Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, work discipline and organizational culture on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area. The research method used is descriptive statistical method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and questionnaire. The number of research samples used was 74 respondents. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of T test and F test and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The research conducted resulted in training having a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t arithmetic> t table or 23,057> 1,994 and the significance value produced 0,000 <0,05. Work Discipline has a significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count> ttable or 2.649> 1.994 and the significance value produced 0.010 <0.05. Organizational culture does not affect the organizational commitment of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area because the value of t count <t table or -1.424> 1.994 and the significance value produced is 0.159> 0.05.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to look at the effect of Devidend Payout Ratio, Devidend Yield, Company Size, Trading Volume, Exchange Rate, Inflation, Interest Rate Against Stock Price Volatility. With a purposive sampling technique, this study took 7 companies as samples of 153 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. Data analysis was performed using Multiple Regression. The results of the study show that the Devidend Payout Ratio has an effect on Stock Price Volatility, while the Devidend Yield, Company Size, Trading Volume, Exchange Rate, Inflation and Interest Rate do not affect the Stock Price Volatility. While simultaneously all the independent variables tested showed a significant effect on Stock Price Volatility in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterampilan kerja,fasilitas kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja Persatuan Nelayan Kampung Bugis Kota Tanjungpinang.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nelayan yang tergabung dalam persatuan nelayan Kampung Bugis.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling.Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 41 orang.Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul diuji dan dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS 24. Uji validitas instrumen menggunakan rumus Correclation Bivariate, sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach Alpha.Alat ukur terbukti valid danreliabel untuk instrumen penelitian.Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk uji hipotesis penelitian ini.dimana Keterampilan Kerja (X1), Fasilitas Kerja (X2) dan Produktivitas Kerja (Y). Hasil pengujian secara parsial untuk variabel keterampilan kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja.Untuk variabel fasilitas kerja secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Variabel Keterampilan Kerja dan fasilitas secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hasil pengujian secara simultan variabel keterampilan kerja, fasilitas kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja.

Abstract

Desa Pulau Benan merupakan salah satu desa yang berada dalam Kecamatan Senayang Kabupaten Lingga ternyata memiliki potensi Wisata Bahari yang layak untuk dikembangkan menjadi wisata unggul di Provinsi Kepeulauan Riau setelah Lagoi. Kepri berhasil membukukan Rp 4,8 triliun dari industri pariwisata sepanjang tahun 2017 lalu. Nominal itu merupakan asumsi dari uang yang dibelanjakan wisatawan domestik dan mancanegara. Sepanjang Januari hingga November 2017 lalu, jumlah wisatawan mancanegara (wisman) yang berkunjung ke Kepri mencapai 1.815.978. Jumlah itu naik 6,29 persen dibanding periode yang sama 2016 lalu. Saat itu, wisman yang berlibur ke Kepri berjumlah 1.708.500. Namun data kunjungan wisatawan ke Objek Wisata Pulau Benan masih tergolong rendah, dalam catatan Dinas Pariwisata Pemuda dan Olahraga (Disparpora, Kab.Lingg; 2016) Kabupaten Lingga kunjungan wisatawan ke Pulau Benan tersebut tahun 2018 hanya dalam hitungan puluhan wisatawan dari mancanegara. (Disparpora, Kab.Lingga; 2016). Kendala transportasi dari Tanjungpinang, Batam atau dari Lingga untuk datang ke Pulau Benan masih terbatas bahkan spekulatif sekali. Jika terjadi cuaca buruk seperti angin kencang maka Ferry atau Speed Baod yang ditompangi tidak dapat merapat untuk singgah di Pelabuhan satu-satunya pelabuhan penumpang, kemudian Ongkos transportasi yang tidak proporsional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan objek wisata Desa Pantai Pulau Benan agar menarik minat wisatawan untuk datang ke objek wisata tersebut.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pengembangan strategi pariwisata Desa Pantai Pulau Benan dapat dirumuskan dengan menggunakan SWOT dan strategi analisis SO, ST, WO, WT. dengan menerapkan Pariwisata Berbasis Masyarakat sebagai pendekatan untuk pengembangan pariwisata.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of Diversity, Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction on the Development of Potential Apparatus of Bintan Buyu Village, Bintan Regency. The study population was the Village apparatus in Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province. The number of samples were 73 Village Apparatuses in Bintan Buyu Subdistrict, Bintan Regency consisting of 6 Villages, namely Tembeling Tanjung Village, Tembeling Village, Bintan Buyu Village, Penaga Village, Pengujan Village and Pangkil Village. For the efficiency and effectiveness of the research, the Village Apparatus in Pangkil Village is not included in the data because of access to Pangkil Village by sea. This type of research is quantitative research. The validity and reliability tests were performed on the questionnaire. Data were tested through the Classical Assumption Test, namely the Data Normality Test, the Data Multicollinearity Test and the Data Heteroscedasticity Test. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, including t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the Diversity (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X3) variables partially had a significant effect on Potential Development, while the Turnover Intention variable (X2) partially had no significant effect on the Potential Development variable (Y). F test results obtained calculated F value of 53,548 with F value of table 2.74 to identify that the variable Diversity, Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction simultaneously influence the Potential Development variable (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination test, about 70% of the Potential Development variable is influenced by the Diversity, Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction variables. And 30% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is influence of, quality of work life and workload to against employee job satisfaciton at Office X. This research is categorized as quantitative research with questionnaire instrument. Population in this research is all employees of Office X counted 41 people. Sampling technique by means of saturated sampling technique or census. The sample in this study is to take the population or as many as 41 samples. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained through Questionnaire. Instrument validity test using Correclation Bivariate formula, while reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Measurers proved to be valid and reliable for research instruments. Multiple regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis of this research.Based on the results of this study it is known that the results of multiple linear regression test is Y = 2,826 + 0,16 X1 + 1,082 X2 where, quality of work life (X1), workload (X2 and job satisfaction (Y). Then T test results of variable quality of work life does not significantly affect employee job satisfaction (1,488 < 1,68288). Workload has a significant effect that is (22,009 > 1,6828. Test F together there is a significant influence on employee job satisfaction ( 247,626 > 2,85. R square test results give a value of 0,925 which mean 92,5% employee satisfaction variable can be explained through two independent variables, while the rest of 7,5% influenced or explained by other factors not included in this study.
