Abstract

Abstract. Leaf litter of mangrove has the potential for cellulolytic bacteria that are beneficial in aquaculture feed. Tin mining in Bangka Island impact for mangrove and allows for new strains of cellulolytic bacteria. Identification and safety evaluations are needed to knows the applied to aquaculture. This study aims to obtain and evaluate the potential impact on the aquaculture of cellulolytic bacteria from the Tukak Sadai mangrove, South Bangka.  The effects were shown on the survival and clinical symptoms of fish through pathogenicity testing of the selected bacteria. This research was done from March 2017 until March 2018. Leaf litter was a sample taken from mangroves and isolated using 1% Carboxymethyl Cellulosa (CMC) media. Qualitative test of cellulase enzyme activity uses congo red and bacterial identification to use biochemical characterization with Microbact TM. There were six cellulolytic bacterial isolates from the mangrove leaves of Tukak Sadai, South Bangka. TSS4 isolates had the highest cellulolytic index of 26.4 mm compared to other strains. Biochemical characterization of TSS4 isolates show similarities with Bacillus cereus. Pathogenicity test on Bacillus cereus_TSS4 isolates show that it was not pathogenic with normal fish conditions until the end of maintenance, fish survival reached 100%, and no damage to internal organs occurred. Keywords: Bacillus cereus,  mangrove leaf litter, pathogenicity, cellulolytic bacteriaAbstrak. Abstract

Fish farming activities carried out by fish farmers often face problems that cause production activities to be not optimal. In fact, increasing production capacity is very important to increase profits. Problems that often arise are basically common. However, due to a lack of mastery of technology and production management, these problems become a major obstacle to optimizing business activities. Fish farmers in Tua Tunu Village, Pangkalpinang City are fish farmers engaged in freshwater fish farming activities, especially catfish (Pangasius pangasius). So far, fish farming activities carried out by fish farmers have faced problems caused by two main factors, namely poor water quality in aquaculture ponds due to waste from feed and fish feces and lack of diversification of fish farming commodities. The purpose of this activity is to provide science and technology applications in the form of technology to minimize aquaculture waste and aquaculture technology systems so that the production capacity of fish farmers increases. This activity was carried out in fish farming ponds owned by fish farmers in Tua Tunu Village, Pangkalpinang City. The specific target is to increase the production capacity of fish farming with the application of technology in all fish farming ponds for fish farmers in Tua Tunu. The method used is a survey method by conducting fish farming activities by inserting technology applications in the form of organic waste trap technology and polyculture system technology. The results obtained show that the production capacity of the pond and the harvest of the fish farmers are more optimal. The results of the activity show that the fish farmer partners can harvest more types of fish and more profits. The water quality in the fish farming media is better. The good water quality from the application of this technology can be seen physically from the color of the water with a lower level of turbidity by suspended solids from feed compared to ponds that do not use this technology.

Abstract

This study examines the multifaceted impact of financial inclusion on industrial societies, focusing on its role in economic growth, social equity, digital transformation, and industrial development. Using a mixed-method approach combining systematic literature review and case studies from five industrial countries (Germany, South Korea, the United States, China, and Brazil), we analyze the mechanisms through which financial inclusion influences societal outcomes. Our findings reveal that financial inclusion significantly contributes to economic growth, with a 10% increase in inclusion indicators associated with a 0.2-0.7% rise in GDP growth rates. Moreover, we identify synergistic effects between financial inclusion and digital transformation, notably in mobile banking adoption. The study also highlights persistent challenges, including urban-rural divides and gender disparities in financial access. Cross-cutting themes emerge, emphasizing the importance of integrated policy approaches, regulatory innovation, and public-private partnerships in advancing financial inclusion. These insights offer valuable guidance for policymakers and financial institutions in designing effective strategies to leverage financial inclusion for sustainable and equitable economic development in industrial contexts.

Abstract

The research conducted examined the influence of independent variables—targeting (X1) and relationship marketing (X2)—on the dependent variable, purchase decision (Y). The findings revealed that both targeting and relationship marketing individually have a positive and significant impact on customer purchase decisions at CV. Putramas Pratama Medan. Additionally, when considered together, targeting and relationship marketing significantly influence customer purchase decisions at the company. Based on these results, it is recommended that CV. Putramas Pratama should expand its target market to increase consumer responsiveness to the company's product offerings. Furthermore, the company should focus on building consumer trust by paying close attention to customer needs and feedback. This dual approach of broadening the target market and enhancing relationship marketing is expected to improve customer purchase decisions significantly.

Abstract

This research was carried out for approximately 1 month from 17 January – 05 March 2022. In situ measurements included temperature (Suhu), acidity (pH), and dissolve oxygen (DO). Directly in the Lab. Aquaculture Biotechnology Fakulty of Agriculture University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi. the test included testing the ex situ water quality at the IPB University Laboratory. Testing ammonia and alkalinity. The results of the above objectives show a comparison of the growth of water quality in the vertiqua system (Vertical Aquaculture), to determine the effectiveness of the vertiqua system in goldfish cultivation on growth, feeding effeciency, and water quality.

Abstract

The research carried out identified the influence between independent (free) variables and dependent (bound) variables, where the independent (free) variables were job satisfaction (X1) and work motivation (X2) and the dependent (bound) variable was teacher performance. (Y). The research results show that partially job satisfaction and work motivation have a partial positive and significant influence on teacher performance at Public Senior High School 9 Medan schools. Furthermore, simultaneously job satisfaction and work motivation have a significant influence on teacher performance at Public Senior High School 9 Medan. The advice that can be given in this research is that all teachers at Public Senior High School 9 Medan must work well, and get motivation from the senior teachers there so that they can work better.

Abstract

Asnan Ridoanrisna. Efficiency Of Pakcoy Plants (Brassica Rapa) In Maintaining Water Quality To Support The Survival Rate Of Tilapia. Under Guidance By Robin And Novita Mz. Tilapia is a freshwater fish commodity with high economic value. According to data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), tilapia exports reached 12.29 thousand tons with a value of USD 78.44 million. Tilapia farming faces the risk of mortality which can lead to economic losses, one of which is caused by organic pollution. To address this issue, this research employs phytoremediation methods with varying plant densities to improve water quality and tilapia survival. The study was conducted with four treatments: A75 (plant density 75% of the aquarium surface area), A50 (50%), A25 (25%), and A0 (no plants), using an aquarium size of 60 x 30 x 50 cm³. Each treatment received chicken manure at 1.8 grams per aquarium and 40 tilapia fish per aquarium. Observations were made over 15 days in March 2023, measuring physical and chemical water parameters including DO, pH, TDS, temperature, and ammonia, as well as calculating the survival rate of tilapia. Using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), the study found that treatment A75 achieved the highest survival rate at 62.5%. This result indicates that higher plant density in the phytoremediation method is more effective in maintaining water quality and supporting tilapia survival.
