Abstract

Abstrak : Telah banyaknya metode penunjang keputusan yang ada membuat penentuan dalam pemilihan sebuah metode untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan menjadi cukup membingungkan, dikhawatirkan metode yang telah dipilih tidak cukup tepat untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah atau menghasilkan nilai yang kurang baik. Sehingga banyak keputusan yang diambil dengan cara manual, salah satunya adalah pemilihan calon supervisor yang menerapkan sistem kalkulasi dan gugur. Untuk itu penulis melakukan pembuktian dengan melakukan perhitungan nilai reliabilitas dengan pendekatan metode Pearson Correlation dari kasus pemilihan supervisor menggunakan metode TOPSIS yang sudah dilakukan di penelitian sebelumnya. Dan hasil yang didapat dari pembuktian ini adalah metode TOPSIS dinilai sangat layak untuk dapat digunakan membantu pengambilan keputusan pemilihan supervisor karena memiliki nilai pengujian reliabilitas senilai 0,9932 dari maksimal nilai reliabilitas adalah 1. For that writer do of by doing calculation of the value of reliability with the approach method Pearson Correlation from the case of the election supervisor uses the method topsis who has been done in previous studies. And the outcomes which be gleaned from this kind of proof is a method of topsis considered to be very worthy to can be used help over the withdrawal of funds the decree of election supervisor because having the value of the testing proposed senior unsecured bonds programme reliabilisa 0,9932 from a maximum of reliability value is 1. Abstract

Abstrak: Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi di era ini, game juga mengalami perkembangan yang pesat. Tetapi pada umumnya game di Indonesia dinilai negatif oleh kebanyakan masyarakat. Permasalahanya adalah banyak game yang beredar game-game yang merusak dan tidak ada konten edukasinya, banyak anak-anak yang ketagihan, kecanduan game tersebut sehingga berjam-jam didepan komputer. Padahal jika diarahkan dengan benar dan baik, game bisa dijadikan sarana belajar yang menyenangkan, asik, dan diyakini lebih efektif dari belajar yang hanya membaca saja. Maka dari itu berdasarkan hal tersebut maka dibuatlah game edukasi pengenalan nama buah dalam bahasa Inggris menggunakan RPG Maker MV, adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pembuatan game edukasi ini yaitu dengan cara Observasi dan studi pustaka. Metode pengembangan menggunakan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC), Aplikasi ini berbasis Windows (PC/Laptop). Kata Kunci : Buah, Game Edukasi, RPG Maker MV Abstract: Along with the development of technology in this era, the game also experienced rapid development. But in general the game in Indonesia is considered negative by most people. The problem is that many games are circulating, destructive games and no educational content, many children are addicted, addicted to the game so many hours in front of the computer. Yet if directed correctly and well, games can be used as a fun, cool learning tool, and are believed to be more effective than learning that only reads it. Therefore based on this, make educational game intoduce the name of fruits in English was made using RPG Maker MV, as for the research methods used in making this educational game that is by observation and literature study. Abstract

Teacher assessment activities are common activities carried out. Evaluation of exemplary teachers is one of the activities held every year in schools, especially at PGRI Babelan Junior High School. The selection of exemplary teachers carried out by SMP PGRI Babelan must be as minimum as possible free from things that can damage the results such as conducting a subjective assessment, therefore the author conducted research using one of the multi attribute decision making methods, namely the Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method. . The criteria used in the selection of exemplary teachers at SMP PGRI Babelan include Ethics, Methods and Didactics, Responsibility, Credibility, Absence with the stages of the Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method itself consisting of matrix normalization stages, searching for the value of Qi (1) namely the value of the Weighted Sum Model (WSM), the search for the value of Qi (2), namely the value of the Weighted Product Model (WPM) and the stages of the Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method itself so that it is found that the 6th alternative is the teacher most recommended by the method. Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) with a value of 0.9860 followed by the 1st alternative with a value of 0.8907 and re-tested the level of reliability using Pearson Correlation

Abstract

The administrative process for the Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) is important in the smooth implementation of training programs. Recording of training data that is properly archived is also a matter that needs to be considered for the smooth running of training and decision making. A LKP needs complete training program data to attract the attention of prospective trainees. Currently, the training registration process and training data recording at LKP Dotnet Computindo are still using manual recording. The information disseminated is also limited to people who are looking for and need a training place or course. Another problem is that prospective trainees find it difficult to register for training programs and find information about the type of training that will be running. On the other hand, training institution managers also experience difficulties in managing training data that support the running of the training program. Therefore we need a web-based application that can make it easier to register for training and can manage other supporting training data. In this application, software development uses the Waterfall model which is carried out in stages, and the PHP programming language. With this web-based application, it is hoped that training participants and instructors will no longer experience difficulties in finding training information that will be held at LKP Dotnet Computindo. Training managers also no longer experience difficulties in managing existing training data, so they no longer need to store data manually. Keywords : Training program, Waterfall method, training participants and teachers

Abstract

Abstract—SMK Binakarya Mandiri during this requires a long time to determine the feasibility of the scholarship recipients, to simplify the process required a decision support system that test criteria as a prerequisite for admission scholarship. These criteria were tested using the method of Fuzzy MADM (Multiple Attribute Decission Making) with Simple Addictive weighting method (SAW). Fuzzy MADM used to find an alternative of a number of alternatives with certain criteria. Research done by finding the weight values for each attribute, and then carried out to determine the ranking process alternatives given. The process of determining scholarship with Fuzzy MADM can accelerate the ranking process, reduce the error determination scholarship recipients, and help the team selectors in determining the recipients. Intisari—SMK Binakarya Mandiri selama ini membutuhkan proses yang lama dalam menentukan kelayakan penerima beasiswa, untuk mempermudah proses tersebut diperlukan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang menguji kriteria-kriteria sebagai salah satu syarat dalam penerimaan beasiswa. Kriteria ini diuji dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy MADM (Multiple Attribute Decission Making) dengan metode Simple Addictive Weighting (SAW). Fuzzy MADM digunakan untuk mencari alternatif dari sejumlah alternatif dengan kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan untuk menentukan alternatif yang diberikan. Proses penentuan beasiswa dengan Fuzzy MADM ini dapat mempercepat proses perangkingan, mengurangi kesalahan penentuan penerima beasiswa, dan membantu tim penyeleksi dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa. Kata kunci             : DSS, FMADM, SAW, Penerima Beasiswa

Abstract-The use of a method of supporting the decision is currently much used to resolve various types of cases to help take a proper decision. This method can also be used in the case of election supervisors in PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo. There are many methods of supporting the decision , good for data qualitative and quantitative. Supporting a method of decision that could used to resolve the case of election supervisor in a PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo one of them is Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (F-MADM) by the method Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) because this method is one method of managing quantitative data and suitable for decision-making involving many attributes the adoption of decisions and to make decision in objective and accurately.Intisari–Penggunaan sebuah metode penunjang keputusan saat ini sudah banyak digunakan untuk menyelesaikan berbagai macam kasus untuk membantu mengambil sebuah keputusan yang tepat. Metode ini tentunya juga dapat digunakan dalam kasus pemilihan supervisor yang dilakukan di PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo. Ada banyak metode penunjang keputusan, baik untuk data kualitatif maupun kuantitatif. Metode penunjang keputusan yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan kasus pemilihan supervisor di PT. Abstract

The selection of supervisors is important because it will show good employee performance. With supervisors, selection employees can look to give their best work because they know that their performance is on the way. Seeing the importance of a supervisor, it would be even better if stakeholders used a method of assessment in decisions so that previous assessments could produce even better decisions. Sometimes making a decision on an appropriate decision is based on subjective, which is caused by the attachment between stakeholders with one of the choices that ends in a reduced sense of appreciation or the chosen outcome. By using the help of a decision support method, the results or outcomes of the resulting decisions will be of more objective value. The author will conduct research with the help of the Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) method and the method that will be used in this research is the weighted product (WP) method. The criteria that the author uses in this study include intellectual ability, personality, work attitude, thinking ability, self-management, task management and human resource management in accordance with the supervisor selection criteria at PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo. The final result of this research is the election of A9 with the name Suhelmi with a value of 0.1160 as the surest candidate as a supervisor followed by alternative A3 Cipto Agung with a value of 0.1142 in the 2nd position and alternative A2 Asa Sofia with a score of 0.1090 in the position the 3rd

Abstract

Abstract - Employee recruitment is a strategic stage to identify the right prospective employee. A business organization definitely needs a workforce that has the qualities and abilities that are in accordance with the qualifications and needs of the business organization. The new employee recruitment system in CV Juata Teknik is still conventional, where prospective employees who will apply for jobs must come directly to the company or prospective employees send application files by post, and email. The process of finding prospective employees by distributing vacancy information through mass media is also considered to be less effective and also requires a significant budget. To overcome the problems that occur, it is necessary to have a system change in hiring employees. The research method used is data collection and the waterfall method. The results achieved are web-based e-recruitment applications to facilitate company management and job seekers.Keywords: e-recruitment, waterfall, information system Abstrak – Perekrutan karyawan merupakan suatu tahap strategis untuk mengidentifikasi calon karyawan yang tepat. Sebuah organisasi bisnis sudah pasti membutuhkan tenaga kerja yang memiliki kualitas dan kemampuan yang sesuai dengan kualifikasi dan kebutuhan organisasi bisnis tersebut. Sistem perekrutan karyawan baru pada CV Juata Teknik selama ini masih bersifat konvensional, dimana calon karyawan yang akan melamar pekerjaan harus datang langsung ke perusahaan atau calon karyawan mengirimkan berkas lamaran melalui pos, dan email. Proses pencarian calon karyawan dengan mendistribusikan informasi lowongan melalui media masa juga dinilai kurang efektif dan juga membutuhkan anggaran biaya yang tidak sedikit. Guna mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi maka perlu adanya perubahan sistem dalam penerimaan karyawan. Metode penelitan yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data dan metode waterfall. Hasil yang dicapai yaitu aplikasi e-recruitment berbasis web guna memudahkan manajemen perusahaan dan para pencari lowongan kerja.Kata kunci:  e-recruitment, waterfall, sistem informasi

Abstract - Computers are tools that were created to facilitate human work. In this current era, information technology has achieved very good progress in making its hardware and software. PT. Metal Castindo Industritama is an iron and steel foundry company. The system at PT. Metal Castindo Industritama uses a system that is still manual, starting from recording the data of users, goods, customers, suppliers, incoming goods, outgoing goods, order goods and the process of making reports related to scrap raw material inventory. Allows mistakes in managing inventory of scrap raw materials, which can cause inaccuracies in existing inventory data. The research method used to compile this research uses the software development method (waterfall) and the data collection techniques include: Observation, interview and literature study. By making this program design is the best solution to overcome the problems that exist today, and with the computerized supply of raw materials in this company so that all activities undertaken are better than the previous system.Keywords: inventory, information systems, waterfall Abstrak – Komputer merupakan alat yang diciptakan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. Pada era sekarang ini teknologi informasi sudah mencapai kemajuan yang sangat baik dari pembuatan hardware maupun software nya. PT. Metal Castindo Industritama merupakan perusahaan pengecoran besi dan baja. Sistem pada PT. Metal Castindo Industritama menggunakan sistem yang masih manual, mulai dari pencatatan data  user, barang, customer, supplier, barang masuk, barang keluar, order barang dan proses pembuatan laporan yang berhubungan dengan persediaan bahan baku scrap. Memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan dalam mengelola persediaan bahan baku scrap, sehingga dapat menyebabkan ketidak akuratan data persediaan yang ada. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menyusun penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak (waterfall) dan teknik pengumpulan datanya meliputi: Observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Dengan pembuatan perancangan program ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada saat ini, serta dengan terkomputerisasinya persediaan bahan baku di perusahaan ini sehingga semua kegiatan yang dijalani menjadi lebih baik lagi dari sistem terdahulu.Kata kunci:  persediaan, sistem informasi, waterfall

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (F-MADM) merupakan salah satu sistem penunjang keputusan yang cukup sederhana dan dapat menjadi salah satu metode alternatif dalam mengambil keputusan jika alternative atau variabel yang digunakan cukup banyak dan bernilai data kuantitatif. Metode Simple Additive Weighting banyak digunakan dikarenakan metode tersebut konsepnya sederhana, mudah dipahami, komputasinya efisien dan memiliki kemampuan untuk mengukur kinerja dari alternatif-alternatif keputusan dalam bentuk matematis yang sederhana. Permasalahannya adalah apakah metode Simple Additive Weighting memiliki nilai reliabilitas yang cukup tinggi untuk digunakan dalam membantu stakeholder dalam mengambil keputusan.. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengujian nilai reliabilitas terhadap hasil dari metode Simple Additive Weighting. Semakin mendekati nilai 1 untuk hasil uji reliabilitasnya tentunya metode tersebut akan semakin direkomendasikan untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan. A method of Simple Additive Weighting widely used because of a method of the simple concept , easily understood , computerized his efficient and have the ability to measure the performance of alternatives decision in the form of simple mathematical. The problem is whether a method of simple additive weighting having value reliability high enough to used in help stakeholders in decision-making Hence needs to be done testing value of the results of reliability of the simple additive weighting.
