Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran daring yang menekankan integrasi  dengan lingkungan dari berbagai sumber yang ditinjau dari berbagai aspek selama era pendidikan 4.0. Menggunakan metode berupa meta-analisis jurnal, melalui berbagai macam jurnal yang berhubungan dengan variabel penelitian dikumpulkan kemudian dikaji dan ditarik suatu kesimpulan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran daring akan efektif jika menerapkan komponen esensial dari Laurillard yang mencangkup aspek diskursfi, adapftif, interaktif dan reflektif. Namun 76,07% memilih kombinasi pembelajaran daring sehingga penting adanya inovasi berupa integrasi dengan lingkungan mengacu pada komponen digital learning ecosystem dari Hammond yang dapat mengakomodasi gaya belajar, fleksibilitas dan pengalaman belajar peserta didik sehingga dapat memunculkan perasaan positif.

Abstract

This study aims to determined self-potential in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, through a literature study of a work entitled "The Lazy But Successful” by Fred Gratzon in 2010, where data will be collected and then analyzed based on a matrix from Moltke. The results showed that self-potential development can be done through several types of ways. Type A (mentally blunt and physically lazy) can be given simple tasks to allow for idea discovery, Type B (intelligent and energetic) can handle the details of things because of his accuracy, Type C (mentally blunt but energetic) needs to maximize physical activity with supervision extra, and type D (smart but lazy) can be a leader because it can easily find the simplest way that is easiest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the integration of learning media with the environment is able or not to increase student interest in learning. This research uses meta-analysis-data in the form of descriptive explorative qualitative, which is related to learning media and the environment. Data is collected from various secondary data, which is combined and analyzed by calculating the same percentage of findings for similar problems. The results show that this integration can increase student interest in learning, especially when learning about Science at the Botanical Gardens School, which is characterized by increasing positive behaviors and feelings, also increasing attention, and involvement of students in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman makroalga pada pantai Clungup Malang Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplorasi yang dilakukan dengan 3 stasiun di Pantai Clungup Malang Selatan. Pegambilan data dilakukan dengan bantuan garis transek dengan 12 plot yang berukuran 2m x 2m, dimana masing-masing stasiun terdiri dari 4 plot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 13 jenis makroalga yang ditemukan, dimana 6 jenis makroalga merupakan divisi dari Chlorophyta, 5 jenis dari divisi Rhodophyta dan 2 jenis dari divisi Phaeophyta. Stasiun yang kawasannya memiliki substrak berkarang memiliki jumlah makroalga yang lebih beragam. Indeks keanekaragaman makroalga di Pantai Clungup Malang Selatan juga tergolong dalam kategori sedang yaitu berkisar H’ 1 ≤ ???? ≤ 3. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pantai ini memiliki kondisi biofisik dan kimia yang sudah cukup baik, selain itu media hidup yang didominasi oleh substrat terumbu karang dan batu berpasir dapat menjadi habitat yang baik bagi pertumbuhan makroalga. Kata kunci: Keanekaragaman, Makroalga, Pantai Clungup

Abstract

Balikpapan Botanical Garden School has a very supportive learning environment, especially in studying plant material, but there are still many students who show low interest in learning so that an application in the form of android application to foster student interest in learning related to plants. This research aims to determine the feasibility of the botanical application as the further development of a flash application with the same theme to enhance interest in learning plant material. This research is used Research and Development (R&D) with ADDIE model which includes the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stage. The data were collected using a questionnaire to measure students’ learning referring to Mitchell's theory with 25 questions. The result showed that the botanical application is feasible to use with a score of 3,86 (feasible) and 4,16 (very feasible) according to media and material experts, and also a score of 4,47 (very feasible) according to the students. It also can enhance interest in learning plant material at the significance level of 0.002<0.05 with 46,6% of students reach the high criterion and the other 53,3% reach the moderate criterion of interest. This android-based of botanical application turns out to be able to enhance interest in learning about plant material due to learners' option to choose learning content depending on their interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan pengembangan modul berbasis kontekstual pembelajaran IPA pada materi Struktur dan Fungsi Tumbuhan untuk siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 2 SATAP Dau. Penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket untuk mengukur kelayakan pengembangan modul kontekstual dengan masing-masing 2-3 aspek penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan modul kontekstual ini menunjukkan nilai 77,6% (layak) dari validator ahli media dengan aspek kelayakan kegrafikan dan bahasa; nilai 87,1% (sangat layak) dari validator ahli materi dengan aspek kelayakan isi dan penyajian; nilai 92,3% (sangat layak) dari penilaian guru IPA dengan aspek materi, tampilan dan bahasa, serta nilai 90,3% (sangat layak) dari penilaian siswa dengan aspek kemenarikan dan kemudahan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul kontekstual ini layak untuk digunakan pada pembelajaran IPA khususnya materi Struktur dan Fungsi Tumbuhan untuk siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 2 SATAP Dau.

Abstract

Traditional knowledge seems to be the opposite of modern knowledge. In this position, the knowledge of the local community, especially in weaving works, is the result of processing the ancestral knowledge of the Sumba tribe in East Nusa Tenggara. This study aims to describe the potential of woven ikat not only as a work but also the culture of the people of Sumba as a teaching resource in schools. Ethnoscience is expected to become a bridge between science and culture approaches for students in the 21st century. This research is a type of ethnographic research with an interpretive design. Several methods, namely the in-depth interview method and the literature review method. In-depth interviews were used to explore the potential of Ikat weaving and literature analysis as secondary data in the study of student teaching materials. The study of Ikat weaving as a source of teaching materials includes aspects of coloring techniques, weaving techniques, and ethnomathematics of weaving motifs. The results of this study serve as reference material for learning in schools not only in local content subjects but can be integrated into the core content of Science/Science as well as Mathematics and other subject areas in formal schools.

Abstract

The independent curriculum begins to take effect in the 2022/2023 school year which requires a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students which is allocated around 25% of the total lesson hours per year. The partners for this community service activity are SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu City teachers, where they do not yet understand, design, document, report, and evaluate and follow up on projects. This service activity aims to assist the implementation of a project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students in implementing the independent learning curriculum at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Batu City. The method of implementing this service consists of 2 major activities, namely training and mentoring. The activities carried out as a solution for partners are: (1) Understanding of projects to strengthen Pancasila student profiles, (2) Designing implementation of projects to strengthen Pancasila student profiles, both in content and in terms of implementation time, (3) Implementing projects to strengthen Pancasila student profiles, and (4) Evaluate and follow up the project. All stages were carried out well, so it can be concluded that this service activity was able to increase teacher competence in implementing projects to strengthen Pancasila student profiles, which consisted of understanding, designing, documenting, reporting, and evaluating and following up on projects.

Abstract

The integration of technology into learning assessment activities makes it easy for educators to carry out online assessments which provide convenience for students and an effective assessment. The purpose of this research is to find out the response of students in the Biology Education Study Program towards online assessment platforms for Biology materials and learning. This typed of researched was quantitative descriptive used a surveyed method which had been carried out in the odd semester of 2021/2022 with the researched subjects being active students of Biology Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Muhammadiyah Malang, a total of 114 students.  The data collection technique used a surveyed method used Google Form and the data was analyzed descriptively. The results of the studied showed that of the 5 assessment platforms used in the researched, Quizizz and Google Form platforms was the preferred assessment platforms by students   The results of this study indicate that in the future we need a product that can meet the needs of the assessment and according to the needs of the respondents. This product corresponds to the advantages and disadvantages of each online assessment platform. Thus, creating a more effective and efficient online assessment platform.

Abstract

Petungsewu Wildlife Conservation (P-WEC) is an informal education center on nature and wildlife conservation who has many wild plants to learn, but learning related to plants in the area is still not optimal due to the lack of tools that make it easier for visitors to learn plant exploration, also learning by biology students and visitors still not optimal because learning is still centered on the drawing sheet presented plants, so that independent exploration has not been widely carried out, so this research aims to determine the feasibility of the PIC (Plant Identification Code) as a learning media based on qr-code for plant exploration in P-WEC Conservation area. This research was used Research and Development (R&D) with ADDIE model which includes the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation stage. The data were collected using a questionnaire to measure the feasibility of media by media and material expert, and also visitor who are visitors who are biology students. The result showed that PIC Media are feasible to use with score of 4.10 and 3.85 (feasible) according to media and material experts, and also score of 4.22 (very feasible) according to the visitors who is Biology students. It is because the media can increase the efficiency in the learning environment where information related to plants can be accessed independently by students using a scanner application on android during exploration and plant identification learning in the P-WEC conservation area.
