Abstract

Productivity is an important point of the existence of the industry. PT Pratama Abadi Industri, which is one of Nike's footwear industry, need to increase their productivity. To achieve these objectives, this thesis using the method of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) in order to increase productivity, especially in the production process of stitching line. OEE value calculation results in line stitching for 2 years was 49.99% in the first year (SEP, 2014 s / d Agus 2015) <85.00% (world standard OEE values) and 50.81% in the second year (SEP 2015 s / d Agus 2016) <85.00% (world standard OEE values). The three variables that cause low OEE value is the loading time, the total pieces and defect.

Abstract

Analysis of the sticking problem on the xyz tablet using the PDCA method at PT. Sunthi Sepuri. Products that have a good level of quality will certainly get its own value for consumers. That's why the quality of a product is a measure of the success of a product.. Every company must carry out activities in its business and every activity has certain goals to be achieved as the direction of the implementation of its activities. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to control and supervise the day-to-day operations of the company's business. PT. Sunthi Sepuri is one of the companies in Tangerang that produces pharmaceutical products or known as pharmaceutical manufacturers and PT. Sunthi Sepuri is a subsidiary of Nugra Santana Group. During the product production process, there must be imperfections in producing tablets, resulting in defects in tablets. Problems with tablets include black spots, sticking (clots), capping (broken/split), variations in weight and variations in hardness. Based on observations for one month, the most defect problem in XYZ tablets is sticking. Fishbone Diagram is a problem solving technique that helps to think through the many possible causes of a problem to be solved. And PDCA is a model for continuous improvement by planning, doing, checking, and taking action. Abstract

Di era globalisasi saat ini, persaingan di dunia bisnis sangat ketat dan berkembang pesat terutama di dunia bisnis manufaktur. Produk yang banyak keluhan dari pelanggan akan mengurangi nilai jual. Masalah kualitas dari VOC (Voice Of Costumer) setiap bulan direkap dan isu yang dominan akan meningkat. Sejalan dengan keluhan dari pelanggan, metode PDCA menjadi alat untuk peningkatan kualitas. Metode PDCA terbukti dengan penggunaan 5 mengapa dapat menemukan akar masalah dan menemukan penyebab potensial. Metode PDCA sangat membantu dalam memecahkan masalah dan memfasilitasi kualitas. Potensi penyebab teflon sering miring sepatu, perbaikan dilakukan pada "operator mesin teflon menjahit kerah seperempat" yang awalnya terbuat dari besi dan diganti dengan acrilic yang dikunci secara permanen.

Abstract

Industry actors are more competitive in the sophisticated industrial world. They must be able to manage their management system properly, thus it would be able to compete with other industries in the competitive world. Problems that occur in the home industry UD. Prasetya Rangga is a mismatch between the workload and the number of workers that resulting inefficiency of work as well as the increase of workload. This study aims to measure normal time as a reference for calculating workload as a basis for calculating the amount of worker while creating a production flow. Method of this study used FTE (Full Time Equivalent) to evaluate workforce requirements. The results of this study revealed that the workload received at the printing and drafting department was 35% while the drafting department was 146%, and the workload at the packing department was 39%. Based on the calculation of the FTE method, the optimal workforce requirements at UD. Prasetya Rangga of the production department, the court, and the printing number of proposed workers was 1 person whereas the actual number is 2 people. Then, there were 2 people that were proposed in the drafting department while the actual number was 1 person and there was 1 person that were proposed in the packing department while the actual number was 2 people.

Abstract

Perkembangan industri saat ini semakin pesat baik dalam bidang manufaktur maupun jasa. Berkembangnya perindustrian ini sangat memberikan dampak yang positif bagi negara maupun perusahaan sendiri. Baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. PT Sunthi Sepuri (PT. SS) merupakan perusahan nasional yang memproduksi dan memasarakan produk farmasi. PT Sunthi Sepuri (PT. SS) berkomitmen tinggi terhadap standar kualitas yang baik sehingga dapat menghasilkan produk yang dipercaya dan memuaskan pelanggan. Kualitas produk farmasi harus dijaga kualitasnya karena menyangkut kesehatan masyarakat, oleh karena itu operator yang bekerja diperusahaan tersebut harus bekerja secara profesional. Agar operator bekerja dengan profesional beban kerja harus dibagikan sesuai dengan beban yang distandarkan pemerintah. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam menganalisi beban kerja adalah metode FTE (full time equivalen). Metode ini digunakan oleh peneliti karena sesuai dengan kondisi yang ada diperusahaan. Area yang diteliti adalah departemen produksi PT. Sunthi Sepuri (PT. SS). Hal ini dilakukan karena keterbatasan departemen yang diberikan izin masuk oleh perusahaan. Selain itu, proses produksi diambil peneliti karena sesuai dengan konsentrasi keahlian penelitian yakni manufaktur. Hasil didapatkan dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan adalah bahwa dari lima operator, operator mesin blistering dan operator mesin compressing 4 memiliki beban kerja yang overload (berlebih), sehingga perlu dilakukan penambahan masing-masing satu orang operator di kedua stasiun kerja tersebut.

Abstract

Perawatan berkala adalah suatu kegiatan service yang dilakukan secara berkala dan sudah ter-jadwal-kan dalam suatu kurun waktu yang relatif cukup lama atau setelah melewati beberapa kali melakukan service rutin. Hasil dari Perawatan berkala ini digunakan untuk meningkatkan performa kerja dari suatu unit mesin produksi untuk memudahkan pemakaian, menunjang keamanan dan kenyamanan dari suatu pekerjaan. PT Lawang Sampar Dodo merupakan spesialisasi dalam penyediaan, manajemen dan pengembangan tenaga kerja untuk sektor pertambangan, manufaktur, teknik, konstruksi dan infrastruktur. Kegiatan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui preventive maintenance pada unit Haul truck tipe CAT 777E sekaligus menganalisa permasalahan preventive maintenance pada unit Haul truck tipe CAT 777E. Analisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan siklus Plan, Do, Check, action (PDCA). Hasil dan kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah unit hull truck tipe CAT 777E adalah salah satu jenis haul truck yang rutin dilakukan preventive maintenance dan permasalahan pada preventive maintenance haull truck tipe CAT 777E salah satunya terjadi karena operator kurang mendapatkan training dari departemen OTD yang mengakibatkan operator jarang melakukan Pelaksanaan Perawatan Harian (P2H).

Abstract

The development of the industrial world is currently growing very rapidly over time, and so is the progress of existing technology. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are economic business activities owned by individuals or groups in accordance with the criteria stipulated by Law no. 20 of 2008. In this case, of course, MSME actors have a superior product that is produced in it. One of the SMEs in Sumbawa by producing a product, namely CV Suryatama Beton. This company produces paving blocks, profile poles, concrete buis, finished mamak, flower pots, iron wire pallets, road pavers, km stakes and wall paving blocks. The number of types of products produced certainly requires a high level of flexibility in machines and production processes. Flexible manufacturing system or FMS (Flexible manufacturing system) is a manufacturing system that can react flexibly to changes. The two kinds of system changes can be changes in the type of product to be produced (machine flexibility), as well as changes in the sequence of processes in the manufacture of these products (routing flexibility). The advantage of using FMS in a mass production system is the high flexibility in allocating time and effort, so as to increase productivity and product quality and reduce production costs. correct equipment and methods. Abstract

Pekerja merupakan aset penting bagi perusahaan tetapi sering kali perusahaan kurang memperhatikan kebutuhan dan kepentingan pekerja. Masih banyak perusahaan yang proses produksinya tidak didukung oleh metode yang standar dan fasilitas kerja yang ergonomis menyebabkan pekerja sering mengalami keluhan-keluhan pada bagian tubuhnya. Kenyamanan dalam bekerja merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam proses produksi, dengan memperhatikan kenyamanan dalam bekerja maka akan dapat mengurangi terjadinya keluhan-keluhan dalam bekerja. Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (Rula) merupakan metode yang dikembangkan dalam bidang ergonomi yang menginvestasikan dan menilai posisi kerja yang dilakukan oleh tubuh bagian atas.
