Abstract

Pelayanan prima kepada masyarakat merupakan hal yang senantiasa diperhatikan oleh pemerintah untuk senantiasa ditingkatkan. Terdapat fenomena dilapangan bahwa perubahan layanan dari manual ke otomasi melalui sistem IT tidak serta merta meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna layanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sistem informasi, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna layanan kepabeanan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berskala likert kepada pengguna layanan kepabeanan (divisi ekspor dan impor) pada masing-masing perusahaan penerima fasilitas kepabeanan khususnya pada penerima fasilitas Kawasan Berikat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 103 responden di wilayah Kabupaten Karawang, Subang dan Purwakarta. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 26 (Statistical Package for Social Service). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bukti bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas sistem informasi, kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna layanan kepabeanan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas layanan memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap kepuasan pengguna layanan dengan indikator adanya jaminan (assurance) kepastian mengenai keamanan dan gangguan dari pihak lain terkait dengan layanan yang diberikan

Abstract

Islamic philanthropy plays an important role in promoting sustainable economic development through various instruments such as zakat, infaq, sedekah, and waqf. This concept is based on the principle of social justice and equitable distribution of wealth, which aims to reduce economic disparities and improve people's welfare. In relation to sustainable development, Islamic philanthropy makes significant contributions in various key sectors, including education, health, economic empowerment, and environmental conservation. The use of digital technology increasingly increases efficiency in the management of philanthropic funds, creating transparency and wider access for beneficiaries. This article examines the role of Islamic philanthropy in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as well as the challenges and opportunities in optimizing its contribution. By adopting a more innovative and collaborative approach, Islamic philanthropy has the potential to become a major driver in creating a more just, inclusive, and sustainable economy.

Abstract

Mastery of design technology and digital marketing is a crucial skill in the era of Industry 4.0. These competencies are especially important for the younger generation to support product development and foster entrepreneurial mindsets. This community engagement program aimed to provide training on digital marketing strategies to senior high school and vocational school students in Sidoarjo Regency. Three schools actively participated in the program: SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Ngoro, SMK Trisakti Sidoarjo, and SMK Krian. The activities included the provision of training modules, program socialization, intensive training sessions, and continued mentoring. The training materials focused on content planning, utilization of social media, business account management, and digital promotion strategies tailored to student-created products. The results of the program indicated an increased understanding among participants of both the concepts and practices of digital marketing, as well as the emergence of student-led initiatives to build school-based brands and digital promotional accounts.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how crisis communication strategies were implemented by PT. Darma Kalimantan Jaya in addressing the conflict over industrial waste management, as well as to analyze the effectiveness of the conflict resolution process in rebuilding public trust. The research adopts a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving five key informants consisting of company representatives, community leaders, and affected residents. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, while data were analyzed using thematic and narrative approaches to identify communication patterns and the dynamics of the crisis. The results reveal that in the early stages of the crisis, the company’s communication was closed, defensive, and reactive, which worsened its relationship with the surrounding community. However, under public and media pressure, the company initiated significant changes by forming a crisis communication team, conducting open meetings with local residents, and implementing corrective actions such as improving waste treatment systems and enhancing information transparency. These measures gradually reduced the intensity of the conflict, helped restore the company’s image, and rebuilt community trust. This study concludes that the effectiveness of crisis communication depends not only on the speed and accuracy of the response but also on information transparency, empathy toward affected communities, and public participation in the conflict resolution process. Theoretically, this research contributes to strengthening a community-based crisis communication model within the rubber industry context and serves as a reference for other industrial companies in managing environmental crises ethically, transparently, and sustainably.   Keyword; Crisis Communication, Waste Management, Conflict Resolution, Information Transparency, PT.Darma Kalimantan Jaya.
