Abstract

The social assistance food program in Indonesia has undergone various changes, starting from the launch of the Beras Miskin (Raskin) program in 1998 to its transformation into the Beras Sejahtera (Rastra) program in 2018. This program aims to improve the welfare of low-income communities. The effectiveness of this program is evaluated based on its achievement of goals and its impact on the living standards of the community. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the rice food assistance in improving the welfare of the community, distributed through the Bekasi Post Office. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach and simple linear regression. Data were obtained from a questionnaire survey of 100 respondents in 10 sub-districts in Bekasi. Validity and reliability tests of the questionnaire were conducted before the regression analysis to assess the relationship between the effectiveness of rice food assistance and community welfare. Simple linear regression analysis shows a significant effect between the effectiveness of the rice food assistance program and the improvement of community welfare. The ANOVA test resulted in an F-value of 5.804 with a significance level of 0.018 (<0.05), indicating that the regression model is valid for prediction. The correlation (R) of 0.236 and the coefficient of determination (R-square) of 0.56 indicate that 56% of the variation in community welfare is explained by the effectiveness of food assistance.

Abstract

In today’s dynamic industrial environment, optimizing employee performance has become a strategic imperative for organizational sustainability. Among the factors that significantly influence workforce outcomes, the physical work environment and leadership style stand out as pivotal drivers. This study explores how these two variables affect employee performance within PT. MPIW, a prominent manufacturing firm in Jakarta. Employing a quantitative approach, data were obtained through structured questionnaires from 50 purposively selected respondents working in logistics, production, and purchasing divisions. Using IBM SPSS Statistics 21, the analysis revealed compelling insights. The work environment demonstrated a strong and positive influence on employee performance (t = 11.883, p < 0.001), affirming that factors such as spatial adequacy, safety, and interpersonal dynamics play a crucial role in enhancing productivity. Surprisingly, leadership style exerted a negative and statistically significant effect (t = -3.880, p < 0.001), suggesting that the prevailing authoritarian tendencies may undermine employee morale and engagement. The joint influence of both variables was also found to be significant (F = 86.518, p < 0.001), underscoring their combined relevance in shaping performance outcomes. This study contributes a critical perspective on organizational behavior in the manufacturing sector by integrating environmental and managerial dimensions into a unified analytical model. The findings underscore the need for adaptive, participatory leadership approaches and strategic enhancement of workplace conditions to drive sustainable performance improvements.

Abstract

Tvone menjadi saluran televisi pertama di Indonesia yang dibuka di Istana Kepresidenan Republik Indonesia dengan tagline “Benar-Benar Berbeda”. Saluran ini menyajikan beragam informasi yang relevan dan ide-ide inovatif. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi, Tvone tidak hanya dapat diakses melalui televisi, tetapi juga melalui platform media sosial, khususnya Instagram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh akun Instagram @tvonenews terhadap kebutuhan informasi warga Perumahan Pondok Hijau Permai Kota Bekasi. Menggunakan teori media sosial yang mencakup konteks, komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan koneksi, serta metode kebutuhan informasi, penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 390 responden dari warga perumahan. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa akun Instagram @tvonenews memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kebutuhan informasi, dengan nilai signifikansi (Sig) sebesar 0,000, di mana nilai ini lebih kecil dari probabilitas 0,05. T-hitung yang diperoleh adalah 22,181, lebih besar dari t-tabel 1,971, sehingga H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,748 dan koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,558 mengindikasikan bahwa pengaruh akun Instagram terhadap kebutuhan informasi warga sebesar 55,8%. Kesimpulan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi interaksi dengan konten dari @tvonenews, semakin tinggi pula kebutuhan informasi warga.
