Abstract

Bangunan masjid dirancang dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan akan ketenangan dan tingkat kebisingan rendah untuk mendukung ibadah umat Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kenyamanan akustik di Masjid Baitussalihin Ulee Kareng, Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif (Mixed Methods). Observasi dimulai dengan pengukuran tingkat kebisingan Latar belakang dan koefisien absorpsi diukur menggunakan sound level meter. Data wawancara dikumpulkan secara semi-terstruktur dengan pedoman wawancara yang ditujukan kepada pengunjung Masjid Baitussalihin Ulee Kareng. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan adalah teknik deskriptif. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan distribusi bunyi yang belum merata, kebisingan yang melebihi standard dengan distribusi bunyi rata-rata pada area lansekap masjid 65,15. Rekomendasi Desain untuk mengurangi waktu dengung melibatkan pelapisan dinding bagian belakang dengan plywood dan pemasangan panel busa akustik pada kubah bagian tengah. Untuk mengurangi kebisingan dari luar bangunan, direkomendasikan menambahkan penghalang kebisingan dari kaca dengan ketinggian yang melebihi bukaan bangunan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the procession and symbolic meaning of the Manik Beladau tradition as well as efforts to preserve it in the Malay community in Rawak Hulu Village, Sekadau Hulu District, Sekadau Regency. Qualitative research with descriptive methods is the type of research that researchers use. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The stages of data analysis include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification/drawing conclusions. Then the data validity technique uses source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of the research show that in the procession carrying out the manic Beladau tradition, it is divided into four processions, each of which contains a symbolic meaning, namely: 1. Sprinkling with flower water, which has a symbolic meaning to cleanse oneself of all the bad things that the newlywed couple has done in the past. . 2. Drinking fresh water has a symbolic meaning as a form of gratitude to Allah SWT. 3. Smoking the bride and groom has a symbolic meaning as a hope for protection. 4. Stepping on eggs and rice that have been coagulated has a symbolic meaning as a form of hope that all disease outbreaks that will threaten the bridal couple can be eliminated. Community leaders and the Rawak Hulu Village government synergize with each other to carry out their role as guides and motivators for the village community regarding the importance of cultural values in the Rawak Hulu area so that they continue to be preserved.

Abstract

In the digital era filled with abundant information, students must learn to think critically. The perennialism approach to education, which emphasizes deep learning and enduring principles, can be very helpful in cultivating critical thinking skills. This research finds ways in which perennialism can be incorporated into contemporary education curricula by analyzing literature and educational practices. The results show that this method not only enhances students’ understanding of philosophical and ethical concepts but also improves their ability to analyze and evaluate various information available in the digital world. Therefore, it is hoped that the application of perennialism in education can serve as a useful method to prepare students to face intellectual challenges in the era of computers and the internet. The findings indicate that perennial education encourages students to engage in in-depth discussions, critically analyze classical texts, and reflect on modern ethical issues. This method encourages students not only to acquire information but also to question, analyze, and evaluate arguments within the complex digital context of the current era. This research concludes that perennialism can be an effective method for building critical thinking skills and preparing students to actively participate in the information society.

Abstract

Aktivitas penambangan erat kaitannya dengan keselamatan pertambangan dan optimalisasi design penambangan. Salah hal yang penting dalam keselamatan pertambangan khususnya pada pekerja dan alat adalah penilaian faktor keselamatan lereng tambang. Kondisi geologi sangat berpengaruh dalam penilaian penentuan faktor keselamatan lereng tambang. Keberadaan struktur minor pada suatu area tidak dapat seutuhkan terdeteksi didalam lubang pemboran geotek, padahal adanya struktur minor dapat mengurangi kekuatan properties batuan. Perlu penambahan variabel struktur dengan melakukan pendekatan formula yang mudah dan effisien dalam pelaksanannya. Pendekatan persamaan Hoek Brown – mohr Coloumb dengan kriteria Geological Strenght Index (GSI) adalah upaya untuk menambah keakuratan koreksi properties batuan dan memberikan informasi yang lebih akurat faktor keselamatan lereng tambang (safety factor slope stability). Pada Penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa perlu dilakukan penambahan variable struktur dalam menilai faktor keselamatan. Perubahan nilai Geological Strenght Index (GSI) 60 menjadi 30 dapat mengurangi nilai faktor keselamatan lereng dari 1.494 turun signifikant menjadi 0.959.
