Abstract

Islamic communication is one of the most interesting themes to be discussed. Communication and terrorism are two terms that are often aligned by academics and practitioners. Terrorist acts become fluid not only because of the shrewdness of the perpetrators, but also because of intense communication among the various members to prepare all things. In tackling terrorism, Islamic communication that now has a lot of authority, must continue to be implemented properly. The paradigm used as a driver of Islamic communication should also be reviewed to adjust to the present conditions. Communication paradigm becomes important to be discussed because it is the framework of the implementation of Islamic communication in this contemporary era.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the culture of the 3S collective intellectual movement in the village of muhajirun natar lampung selatan in building harmony. In this study using a phenomenological approach, which is a study that describes the phenomena of human life in everyday social contexts, where phenomena occur from the perspective of those who experience them or rely on the perspective of actors and try to understand observations from subjective perspectives. The results of this study indicate the results of the strategy of the Muhajirun village community in introducing a culture of smiling greetings to the general public such as socialization through socialization in majlis ta'lim, socialization in educational institutions, in open society, by reminding one another and setting an example.

Abstract

The emergence of social conflicts with religious backgrounds such as blasphemy, destruction of houses of worship, hate speech on social media and mutual discredit between one congregation and another, or one congregation with another congregation. The conflict, if examined, is actually rooted in a failure to have a dialogue between religious understanding and social realities in a diverse, plural and multicultural society. So from these problems that the character of harmony for the general public is very important in the midst of daily life activities, considering that the diversity of society often causes various kinds of conflict problems, both between individuals and between groups with each other. The character development of children's harmony from an early age is an activity that is quite effective as a transfer of value, so this is deemed very necessary to be done as an alternative step in fostering the character of children's social harmony in the Tejoagung Metro Timur environment. The purpose of the social harmony character development activity is to provide knowledge and understanding regarding the importance of harmonious character values, assist children's habituation in implementing the harmony character and provide capacity building and quality strengthening for TPA teachers. This activity was carried out for the children of the Al-Qur'an Ar-Rahman Tejoagung Education Park in Metro City, the main activity was coaching by socializing using various strategies including coordination with TPA teachers, socialization of harmony values to teachers and students, visualization of images. religious multicultural images and learning methods using habituation, demonstrations, lectures, role models and games. The development of the character of harmony goes quite smoothly and has quite an impact on the students and teachers because it provides knowledge and understanding regarding the importance of the values of the character of harmony, children and teachers can implement the character of harmony in their daily lives Keywords:  Social Harmony Character, Social Harmony, Assistance Social Character

Abstract

Religious moderation is an attitude that must be instilled in young people from an early age. One way that can be used to instill the value of religious moderation from an early age is through the curriculum in formal and non-formal education. In this mentoring activity, the inculcation of the value of religious moderation is injected into the curriculum at TPQ (Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran) which is one of the non-formal religious institutions. The purpose of this mentoring activity is to provide an understanding of the importance of the religious moderation curriculum. In addition, this activity also aims to provide assistance in making the TPQ curriculum based on religious moderation at TPA Nurul Iman Tejoagung. The method used ABCD (Asset Based Community Development), which prioritizes the utilization of assets and potentials that are around and owned by the TPA Nurul Iman. All stages of this mentoring activity have been running well and have received support from related parties.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah At-Tanwir Metro memiliki program hafalan yang menarik, yakni dengan menghafal setiap ayat dengan lancer, barulah menambah ayat berikutnya sampai mencapai satu halaman secara penuh, setelah lancar barulah disetorkan kepada ustad /usadzah selaku musrifah atau musrif masing-masing halaqoh. Setelah mencapai satu juz santri diwajibkan memuroja’ah dan menyetorkan satu juz yang telah dihafalnya sekali duduk , jika tidak mampu diperbolehkan setoran per ½ juz atau lima lembar barulah setoran satu juz utuh.Dan jika tidak mampu , maka satu juz dibagi menjadi 4 menjadi ¼ dan barulah menyetorkan satu juz utuh, jika proses setoran juziyah sudah dilakukan barulah diperbolehkan juz berikutnya. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin penulis capai dalam penulisan ini adalah: (1) Untuk Mengetahui Metode yang digunakan dalam Pembelajaran Dalam Menghafal Al-Qur’an Di Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah At-tanwir Metro.(2) Untuk mengetahui Implementasi Metode Pembelajaran Dalam Menghafal Al-Qur’an Di Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah At-tanwir Metro.Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Studi kasus (Case Study). Peneliti menyelidiki secara cermat suatu program, peristiwa, aktivitas, proses atau sekelompok individu. Teknik pengumpulan data ini menggunakan metode wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian mununjukan bahwa: (1) Metode menghafal Al-Qur’an yang digunakan oleh Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah At-tanwir adalah metode wahdah (2) Impementasi dari metode yang digunakan sesuai dengan pedoman dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an, Namun demikian hasil yang didapat belum semua mahasantri sesuai target dikarenakan Lemahnya tekad, Salah dalam niat, Tidak kuat otaknya, Tujuan menghafal yang tidak ada, Belum bisa membagi waktu antara kuliah UM Metro/ IAIN Jurai Siwo dan menghafal. Berdasarkan teori yang dipaparkan di atas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa:Dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah At-tanwir Metro telah mengacu pada visi dan misi Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah At-tanwir Metro dan persiapan pembelajaran Tahfidz Al-qu’an atau menghafal Al-qur’an yang dilakukan oleh para pengajar di Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah At-tanwir sudah tepat guna. Kata Kunci : Implementasi, Pembelajaran Menghafal Al-Qur’an, Metode.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing academic, social and personal pressure experienced by BPI IAIN Metro students in the digital era, which has a negative impact on mental health. Students often face various problems such as academic stress, confusion in choosing a career, and social pressure. The aim of this research is to measure the effectiveness of counseling chatbots in improving the mental health of students in the Islamic Counseling Guidance Study Program at IAIN Metro. The theory used involves the concept of mental health, which includes psychological well-being and psychological stress as well as cybercounseling based on artificial intelligence (AI) technology. This research is a quantitative experiment with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design to measure changes in students' stress levels and mental well-being before and after the counseling chatbot treatment. Samples were taken from BPI students who had low mental health, namely 15 students and data was collected using a Likert scale and analyzed using statistical analysis techniques. The results of the research show that chatbot counseling services are effective in improving students' mental well-being. After the intervention, there was a significant improvement in students' mental health, as evidenced by the results of the paired t-test and N-Gain test which showed a significant increase from pretest to posttest. Counseling chatbots are proving to be an innovative and practical solution to help students overcome mental health problems.

Abstract

Abstrak – Layanan bimbingan rohani merupakan komponen penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan holistik, terutama di rumah sakit berbasis syariah seperti Rumah Sakit Islam (RSI) Metro, Indonesia. Persepsi pasien terhadap layanan ini dapat memengaruhi kepuasan dan kualitas perawatan, namun penelitian kuantitatif dalam konteks ini masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi pasien rawat inap terhadap layanan bimbingan rohani di RSI Metro, mengidentifikasi dimensi layanan yang paling dihargai, dan mengevaluasi pengaruhnya terhadap evaluasi layanan. Metode Penelitian ini melibatkan 30 pasien rawat inap, menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert 5 poin. Variabel persepsi mencakup Penyerapan, Pemahaman, dan Penilaian, sedangkan variabel layanan meliputi Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, dan Tangible. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik (validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, uji parsial, dan regresi) dengan SPSS versi 22. Temuan utama bahwa sebanyak 40–66,7% responden menyatakan setuju atau sangat setuju terhadap indikator persepsi dan layanan, dengan Empathy (73,3% merasa nyaman) dan Responsiveness (66,7% menilai petugas cepat tanggap) sebagai dimensi terkuat. Analisis statistik menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan persepsi terhadap evaluasi layanan (r_hitung = 4,361, R² = 0,387), menunjukkan persepsi pasien secara signifikan memengaruhi evaluasi layanan, mendukung hipotesis bahwa persepsi pasien berpengaruh positif. Penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan unik dengan mengeksplorasi persepsi pasien di rumah sakit Islam Indonesia, berbeda dari studi berfokus paliatif, dan menegaskan pentingnya empati dan responsivitas dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Abstract – Spiritual counselling services are an important component of holistic healthcare, especially in Sharia-based hospitals such as the Metro Islamic Hospital (RSI) in Indonesia. Patients' perceptions of these services can influence their satisfaction and the quality of care, but quantitative research in this context is still limited. This study aims to explore inpatients' perceptions of spiritual counselling services at RSI Metro, identify the most valued service dimensions, and evaluate their impact on service evaluation. The research method involved 30 inpatients, using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. Perception variables include Absorption, Understanding, and Evaluation, while service variables include Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, and Tangibility. Data were analysed using statistical tests (validity, reliability, normality, partial tests, and regression) with SPSS version 22. The main finding was that 40–66.7% of respondents agreed or strongly agreed with the perception and service indicators, with Empathy (73.3% felt comfortable) and Responsiveness (66.7% rated staff as responsive) as the strongest dimensions. Statistical analysis revealed a significant influence of perception on service evaluation (r_calculated = 4.361, R² = 0.387), indicating that patient perception significantly influences service evaluation, supporting the hypothesis that patient perception has a positive impact. This study makes a unique contribution by exploring patient perceptions in Indonesian Islamic hospitals, differing from studies focused on palliative care, and emphasises the importance of empathy and responsiveness in enhancing patient satisfaction.
