Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan e-modul berbasis etnomatematika untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada materi Geometri siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kota Bima. Jenis Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pengembangan dengan metode yang digunakan adalah metode R & D model 4D. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan diantaranya Instrument Lembar validasi bahan e-modul dan Instrument Soal Tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan antara lain: pertama, analisis data validasi. Kedua, data uji coba yang terdiri dari: data kemampuan guru  mengelola pembelajaran,  data aktivitas siswa, data respon siswa, dan data tes pemecahan masalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata presentase keterlaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 83,41% dengan kriteria baik. Hasil angket respon siswa yaitu terdapat 82,5% siswa merasa senang terhadap e-modul berbasis etnomatematika, 77,5% siswa menyatakan komponen e-modul bersifat baru, 85% siswa menyatakan berminat untuk mengikuti pembelajaran selanjutnya dengan menggunakan e-modul berbasis etnomatematika, 80% siswa menyatakan bahasa yang digunakan jelas, dan 82,5% menyatakan tertarik dengan tampilan e-modul yang dikembangkan. Hasil rata-rata dari aktivitas siswa selama mengikuti pembelajaran sebesar 81,16% dan berada dalam kategori baik.  Sedangkan rata-rata hasil nilai pre-tes individu siswa sebesar 36,51 dan hasil nilai post-tes sebesar 86,42. Adapun nilai N-Gain diperoleh sebesar 0,78 dan berkategori tinggi.Abstract:  The aim of this research is to develop an ethnomathematics-based e-module to improve problem solving abilities in Geometry material for Class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Bima City. This type of research includes development research with the method used is the 4D model R & D method. The research instruments used include the e-module material validation sheet instrument and the test question instrument. The data analysis techniques used include: first, validation data analysis. Second, trial data consisting of: data on the teacher's ability to manage learning, student activity data, student response data, and problem solving test data. The research results showed that the average percentage of learning implementation was 83.41% with good criteria. The results of the student response questionnaire were that 82.5% of students felt happy with the ethnomathematics-based e-module, 77.5% of students stated that the e-module components were new, 85% of students stated that they were interested in taking part in further learning using ethnomathematics-based e-modules, 80% of students stated that the language used was clear, and 82.5% stated that they were interested in the appearance of the e-module being developed. The average results of student activities during learning were 81.16% and were in the good category.  Meanwhile, the average individual student pre-test score was 36.51 and the post-test score was 86.42. The N-Gain value obtained is 0.78 and is in the high category.

Abstract

Introducing the concept of numbers to early childhood is done by introducing them through objects around the child. A real approach can encourage children to understand the material more clearly, this is because teachers utilize various real examples that exist around students. As an effort to help achieve these goals, teachers can use e-worksheet based RME to instill the concept of numbers in students. This study was conducted in RA Masyita Bima. Data collection methods used observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data collection, data reduction, data display and data verification. The results of the study showed that instilling the concept of numbers in early childhood by using e-worksheet based Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) can increase interest in learning mathematics in early childhood.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa XI Multi Media di SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bima dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran Jigsaw. Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian pada Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart dapat dikatakan sebagai suatu proses untuk mempelajari permasalahan pembelajaran di kelas melalui refleksi diri dalam upaya memecahkan permasalahan tersebut, mengedepankan berbagai permasalahan. tindakan yang direncanakan dalam situasi nyata dan menganalisis efek pengobatan. Di SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bima, metode puzzle semakin banyak digunakan. Artinya materi didaktik diberikan secara berbeda, permasalahan siswa dianalisis, dan dibentuk kelompok diskusi dengan kelompok siswa yang berbeda dan perwakilan kelompok siswa yang melakukan presentasi. Langkah-langkah kegiatan tersebut dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran Matematika dengan materi pokok matriks (determinan, transport dan invers). Peningkatan ini terbukti pada hasil belajar siswa dari sebelum dilakukan tindakan dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 66,14 meningkat menjadi 72,26 pada siklus I dan menjadi 81,41 pada siklus II, maka sudah tercapai nilai ketuntasan yaitu sebanyak 100% siswa mencapai taraf keberhasilan.

Abstract

Mathematics is a universal science underlying the development of modern technology, has an important role in various disciplines and advance the human mind. Mathematics subjects in addition to having abstract nature it also requires a good understanding. In general at school, the teacher is still the center of the delivery of the material, the source of learning is the teacher’s handbook, concentrating toomuch on the exercise of solvin g a more procedural mechanistic problem rather than inculcating an understanding. The purpose of this research are 1) to produce learning device with cooperative integrated reading and composition in order to increase understanding of gemetry, and 2) know the student’s response to the learning device that has been developed. This type of research is research development with model ploomp. Subjek field trial includes 32 students of class VIII7 in SMPN 1 Bima city. Instrument research used consisted of validation sheet, observation sheet teaching implementation, student activity observation sheet, student’s response haunter, teacher research questionnaire, and concept comprehension test, result of product assesment is a RPP draft, LKS and student learning module by using quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Assessment used by finding the mean value of all aspect of prototypt assessment by validator 4,6 with qualitative criteria is very valid. Date student activity obtained score to idea of 98,84%. Avarage ability of teachers in learning process 4,26 and are in good category, more than 95% of students responded by saying interested and are interested in learning, and the understanding of geometry (circle) avarages is 85,43 with classical completeness equal to 87,09%.  Key Word: Learning device, cooperative CIRC, understanding of geometry.

Abstract

The development of technology and the rich local culture can enhance mathematics learning, especially at SMPN 1 Kota Bima. However, the integration of ethnomathematics with digital technology and project-based learning (PjBL) models is still limited, creating a gap in the utilization of this potential. Most previous research has focused more on the design and implementation of teaching materials, without giving adequate attention to the analysis of the needs of teachers and students. Specific needs related to the integration of Bima's local culture with the PjBL model in mathematics education have not been widely discussed. This study aims to analyze the needs of teachers and students at SMPN 1 Kota Bima regarding digital teaching materials based on ethnomathematics integrated with the PjBL model, as well as to identify barriers and technological preferences influencing the design of these materials. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a needs analysis survey method, involving three mathematics teachers and 50 eighth-grade students. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observations, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Miles and Huberman data analysis model. The analysis results indicate that the majority of students appreciate mathematics learning that is relevant to everyday life, although the connection to local culture is still limited. The use of technology in mathematics learning is also relatively low, while the application of the PjBL model increases student participation, despite challenges in its implementation. These findings suggest the need for the development of digital teaching materials that integrate Bima's local culture within the context of mathematics education. In addition, training support for teachers and improved access to technology are also crucial to enhance student engagement and learning effectiveness.
