Abstract

This research is qualitative research. The data analysis technique used uses interactive analysis techniques, in which there are three components, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research identify that it is very important to disseminate information to the community about the Vision and Mission of Sharia Banking, especially for the people of Tanjung Agung village, Tanjung Agung Palik District, North Bengkulu Regency, with a population of 1,511 people. It turns out that there are still many who do not understand or comprehend Islamic banking and the systems used. within the Islamic bank itself. Due to the lack of socialization from sharia banks towards the community, especially the people of Tanjung Agung village, Tanjung Agung Palik District, North Bengkulu Regency, this has made people less interested in sharia banks and prefer conventional banks for the reason that they first knew about the existence of conventional banks. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on consumer satisfaction (a case study at the Obela Store, Bengkulu City). This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive research method. The population used in this study are consumers who shop at the Obela Store in Bengkulu City. The number of respondents in this study were 70 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and uses analytical techniques using multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis testing, namely the t test and f test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation Y = 2.828 + 0.924 (X1) + 0.077 (X2) and the results of the t test and f test of this study can be concluded that price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit >t_table (9.370 > 1.668) and (sig α = 0.00 <0.05). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit>t_table (2.032> 1.668) and (sig α = 0.03 <0.05). This means H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Price (X_1) and product quality (X_2) together have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) at the Obela Store Bengkulu City, this is evidenced by the F test showing the value of F_count>F_table, namely (83,604 > 2.38

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on consumer satisfaction at the Pagar Dewa fishing shop. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The population used in this study were customers of the Pagar Dewa fishing shop. The number of respondents in this study were 75 people. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and using analytical techniques using multiple linear regression analysis test and hypothesis testing, namely t test and f test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression obtained the form of the regression equation Y = 2.321 + 0.379 (X₁) + 0.251 (X₂) and the results of the t test and f test of this study can be concluded that price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit >t_table (3,318 > 2.002) and (sig = 0.03 < 0.050). This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit> t_table (3.232> 2.002) and (sig = 0.02 < 0.050). This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. price (X₁) and produk quality (X₂) together have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) at Pagar Dewa Fishing Shop, this is evidenced by the F test showing the value of F_count>F_table, namely (50.277 > 3.16) and (sig. = 0.00 < 0.050). This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled Analysis of the influence of Service Quality and Product Quality on Consumer Satisfaction of Cv central electro bengkulu consumers. The purpose of this research is to develop and prove the knowledge of the theoretical sciences learned in college and applied to the world of work. The object of this research is Consumers from CV Central Elektro Bengkulu, this research method is descriptive analysis which is applied to quantitative methods, while the sampling technique of this study uses purposive sampling. The number of respondents used in this study were 85 respondents from electrical central CV consumers and using SPSS. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of this study can be concluded that the variables of service quality and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and product quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, incentives and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Sinar Mutli Sepadan Finance Bengkulu City. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is the employees of PT. Sinar Multi Sepadan Finance Bengkulu City, which is precisely located on Jl. Salak Raya, Bengkulu City, Bengkulu. The sampling method uses a non probability technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 160 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely t test and f test. The results of this study can be concluded that the variable Leadership has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Incentives have a positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a positive effect on Employee Performance, and Leadership, Incentives and Work Discipline together have a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Sinar Mutli Sepadan Finance Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The tourism sector is one of the people's economic potentials that needs to be developed in order to improve community welfare and regional development. Panjang Beach is one of the most famous tourist attractions in Bengkulu. One of the factors is that the Panjang Beach tourist attraction is able to open up employment opportunities for the local community by becoming auxiliary workers and opening micro, small and medium businesses run by the community around the area. So there is management and many regional development programs on the grounds that the Panjang Beach tourist attraction is able to produce economic benefits for the community. This research aims to analyze the role of the Bengkulu Panjang Beach tourist attraction in increasing people's income according to an Islamic economic perspective. The types of research used in this thesis are field research and library research . The methods used to collect data in this research are observation, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The results of the research can be concluded that the role of the Bengkulu Panjang Beach tourist attraction is able to make a very big contribution as a place that is able to absorb labor as well as providing employment opportunities for the surrounding community in particular and based on data obtained both practically through observation and theory, it can be concluded it is said that the business activities that occur in the Panjang Beach tourist area of Bengkulu and those carried out by the community around the Panjang Beach tourist attraction are in accordance with the Ijarah principles.
