Abstract

The social assistance food program in Indonesia has undergone various changes, starting from the launch of the Beras Miskin (Raskin) program in 1998 to its transformation into the Beras Sejahtera (Rastra) program in 2018. This program aims to improve the welfare of low-income communities. The effectiveness of this program is evaluated based on its achievement of goals and its impact on the living standards of the community. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the rice food assistance in improving the welfare of the community, distributed through the Bekasi Post Office. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and simple linear regression. Data were obtained from a questionnaire survey of 100 respondents in 10 sub-districts in Bekasi. Validity and reliability tests of the questionnaire were conducted before the regression analysis to assess the relationship between the effectiveness of rice food assistance and community welfare. Simple linear regression analysis shows a significant effect between the effectiveness of the rice food assistance program and the improvement of community welfare. The ANOVA test resulted in an F-value of 5.804 with a significance level of 0.018 (<0.05), indicating that the regression model is valid for prediction. The correlation (R) of 0.236 and the coefficient of determination (R-square) of 0.56 indicate that 56% of the variation in community welfare is explained by the effectiveness of food assistance.

Abstract

In today’s dynamic industrial environment, optimizing employee performance has become a strategic imperative for organizational sustainability. Among the factors that significantly influence workforce outcomes, the physical work environment and leadership style stand out as pivotal drivers. This study explores how these two variables affect employee performance within PT. MPIW, a prominent manufacturing firm in Jakarta. Employing a quantitative approach, data were obtained through structured questionnaires from 50 purposively selected respondents working in logistics, production, and purchasing divisions. Using IBM SPSS Statistics 21, the analysis revealed compelling insights. The work environment demonstrated a strong and positive influence on employee performance (t = 11.883, p < 0.001), affirming that factors such as spatial adequacy, safety, and interpersonal dynamics play a crucial role in enhancing productivity. Surprisingly, leadership style exerted a negative and statistically significant effect (t = -3.880, p < 0.001), suggesting that the prevailing authoritarian tendencies may undermine employee morale and engagement. The joint influence of both variables was also found to be significant (F = 86.518, p < 0.001), underscoring their combined relevance in shaping performance outcomes. This study contributes a critical perspective on organizational behavior in the manufacturing sector by integrating environmental and managerial dimensions into a unified analytical model. The findings underscore the need for adaptive, participatory leadership approaches and strategic enhancement of workplace conditions to drive sustainable performance improvements.

Abstract

Tvone menjadi saluran televisi pertama di Indonesia yang dibuka di Istana Kepresidenan Republik Indonesia dengan tagline “Benar-Benar Berbeda”. Saluran ini menyajikan beragam informasi yang relevan dan ide-ide inovatif. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, Tvone tidak hanya dapat diakses melalui televisi, tetapi juga melalui platform media sosial, khususnya Instagram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh akun Instagram @tvonenews terhadap kebutuhan informasi warga Perumahan Pondok Hijau Permai Kota Bekasi. Menggunakan teori media sosial yang mencakup konteks, komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan koneksi, serta metode kebutuhan informasi, penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 390 responden dari warga perumahan. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa akun Instagram @tvonenews memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kebutuhan informasi, dengan nilai signifikansi (Sig) sebesar 0,000, di mana nilai ini lebih kecil dari probabilitas 0,05. T-hitung yang diperoleh adalah 22,181, lebih besar dari t-tabel 1,971, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,748 dan koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,558 mengindikasikan bahwa pengaruh akun Instagram terhadap kebutuhan informasi warga sebesar 55,8%. Kesimpulan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi interaksi dengan konten dari @tvonenews, semakin tinggi pula kebutuhan informasi warga.

Abstract

Abstrak: Banyak perusahaan asuransi saat ini meluncurkan aplikasi mereka sendiri. Salah satunya adalah BPJS Kesehatan, Aplikasi ini digunakan sebagai alat registrasi peserta untuk mencatat dan mengubah data peserta JKN. Untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengguna terhadap penggunaan aplikasi Mobile JKN tersebut bersumber pada informasi yang diperoleh melalui hasil penyebaran layanan kuesioner yang merupakan instrumen untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang suatu kejadian atau peristiwa yang sedang diteliti. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi Mobile JKN dengan metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) yang terdiri dari 5 variabel seperti Content (isi), Accuracy (keakuratan), Format(bentuk), Easy of Use (kemudahan penggunaan), Timeliness (ketepatan waktu). Tujuannya adalah untuk memberikan penilaian yang perlu dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kekurangan dan memperbaiki sistem agar pengguna merasa lebih puas saat menggunakan aplikasi Mobile JKN. diketahui nilai koefisien detreminasi (R2) sebesar 0,728 dengan kepuasan pengguna sebesar 72,8% Artinya aplikasi Mobile JKN dapat diterima dan pengguna merasa puas terhadap implementasi Mobile JKN Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang sudah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan uji t Pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan hasil bahwa semua variabel bebas (Content, Accuracy, Format, Easy of use and Timelines) secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap satisfaction. Hubungan variabel-variabel bebas ini juga sangat erat dengan variabel terikat (Satisfaction) yakni sebesar 24,619. Kata kunci: Aplikasi, EUCS, JKN, Kepuasan, Pengguna

Abstract

Akses internet dibutuhkan hampir di semua aspek kehidupan, mulai dari pendidikan, pekerjaan, hiburan, hingga layanan publik. Jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia pada tahun 2024 tercatat sebanyak 221.563.479 jiwa, angka ini berasal dari total populasi Indonesia tahun 2023 yang mencapai 278.696.200 jiwa, ini menandakan tingkat penggunaan internet di Indonesia menunjukkan angka sebesar 79,5% dari jumlah penduduk secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan referensi Internet Service Provider terbaik berdasarkan analisis berbobot yang objektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Addtive Weighting, Metode SAW merupakan salah satu teknik yang umum diaplikasikan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan karena mampu mengevaluasi dan memvalidasi kinerja alternatif dari beberapa penyedia jasa internet, seperti, Indihome, First Media, Biznet, MyRepublic, berdasarkan seluruh kriteria yang ada. Keunggulan utama metode SAW terletak pada kecepatan dalam proses perhitungan. Namun, sebelum digunakan, matriks keputusan (X) harus dinormalisasi dan penentuan bobot kriteria untuk menghasilkan nilai tertinggi yang menjadi opsi terbaik. Hasil yang diperoleh dengan melakukan kriteria dan pembobotan dengan normalisasi masing-masing alternatif ditemukan bahwa First Media memiliki nilai tertinggi 0.77, Biznet dan MyRepublic memiliki nilai yang sama 0.68 menunjukan performa yang setara dalam evaluasi ini. Sementara itu, Indihome memiliki nilai yang lebih rendah yaitu 0.66

Abstract

The rapid advancement of mobile technology tools day by day benefits thousands of smartphone retailers by offering various innovations. This study aims to predict smartphone prices based on their technical features using the linear regression method. The dataset used includes various technical attributes from different smartphone models. The research process involves a data preprocessing stage to clean missing or invalid values and feature transformation to prepare the data for the linear regression process. Subsequently, a linear regression model is developed and tested using cross-validation techniques to evaluate its performance. The metric used to measure the model's prediction accuracy or error is RMSE. The experimental results show an RMSE value of 170.692. The target variable, which is the smartphone price, ranges from the lowest price of 614 to the highest price of 4,361. The RMSE value obtained in this study can be considered fairly good, as it is less than 10% of the actual value or average price. Variables such as RAM, storage size, camera, and processor type significantly influence smartphone prices. However, other factors such as brand and design may also have an impact, albeit to a lesser extent. This study confirms that linear regression can be effectively used to predict smartphone prices based on technical specifications. The findings of this research can assist companies in developing pricing strategies based on smartphone specifications. Additionally, it can help determine which products are suitable for market introduction.

Abstract

Attendance recording at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam has traditionally relied on manual paper-based procedures, which are prone to recording errors, data loss, inefficient data management, and delays in preparing attendance reports. These limitations can increase the administrative workload of teachers and school staff and reduce the efficiency of academic administration. This study aimed to design and implement a web-based attendance information system to improve the effectiveness, accuracy, and efficiency of attendance management at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam. The research employed the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, which emphasizes rapid development, prototyping, user involvement, and iterative refinement. The system was developed using PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database management system, and AJAX, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support system functionality and interface development. The implementation results indicate that the developed system is capable of managing teacher and student attendance data systematically, recording attendance information efficiently, and generating attendance reports automatically. The system also facilitates centralized data management and enables attendance information to be accessed and processed more quickly than the previous manual procedure. Overall, the developed application improves the accuracy, efficiency, and organization of attendance administration and supports the digital transformation of administrative services at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam.
