The purposes of this study were to determine the effect of occupational healthand work safety toward employees’ performance at PT. (Persero) UP3 Bengkulu. This research was conducted from January 20 to February 32020 at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bengkulu. The population of this study were employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bengkulu, amounting to 63 people by using quantitative methods.This research used several data analysis techniques such as instrument testing, classic assumption tests, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficients, and hypothesis testing. The results of the research indicate that the Occupational Health (X1) and Work Safety (X2) variables, partially or simultaneously affect the employees’performance (Y) at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Bengkulu. It was proved by the results of multiple linear regression obtained a regression equation Y = 4.260 + 0.300 (X_1) + .368 (X2) and the hypothesis showed that Occupational Health (sig α = 0.000 <0.050), Occupational Safety (sig α = 0.000 <0.050) in other words simultaneously had a significant effect towardemployees’performance. Regarding the two variables occupational health and safety at the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bengkulu. Keywords: Occupational Health, Safety, Employees’ Performance

This study aimed to find out the effect of marketing mix consisting of product, price, place, promotion toward sales volume of Aroma Bakery on Jl. Bhayangkara Bengkulu City. This research was a quantitative study with a sample of 96 respondents by using accidental sampling techniques. The data collection techniques of this study used observation and questionnaire. The data analysis techniques of this study used descriptive analysis, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis techniques, coefficient of determination (R2) analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that from multiple linear regression tests by using SPSS i.e. Y = 3.050 + 0.922 (X1) + 0.287 (X2) + 0.223 (X3) + 0.367 (X4), as well as the coefficient of determination R2 = 0.797 which means Product (X1), Price (X2), Place (X3), and Promotion (X4) contributed an effect of 79.7% toward sales volume and 20.3% determined by other factors outside of this study. From the partial hypothesis test result (T Test) that the Product (X1) has a significant effect toward the sales volume of Aroma Bakery in Bengkulu City, by showing a significance value of 0.000 < 0.050. Price (X2) has a significant effect toward the sales volume of Aroma Bakery in Bengkulu by showing a significance value of 0.026 < 0.050. Place (X3) has a significant effect toward the sales volume of Aroma Bakery in Bengkulu City, by showing a significance value of 0.025 < 0.050. The promotion (X4) significantly effect toward the sales volume of Aroma Bakery in Bengkulu by showing a significance value of 0.012 < 0.050. From the results of the hypothesis simultaneously (Test F) shows a significance value of .000 < 0.050 thus Ho rejected Ha received. This means that together product, price, place, and promotion have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously toward the sales volume of Aroma Bakery on Jl. Bhayangkara Bengkulu City.Keywords : Marketing Mix and Sales Volume.

This study aimed to determine the effect of wages and incentives toward employees’ productivity of PT Daria Dharma Pratama Ipuh, Muko Muko Regency. The object of this study was the 65 employees of PT Daria Dharma Pratama Ipuh, Mukomuko Regency. This study used observation and questionnaire as techniques of collecting data. There are several data analysis techniques used in this research, including using instrument test, classical assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis testing. The results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the variables of Wages (X1) and Incentives (X2) have partial or simultaneous effect toward employees’ productivity at PT Daria Dharma Pratama Ipuh Mukomuko regency. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, the regression equation is obtained Y = 1.275 + 0.693 (X1) + 0.528 (X2).

The purpose of this study was to know the effect of product quality, price and promotion on the purchasing decision of Bay Tat Chanaya cake in Bengkulu City, and to know which factor is the most dominant affecting both partially and simultaneously. This study used a survey research method with quantitative data analysis. The population in this study are consumers who shop at Bay Tat Chanaya cake shop in Bengkulu City. The sampling used is the Accidental sampling method that was taken from the technique of determining the sample by chance, anyone who accidentallywere metby the researcher that can be used as a sample. The number of respondents in this study were 150 respondents. To be more efficient in obtaining data from respondents, researchers used questionnaire data. The data analysis technique used is the analysis technique that can be calculated, or data in the form of numbers and calculations by using statistical methods, then the data must be clarified in certain categories using the SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Scinences) program. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation is Y = 0.672 + 0.330 (X1) + 0.267 (X2) + 0.209 (X3). The results of the research and the hypothesis show that the product quality shows the value of t_count > t α / 2 (4.109> 1.9762) and (sig α = 0,000 <0.050), the price shows the value of t_count > t α / 2 (3,280> 1.9762) and (sig α = 0.001 <0.050). Promotion shows the value of t count > t α / 2 (2,577> 1.9762) and (sig α = 0.011 <0.050). Simultaneously, the variables of Product Quality, Price and Promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, the three variables of Product Quality, Price and Promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. It is better if the shop owner can continue to maintain the quality of their products. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan perbankan syariah khususnya propinsi Bengkulu dalam kurun waktu 3 tahun terakhir menunjukan pekembangan yang cukup baik, namun perkembangan tersebut belum mambawa pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan market share perbankan syariah jika melihat jumlah penduduk Indonesia yang mayoritas berpenduduk muslim. Hadirnya bank syariah belum sepenuhnya kehadiran bisa dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakt baik itu secara priabadi, organisasi, kelembagaan, institusidan perusahaan, hal ini dikarenakan adanya persepsi yang berbeda dikalangan masyarakat terhadap keberadaan bank syari’ah. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perespsi BKM terhadap Bank Syariah di kecamatan Ratu Samban kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, yaitu berupa suatu prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa ucapan atau tulisan dan perilaku yang dapat diamati dari orang-orang (subjek) itu sendiri.. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Ada tiga langkah pengolahan data kualitatif, yakni reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display), dan penarikan kesimpulan (conclusion drawing and verification). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Persepsi badan kemakmuran masjid terhadap bank syariah dari segi Kognitif (Kepercayaan) didapatkan sekitar 46%. Persepsi badan kemakmuran masjid terhadap bank syariah dari segi Afektif (Perasaan) didapatkan sekitar 65%. Persepsi badan kemakmuran masjid terhadap bank syariah dari segi Konatif (Tindakan) didapatkan sekitar 65% .

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of Total Quality Management on Organizational Performance mediated by Knowledge Management. This study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire to test hypotheses and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The sample of this study amounted to 103 SMEs in Bengkulu City. The data analysis technique used WarpPLS version 6.0 software. The results showed that Total Quality Management had an effect on organizational performance and knowledge management did not mediate the effect of TQM on organizational performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of giving zakat as business capital in the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Bengkulu City. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research. Research informants in this study were the leaders and employees of BAZNAS Bengkulu City. Data collection techniques using observation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The result of the research is the effectiveness of the distribution of productive zakat funds at BAZNAS Bengkulu City since 2020 is the Enterprise strategy, this strategy is said to be effective in distributing zakat because it involves many parties, not only external parties but also internal parties. Jumlah janjang sawit yang menumpuk di Desa Nanjungan akibat produksi yang dihasilkan oleh Perusahaan CPO menyebabkan jumlah janjang sawit semakin meningkat. Tumpukan menyebabkan banyaknya serangga seperti lalat, dan tumpukan menjadi tidak enak dipandang. Hal ini mengganggu masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitar lahan perkebunan sawit. Tentunya perlu metode untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut yakni dengan praktek penanaman menggunakan tanah janjang sawit sebagai media tanam untuk penanaman sayur kangkung sebagai pangan sayur untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sayur dalam masyarakat desa Nanjungan. Metode kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan edukasi dan praktek dengan sasaran anak-anak sekitar lingkungan rumah. Hasil yang didapat dari kegiatan ini adalah tanaman sayur kangkung yang ditanam dengan menggunakan media tanam tanah janjang. Kemudian dapat melakukan praktek tentang proses tata cara penanaman, perawatan dan panen. Hasil panen yang didapat juga cukup baik yakni sayuran yang dihasilkan besar dan tinggi. Kegiatan yang dilakukan memberikan pemahaman pada anak-anak dalam memanfaatkan tanah janjang sawit agar dapat dimanfaatkan dan dijadikan pengganti tanah gambut dan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sayur pada masyarakat melalui penanaman sayur kangkung. Selanjutnya, praktek dan edukasi yang diberikan penulis pada akhirnya memberikan kemampuan pada anak-anak untuk menerapkannya di rumah masing-masing. Kata kunci: tanah janjang sawit, kangkung.

Perguruan Tinggi selayaknya dapat melahirkan para pemuda atau orang-orang yang terpelajar yang memiliki samangat tinggi, pemikiran yang kreatif, mandiri, inivatif agar dapat membangun bangsa di berbagai sektor sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Pengabdian Masyarakat muncul dari konsep atas kesadaran mahasiswa sebagai calon sarjana untuk dapat memanfaatkan sebagian waktu belajarnya menyumbangkan pengetahuandan ilmu yang telah diperoleh secara langsung dalam membantu memecahkan dan melaksanakan pembangunan di dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Di samping itu Pengabdian Masyarakat dapat memberikan kontribusi yang nyata bagi masyarakat dalam berbagai bidang ilmu, bidang keagamaan maupun dalam bidang-bidang yang lain sehingga program Pengabdian Masyarakat dapat menyentuh langsung dengan masyarakat serta membantu program pemerintah daerah. Oleh sebab itu program Pengabdian Masyarakat dilakukan agar dapat memberikan manfaat yang di rasakan secara langsung oleh masyarakat, sehingga program-program yang di lakukan dalam proses Pengabdian Masyarakat dapat memberikan konstribusi dalam kehidupan masyarakat setempat karena di mana dariberbagai program yang di laksanakan selama menjalankan Pengabdian Masyarakat adalah program yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat setempat, sehingga program tersebut dapat di rasakan secara langsung hasilnya oleh masyarakat itu sendiri. This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of supervision of employee work performance at the Head Office of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bengkulu. Total samples are 60 peoples. Data collection techniques used in this study were obtained from questionnaires, literature studies, and observations. By using a simple linear regression analysis method, and hypothesis testing (t-test). The results of simple linear regression test obtained the regression equation Y = 6,847 + 0.924X this figure shows the influence of the Supervision variable (X) on the Job Performance variable (Y). After that proceed with using the hypothesis test (t-test) with the results of the t-test that is with tSig for Oversight variable (X) that is equal to 0,000 and a significance of 5% obtained sig = 0.05. So the hypothesis is tested with the criteria that tSig <0.05 (0.000 <0.05) means that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. It can be concluded that the Supervision variable (X) has a significant effect on Job Performance (Y) at the Head Office of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bengkulu.
