by reducing the admission with the total cost. R/C was used to know every harvest time and (NPV, IRR, Net B/C ratio) are usedto know wheter the farming was feasible to run or not.The result showed that the average production for each harvest time in 2014 was 2.242,16 kg, in 2015 the average production was 3.3063,71 kg and in 2016 the average production was 1.693,43 kg. The farmes incomein 2014 was Rp.5.570.130,96 with land width of 0,25 Ha and the number of plants was 175 Citurs Plants. The farmes income in 2015 was Rp 9.337.031,3 with the land widht of 0,25 Ha and the numbers of plants was 175 citrus plants.The farmes incomen in 2016 wasRp.4.564.079,9 with the land width of 0,25 Ha and the number of plants 175 citrus plants in 2014, R/C value was 2,3 in 2015, R/C value was 3,1. In 2016, R/C value was 2,5 NPV value that was obtaint during three harvest times was 14.204.241.IRR value that was obtainedduring three harvest times was 28,20%. Net B/C ratio that Wass obtained during three harvest times was 2,519. Therefore, it can be summed up that the citrus farming in Karangcengis village Bukateja subdistrict Purbalingga regency is feasible to run
