Abstract

PT. Agung Automall Kota Bengkulu is a subsidiary of the Agung Concern group which operates as a Toyota main dealer. The formulation of the problem is whether organizational justice and job satisfaction have a significant effect on turnover intention of PT employees. Agung Automall Bengkulu City. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice, job satisfaction, on turnover intention of employees of PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu City. This study used a sample of 62 respondents using total sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature review. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. This research uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, followed by using hypothesis testing using SPSS. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, Organizational Justice (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have a negative effect on Turnover Intention (Y), this is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 19.109 +0. 252 X1 + 0.19 X2 and a determination coefficient of R2 = 0.142 which means Organizational Fairness (X1), and Job Satisfaction (X2) contributes 14.2% influence on Turnover intention (Y) at PT. PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu City and 86.2% are influenced by other variables which are not explained in this study. From the results of hypothesis testing using the t test and f test with the help of SPSS prongram, it can be seen that the variables of Organizational Justice (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have a value of -2,756> .1,670 and -2,306> .1.670 Thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. . This means that together, Organizational Justice and Job Satisfaction affect the Turnover intention of PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Segmenting (X1), Targeting (X2), and Positioning (X3) strategies on Purchasing Decisions (Y) of Samsung Mobile Phones in Pagar Dewa Village, Bengkulu city. The formulation of problem in this study whether there was an effect of Segmenting (X1), Targeting (X2), and Positioning (X3) on Purchasing Decisions (Y). This research used quantitative methods. The object of this research were users and consumers of Samsung mobile phones in Pagar Dewa Village, Bengkulu city with the sampling method by using purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 85 respondents. Data collection techniques used observations and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques were further analyzed through classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient and determination (R2), and hypothesis test. The results of multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24; regression equation obtained Y= 1.668 + 0.403 (X1) + 0.376 (X2) + 0.095 (X3). This means that there was a positive influence between Segmenting (X1), Targeting (X2), and Positioning (X3) on Purchasing Decisions (Y). The coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.714, which indicated that Segmenting (X1), Targeting (X2), and Positioning (X3) affect the Purchase Decision (Y) by 71.4%, while its remaining 28.6% was influenced by other variables, not in this study. The results of t_test on Segmenting variable (X1) showed thit> ttab (6,836> 1,664) and its value sig α = 0,000 <0.050), which showed significant influence between three as shown from its thit>ttab (4.705 >1.664). The significant value α = 0.000< 0.050), which showed its significant influence of three variablse as shown from thit> ttab (2.047> 1,664) and value (sig α = 0.044 < 0.050) on Purchasing Decisions (Y). The results of the F_test showed that Fhit> Ftab (67,361> 2,717) and (sig α = 0.000<0.050), this simultaneously the Segmenting (X1), Targeting (X2), and Positioning (X3) variables have a significant effect on the decision. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine effect of Sales Promotion, Lifestyle, and Product Prices on Fashion Products Buying Interest on Facebook and Instagram Social Networking Consumers at Niur Village, Sukaraja District of Seluma Regency. It also aims to find out the most dominant factor influencing buying interest upon fashion products. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were 588  community members at Niur Village. Out of 588, 25% (147) of the population were made as  study sample drawn by using purposive sampling method. The criteria for this research sample are consumers who have ever bought fashion products from a minimum of Rp. 150,000 thousand up to a maximum of Rp. 300,000 thousand.Based on the results of multiple linear regression, it was obtained the regression equation of  Y = 5.575 + 0.287 (X1) + 0.251 (X2) + 0.533 (X3). The results of the study and the hypothesis show that sales promotion (sig α = 0.008 <0.050), lifestyle (sig α = 0.033 <0.050), and price of the product (sig α = 0.000 <0.050). They simultaneously significantly influenced the interest in buying fashion products. Partially the three variables of sales promotion, lifestyle, and product prices have a significant effect on buying interest in fashion products. We recommend that fashion product entrepreneurs or online shops can maintain product quality and prices to increase consumer buying interest through Facebook and Instagram social networks at Niur Village, Sukaraja District, Seluma Regency.Keywords: Sales promotion, Lifestyle, Product prices, Buying interes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions on Syarah Bakery Bengkulu, to determine the effect of prices on purchasing decisions on Syarah Bakery Bengkulu, to determine the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions on Syarah Bakery Bengkulu. to find out the simultaneous influence of product quality, price, and also the promotion on purchasing decisions at Syarah Bakery Bengkulu. The population of this study is permanent customers of Syarah Bakery Bengkulu as the research population numbering 115 customers, from the calculation using purposive sampling it can be seen that the number of samples used in this study were 115 respondents. The research instrument was tested for validity and reliability by looking at the corrected item total correlation and cronbanch's alpha and all were declared valid and reliable. Data analysis techniques used in this study is quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the product quality variable (X1) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y), indicated by a positive regression coefficient of 0.216 with a sig value of 0.000 <0.005. Price variable (X2) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y), indicated by a positive regression coefficient of 0.239 with a sig value of 0,000 <0.005. The promotion variable (X3) has a positive effect on purchasing decisions 0.110 (Y), indicated by a positive regression coefficient of 0.717 with a sig value of 0.003 <0.005. The F test results state that product quality, price and promotion have a significant and positive effect simultaneously on the decision purchase, obtained a value of 2.0638 with a value of sig = 0,000 <0.005. The influence of the product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions is R2 = 51.5% influenced by other variables in this study and the remaining 48.5%.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the marketing strategy, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the natural tourism of Lake Dendam Tak Sudah, Bengkulu City in order to increase tourist visits. Based on the natural tourist attraction, this research was conducted in the tourist attraction of Danau Dendam Tak Sudah, Bengkulu City. The methods used in this research are interviews, documentation, and observation. Sources of data used are secondary data and primary data. The data collection technique in this study was accidental sampling with a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Then the data were analyzed using SWOT analysis to determine the factors inhibiting the lack of tourists visiting Dendan Tak Sudah Lake natural attractions in Bengkulu City. Based on the results of the study and discussion, it can be concluded that the area has enormous opportunities and strengths in the form of a very beautiful and exotic tourism potential, located in the middle of the city but with minimal facilities and infrastructure, public facilities. , promotion and management roles are not maximal in structuring so that tourists who come are still very minimal.Keywords                    : Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT)Correspondence to      : etiarini@umb.ac.id ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran, kekuatan , kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman terhadap wisata alam Danau Dendam Tak Sudah Kota Bengkulu dalam rangka meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan. Berdasarkan daya tarik wisata alam tersebut maka penelitian ini dilakukan di obyek wisata Danau Dendam Tak Sudah Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah secara accidental sampling dengan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif, Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat kurangnya wisatawan berkunjung ke wisata alam Danau Dendan Tak Sudah di Kota Bengkulu. Berdasarkan hasil kajian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa daerah tersebut memiliki peluang dan kekuatan yang sangat besar berupa potensi wisata yang sangat indah dan eksotis, terletak di tengah kota namun minim sarana dan prasarana, fasilitas umum, promosi dan pernanan manajemen kurang maksimal dalam penataan sehingga wisatawan yang datang masih sangat minim.Kata Kunci: Kekuatan, Kelemahan, Peluang, dan Ancaman (SWOT)

Abstract

ABSTRACTBusiness performance is a common factor used to measure the import of a company’s strategy on dealing with competition. To improve performance, companies must conduct market orientation and innovation in order to survive in existing competition. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of market orientation and product innovation on business performance at Banjar Toast Shop in Sawah Lebar, Bengkulu. This study used survey research methods with quantitative data analysis. The population in this study were consumers at Banjar Toast Shop in Sawah Lebar, Bengkulu and the sampling used a total sampling method, amounting to 100 people. Based on the results of multiple linier regression, the regression equation is Y = 0.754+0.779 () + 0.265 (). Research results and hypotheses indicate that market orientation () has a significant effect on business performance namely > (11.266>1.984) dan (sig  = 0,000< 0,050),Product innovation () has a significant effect on business performance nemely > (3.680>1.984) dan (sig  = 0,000 < 0,050). Simultaneously have a significant effect on business performance. Partially, both market orientation and product innovation variables have a significant effect on business performance namely > (192.273>2.102) dan (sig  = 0.000 < 0,050).Keywoards : market orientation, product innovation, business performance

Abstract

The study was conducted with the formulation of the problem in the study are: How the influence of organizational learning, market orientation and product innovation on marketing performance at BRI Bank Bengkulu Branch Based on the results of research and analysis of the effect of variables on Marketing Performance (Y) at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bengkulu Branch can be drawn conclusions as follows: From the multiple linear regression equation can be known: Y = 0.271 + 0.332 X1 + 0.458 X2 + 0.176 X3. And that Organizational Learning (X1), Market Orientation (X2), and Product Innovation (X3) have a positive effect on Marketing Performance (Y) at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bengkulu Branch. Between Organizational Learning (X1), Market Orientation (X2), and Product Innovation (X3) in improving Marketing Performance have a close and positive relationship. This is evidenced from the correlation analysis R = 0.829 (82.9%) and almost close to 1. And the coefficient of determination of R2 = 0.687 or about 68.7% while 31.3% is the contribution of other variables not examined. Of all the most dominant variables is the variable that most influences on Marketing Performance (Y), at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bengkulu Branch, the Organizational Learning variable (X1) partially influences by 0.007 out of 30 respondents turned out to have a very significant effect because the Leaders and Unit leaders want a change in the work system and in accordance with the wishes of respondents in choosing the leadership and unit leaders they want so as to improve Marketing Performance (Y), at the Bank Rakyat Indonesia Bengkulu Branch. Abstract

This study entitled The effect of Product Price and Quality on Interest in Buying Besurek Batik by Sari Rasa Store Consumers at Soekarno Hatta Street of Anggut Bengkulu City. The formulation of the problem of this research is whether the Price and Quality of Product have a effect on the Interest in Buying Besurek Batik on Sari Rasa Bengkulu Consumer. The purpose of this study is to determine that the effect of Price and Product Quality significantly influence Interest in Buying Besurek Batik.This research was conducted on Besurek Batik Consumers at the Bengkulu City Sari shop. The research was carried out for 13 days. The population of this study was Consumer Batik Besurek At Bengkulu City Sari Rasa Shop, while the sample of this study wass the Consumer Batik Besurek At the City of Bengkulu Sari Rasa Shop, amounting to 91 respondents. The study was conducted in quantitative methods.Based on the analysis of the study, the results of the study can be concluded that respondents' perceptions on Price (X1) and Product Quality (X2) affect the Purchase Interest (Y) with the results of multiple linear regression of  Y = 2.106 + 0.392 (X_1) + 0.156 (X_2). And the coefficient of determination of R2 = 0.555 or 55.5%. Through  hypothesis testing in the same time, (simultaneous) and individually (partial)this study using the f test and t test, Price (X1) and Product Quality (X2) = 0.000. This means that the fsig value <0.050 shows a simultanous effect which was significant. Keywords: Price, Product Quality and Purchase Interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, personality type and leadership style on employee loyalty at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari. This type of research is a type of quantitative research, the object of this research is all permanent employees in the factory office area of ​​PT Sandabi Indah Lestari. Sampling method using total sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 126 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely t-test and F-test. The results of this study can be concluded that the work environment variable has a positive effect on employee work loyalty, personality type has a positive effect on employee work loyalty, and leadership style has a positive effect on employee work loyalty. Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of soft skills, hard skills and motivation on employee performance at RBTV Bengkulu City. The population of this study was all RBTV employees numbering 50 people. All of those employees were sampled for research. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and data analysis techniques using regression. The results of this study revealed that soft skills have a significant effect on employee performance, hard skills have a significant effect on employee performance and motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at RBTV Bengkulu City.
