PT. Sinar Bali Bina Karya is a private company engaged in construction and manufacturing. The newly developed division is the Paving Division, which produces Paving Blocks but there are as many as 720 pieces of defects such as cracks, breaks and breaks. Crack defects are among the highest at 337 or as much as 4.21% during the production process. The problem that can occur if this is allowed to continue is the decrease in the level of production productivity which causes losses to the company as much as 9% of the total production of 8000. This problem requires action to be repaired on crack damage using a fishbone diagram. Fishbone diagram can analyze what are the factors that cause damage to the product. There are 5 factors that cause cracks, and the root of the problem lies in the material factor, namely the sand used by mountain sand so that the quality of the sand is very low, then the mixed material will cause the sand to be dissimilar, lack of water can cause the Paving Block dough to become very hard so that it cracks easily. Based on the results of the crack analysis, it can be minimized by selecting good quality materials (sand) to be used for the Paving Block production process.

T. PLN (Persero) UPK Tambora ULPLTD Labuhan is an electricity company that uses diesel engines as prime movers, where prime movers are equipment that functions to produce mechanical energy to rotate generators. PLTD Labuhan was built in 1977 on a 1.2 hectare land on Jalan Labuhan, Garuda, Sumbawa. When founded, it had a central building, subsidiary offices and the official residence of the PLTD head. At that time, there were only two SPD (diesel generators) for this machine, namely SWD DRO 218 K (536 KW) and SWD DRO 216 (336 KW). In this study using the Fisbhone Diagram method. Determination of problems with damage to the hydrant pump using the 4 M + 1 E technique, namely Method, Material, Man, Machine and Environment. The Daigram Fisbhone approach technique produces improvement solutions from the five factors in the Fisbhone Diagram. The Fisbhone Diagram method with the 4 M + 1 E technique allows it to be applied to PT. PLN (Persero) UPK Tambora to minimize damage to the hydrant pump. But still making adjustments related to response time, when it is possible for a fire to occur in companies and buildings, a system is needed that is implemented in a state of alert, so that these companies and buildings can be said to have different functions.

As time goes by, more and more new factories appear producing different products. The manufacturing industry is related to tools that support the creation of a corn and grain processing process. PT. Seger Agro Nusantara is a company processing agricultural products such as rice and corn. One of the tools used at PT. Seger Agro Nusantara (SAN) is a forklift to help reduce worker energy in lifting and moving goods. The problem that often occurs with forklifts is the hydraulics. Hydraulics are the main part of a forklift which functions to move, lift and move goods from one place to another. The advantages and disadvantages of hydraulics are that they can transfer large amounts of power using only relatively small components, operate smoothly, do not cause noise or unimportant vibrations in the machine, can be rotated in the reverse direction (reversible), make it easy to move heavy materials in one lift. , or moving goods up to tons in weight. And the service life is quite long, so you can save on the cost of buying new equipment. Meanwhile, the disadvantage is that it requires intensive and regular maintenance. One method that can be used to find the root cause of a problem is a fishbone diagram. Because the fishbone diagram already knows the problem but doesn't know the cause.

Downstreaming of cattle farming products in the form of milk candy products continues to develop in Penyaring Village, Sumbawa district. This product is a characteristic of Sumbawa which is driving the economy of Penyaring Village. The demand for this product continues to increase all the time, making this product a typical souvenir that is very popular with local and foreign tourists. However, on average the milk candy business group does not have good business management, such as not having an organizational structure, a production system that is still manual, product marketing that is still manual and product quality is not good, making it very difficult to develop. For this reason, it is necessary to empower business groups by carrying out training and business management assistance consisting of organizational management, production management, quality management, and product marketing management to increase the income of the milk candy business group. The Service Team surveyed milk candy business groups, assessing business management training as very useful and helpful in increasing income.

Sumbawa Regency is the largest coffee-producing area in West Nusa Tenggara, which has an area of 4,561.32 hectares with a total production of 2,514 tons per year. Matano Coffee is one of the UMKM that wants to improve the quality of its products so that it can continue to compete in the local and national markets. This research aims to improve the quality of UMKM Matano Coffee products, especially Sumbawa arabica coffee, as well as to get the best effort to reduce defects in Sumbawa arabica coffee. This research uses the Six Sigma Define, Measure, Analyze, Improvement, Control (DMAIC) method. The results of this study show that there are 4 factors that cause defects in Arabica coffee products: production tools, raw materials, people, and management. The most influencing factor is the raw material factor, where the defective coffee beans will affect the quality of Arabica coffee products, from the physical appearance to the dominant bitter taste. Efforts to improve the quality of Matano Coffee to minimize the occurrence of defects in Arabica coffee include carrying out short-term solutions, namely monitoring during the roasting or sangria process, as well as monitoring the temperature of the fire and the temperature of the drum machine by the owner of Matano Coffee.

Peningkatan hasil pertanian di Kabupaten Sumbawa mendorong pertumbuhan usaha penggilingan padi yang signifikan. Hal tersebut menimbulkan persaingan yang cukup ketat dalam perdagangan hasil pertanian di Sumbawa. usaha-usaha penggilingan padi memerlukan strategi bisnis yang efektif agar dapat terus meningkatkan penjualan. Salah satu strategi bisnis yang penting adalah pemilihan supplier bahan baku terbaik untuk menghasilkan produk berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu manajemen usaha penggilingan padi UD. Barokah dalam pemilihan supplier terbaik menggunakan metode Promethee. Metode Promethee merupakan salah satu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penentuan dan pengurutan dalam suatu analisis multi kriteria. Kriteria yang digunakan yaitu kualitas padi, pelayanan, pengiriman, harga, dan ketetapan jumlah. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan tiga rangking tertinggi berdasarkan nilai Netflow yaitu UD. Ilham Abadi 0,2400, UD. Nusa Indah 0,2000 dan Pak Sidiq 0,1200

Mitra Pengabdian Masyarakat Pemula (PMP) ini adalah Usaha Pandai Besi Hikmah di ketuai oleh Bapak Ismail yang beralamat di Kelurahan Penanae Kecamatan Raba Kota Bima. Usahanya menghasilkan berbagai Jenis produk dari bahan baku besi antara lain parang, pisau, tembilang, sabit. Berdasarkan hasil kunjungan lapangan, wawancara dan pengamatan terhadap Mitra dapat di identifikasi beberapa permasalahan perioritas yang di hadapi Mitra di antaranya : Untuk Proses Produksi Pengrajin Pande besi masih menggunakan sistim manual, sehingga kapasitas produksinya relative sangat rendah, Untuk Manajemen Usaha, Belum adanya pemahaman dari mitra mengenai laporan keuangan dan sistim akuntansi yang baik dan benar, Pemasaran Produk masih menggunakan pemasaran secara konvensional Sedangkan Target luaran PMP ini adalah Bidang Produksi, dengan memberikan peralatan dalam menunjang proses produksi pengolahan berupa alat pembantun proses produksi yang aman dan safety sehingga di harapkan output yang di hasilkan dapat membantu untuk peningkatan kapasitas produksi dan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan, Bidang Keuangan, dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam Pengelolaan membuat laporan keuangan dan Sistim Akuntansi UMKM, Bidang pemasaran, dengan Memberikan pelatihan terkaid Pemasaran media online dengan menggunakan Digital Marketing. Melalui Program Hibah Pengabdian Masyarakat Pemula (PMP) yang telah berjalan, Tim PMP membantu Pandai besi hikmah dalam berbagai kegiatan antara lain Melaksanakan Pelatihan Penggunaan Alat Pembantu Proses Produksi dengan tujuan menambah kapasitas produksi, melakukan Pelatihan Pembukuan dengan menggunakan Aplikasi Akuntansi berbasis Ofline, yang terakhir melakukan pelatihan Digital Marketing dengan memasarkan produk secara online dengan menggunakan platform Digital. Hasil PMP ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing usaha mitra minimal sebesar 85%, penerapan IPTEK sebesar 85 % dan terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan dan skill sebesar 85%. Dari kegiatan yang terlaksana, PMP menghasilkan luaran program sebagai berikut: Penambahan peralatan produksi, Penambahan ragam Inovasi Produk, Adanya Platform IG, Face Book, untuk melakukan penjualan produk sehingga meningkatkan Pendapatan Mitra

The best service includes providing fast service so that customers can arrive quickly. The service here can be in the form of improving the queuing system. Queues can occur if the need for a service exceeds the available demand. One service sector with a queuing system is the Community Health Center. The Community Health Center is a functional implementing unit that is a health development center for fostering community participation in the health sector. So, research was carried out to evaluate the queuing system at the Unter Iwes Health Center registration counter in Sumbawa District to optimize queuing services. The study results show that the queuing system currently used at the registration counter at the Unter Iwes Health Center, Sumbawa sub-district, namely Single Channel-Single Phase, is still optimal, as indicated by a steady state value of less than one. On Monday, it was found that the average queue in the system (????s) was one person, the average queue in the queue (????q) was one person, while the probability that the number of patients in the queue would not occur (????o) was 0%. The average waiting time in the system (????s) is 0.24 minutes, while the average waiting time in the queue (????q) is 0.15 minutes, the server busy level (K) is 64%, and the server unemployment level (W) is 36%.

The area of the Batu Bulan dam is less than 183 hectares with capacity of 15 liters per second, the largest dam on Sumbawa island, located in Batu Bulan village, Moyo Hulu sub-district, Sumbawa regency, West Nusa Tenggara. Batu Bulan Dam is planned to be able to meet the irrigation needs, raw water, and has a potential for hydroelectric power plants. Considering the latter plans and the limited water supply from the dam, it is necessary to have a study for the optimization of the Dam's water allocation. By this study, the water allocation can be optimized and the planting patterns are managed. The goal of this research is the optimization of Batu Bulan Dam waters allocation for irrigation utilization, which is expected to improve dam operation patterns, to obtain the best cropping patterns and to obtain optimum benefits of rice and corn plants planted in the irrigation area. One method that can be used to solve the water allocation problem is linear programming with the objective is maximizing total profits and the constraints is water availability and land area
