Abstract

The existence of philanthropic activities in the State of Indonesia provides a very positive role for the people of Indonesia with the assistance either in the field or philanthropic institutions or organizations that involve philanthropy. Philanthropy itself is the application of one's generosity to one another, where this activity is not based on demands from the state or government but is a form of love between people. In this article, we want to touch on how the form of channeling Islamic philanthropy in the welfare of the people around the Al Munawar Tulungagung mosque, how Islamic philanthropy can make the surrounding community feel good and have a positive impact on people who earn more. Islamic philanthropy here is focused on improving the welfare of the surrounding community in one of the ways that is carried out, namely channeling Islamic philanthropic funds in zakat, infaq, alms, endowments and also in helping poor surrounding communities. In this paper using qualitative research methods which will make it easier to obtain complete data on how to distribute Islamic philanthropy in the welfare of society, which in this study has literary sources from literature studies. In this Islamic philanthropy review the distribution of funds to the surrounding community in the welfare of the community, both channeling funds directly or through mosque intermediaries.

Abstract

Potret Oligarki terjadi dalam proses penambangan batu bara di Kalimantan Timur. Elite pemegang kekuasaan banyak terlibat berkolaborasi menjadi rantai pengeruk sumber daya tambang di Kalimantan Timur. Film Sexi Killer karya WatchDoc Documentary memberikan gambaran yang jelas bagaimana para elite terlibat menjadi pemain tambang batubara di Kalimantan Timur. Penambangan batubara tak lantas mendatangkan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat sekitar, tetapi justru membawa berbagai bencana lingkungan. Beberapa nama elite penguasa terseret dalam lingkaran praktik bisnis penambangan. Teori oligarki Jefri A. Winters mampu menjelaskan mengapa potret ini dapat terjadi. Demokrasi seolah tergelincir dalam lingkaran oligarki. Para elite mengendalikan sumber daya material untuk meningkatkan kekayaan dan mempertahankan posisi sosialnya.

Abstract

Inevitably, policies to eliminate violence against children in Lampung Province often change. These changes lead to continuous efforts to make improvements. These changes were deemed necessary because the results achieved did not meet the desired expectations. Policies that continue to change cannot be separated from the basic ideas. Ideas will become basic guidelines for developing changes to existing policies. This is the main aim of this research. This research will look at the basic ideas that influence policy changes. This research does not look at the efforts or role of local stakeholders. This research attempts to look at the historical context to see and analyze the basic ideas behind the dynamics of policies to eliminate violence against children in Lampung Province so far.  The research results show that the idea of ​​the dynamics of policies to eliminate violence against children in Lampung Province was influenced by the 1989 Convention On The Rights Of The Child agreement.

Abstract

Media sosial adalah sebuah media yang digunakan untuk bersosialisasi dan bertukar informasi oleh para pengguna dengan menggunakan internet. Beberapa kegunaan media sosial seperti berkenalan dengan teman baru, mengetahui informasi olahraga, ekonomi, pariwisata dan juga Pendidikan. Terkait Pendidikan banyak masyarakat memberikan pendapat dan membicarakan Program Kurikulum Merdeka, terdapat pro dan kontra tentang Program ini. Informasi opini masyarakat diperoleh dari salah satu media sosial yaitu twitter. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun model analisis sentiment terhadap Program Kurikulum Merdeka . Sumber informasi diperoleh dari Twitter sebanyak 399 data. Penelitian ini mengggunakan 2 (dua) algoritma yaitu Naïve Bayes dan Support Vector Machine (SVM). Hasil penelitian didapatkan opini masyarakat dengan Kategori Positif sebanyak 319 (79,9%) orang dan Kategori Negatif sebanyak 80 (20,1%). Nilai akurasi Naïve Bayes sebesar 71,68% dan SVM 82,80%. Dari hasil akurasi dapat dinyatakan bahwa Model SVM lebih baik dibandingkan dengan Naïve Bayes.

Abstract

STAI Tuanku Tambusai Pasir Pangaraian is a high school for Islamic religious education, which in the Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) is currently trying to apply the concept of blended learning by using e-learning. The purpose of this research is to build a Learning Management System (LMS) that can assist lecturers and students in conducting PBM with the help of computer technology. This is felt to have become a necessity during the pandemic and industrial revolution 4.0, STAI should have an e-larning that is able to answer challenges. The online learning system service architecture (e-learning) can be used as an appropriate design in the development of learning methods where the level of flexibility, scalability and functionality can make PBM easier to do anywhere and anytime. The designed online learning system (e-learning) at STAI Tuanku Tambusai is used by two actors, namely students and lecturers.
