Abstract

The background of this research background by the large number of students who take remedial learning implementation in sociology in high school subjects SMA N I Gumanti fistula, after execution of remedial learning there is also students who score below the KKM. Learning the remedial efforts of the teacher is to provide assistance to students who have difficulty learning, which is expected to improve constraints in the learning process therefore the purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of remedial teaching in accordance with the KTSP. This research is a qualitative descriptive approach. techniques used in data collection observation, interviews, document study, informant selection techniques are purposive sampling where the samples were intentionally set by the researchers, sample selection based on necessity and sufficiency of research data, the accuracy of the data was tested by using triangulation of data and theories used in this research is the theory of structural fungsianalisme known as AGIL. The results of this study indicate that teachers do not make lesson planning remedial programs and implementation of remedial learning The SMA N I Gumanti fistula has not been fully implemented accordance with the following steps KTSP: 1. The diagnosis of student difficulties, teachers do not perform diagnostic difficulties students but teachers only perform diagnostic tests ie analyzing student learning outcomes. 2. The teacher does not provide remedial learning measures such as; re learning provision, provide specific guidance, the provision of training tasks in particular, use of peer tutoring, 3) timing of remedial learning 4) Retest, 5) Values of remedial results. Remedial learning yet achieving the goal of improve the way of teaching, learning, adjustment of the material and curing learning barriers faced by students, The main goal is complete the teacher values students who scored below the KKM.

Abstract

Tunisia merupakan Negara dengan jumlah penduduk yang beragama islam mencapai sekitar 98%. Pada tanggal 1 Juni 1959 Tunisia telah mengesahkan Undang-undang Dasar yang secara tegas menyebutkan bahwa dalam pasal 1 Tunisia adalah Negara yang berdasarkan agama Islam. Akan tetapi Tunisia sendiri dalam prakteknya hukum lebih radikal ke hukum barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar dapat memahami karakteristik Peradilan Agama di Tunisia dan sistem Peradilan Agama di Tunisia. Adapun dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library research) yang merupakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara melakukan penelaahan dari berbagai sumber ilmiah, seperti: jurnal, buku dan lainya. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, karakteristik Peradilan Agama di Tunisia. Hukum yang berlaku di Tunisia lebih radikal ke Hukum barat, begitupun sistem pradilannya. Hal ini disebabkan oleh pemikiran-pemikiran barat yang telah mempengaruhi pola pikir ahli hukum Tunisia dan undang-undang yang pertama kali disusun pasca merdeka lebih cendrung ke hukum barat. Kedua, Sistem peradilan di Tunisia terbagi menjadi 3 bagian, yaitu; Pengadilan Tingkat Pertama, Pengadilan Tingkat Banding dan Pengadilan Tingkat Kasasi dengan berlandaskan kepada Majjalat al-Ahwal Al-Syakhsiyah atau disebut juga dengan MAS.

Abstract

Objectives: The research is to investigate how self-leadership mediates the impact of motivation on entrepreneurial performance.Methodology: The study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through Smart-PLS to evaluate the effects of self-leadership, and motivation on the entrepreneurial performance of 125 entrepreneurs at one of the traditional markets in west Jakarta. Data were collected using a saturated sample technique, with questionnaires distributed to all entrepreneurs to obtain information. The analysis was conducted to assess the relationships among the variables and their influence on entrepreneurial performance.Finding: The empirical research findings indicate that self-leadership significantly mediates the impact of motivation on entrepreneurial performance.Conclusion: This study provides a unique framework for entrepreneurship to develop evidence-based practices that foster more productive and supportive entrepreneurs. It suggests that self-leadership is crucial for translating entrepreneurial motivation into effective actions and outcomes. The study contributes to the existing body of knowledge on human resource management in entrepreneurship by offering a framework that links motivational and self-leadership to enhance entrepreneurial performance.
