Abstract

The teaching assistance program requires literacy learning activities carried out by students collaboratively with lecturers and teachers. The lack of students' ability to write procedural texts is due to a lack of familiarity with students' literacy activities that support their learning activities. This condition is seen from the students' lack of understanding in analyzing the general structure of the text, resulting in difficulties in creating procedural texts that are good and correct and can be utilized by readers. To overcome this problem, socialization was held which aimed to maximize writing procedural texts using Food Truck literacy media. This Community Service is located at Putra Anda Binjai Vocational School, where the Education Unit Teaching Assistance program is implemented. The methods used in this training are lectures, discussions and demonstrations. The results of the training show that food truck literacy learning can be used as an alternative in improving the ability to write procedural texts, this increases students' creativity in writing creative and useful procedural texts. During the activity, students played an active role in socializing fun learning literacy using Food Truck media "very well". Student activity was implemented by understanding online ordering, work procedures, and practicing making sweet martabak as a fun learning experience.

Abstract

Sejumlah aplikasi mobile telah banyak dikembangkan untuk mendukung peningkatan keterampilan Bahasa Inggris. Permasalahan yang dihadapi para remaja tingkat SMA di Desa Besilam adalah kesulitan dalam belajar Bahasa Inggris karena minimnya pengetahuan mereka tentang materi dan juga aplikasi belajar Bahasa Inggris yang menyenangkan. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut adalah pendidikan masyarakat dengan tujuan memberikan sosialisasi yang dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan belajar Bahasa Inggris para remaja dengan menggunakan aplikasi Cake. Setelah dilaksanakannya sosialisasi di desa tersebut, hasil yang didapat adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan berbahasa Inggris para remaja saat menggunakan aplikasi Cake. Peningkatan tersebut dapat ditunjukkan dari hasil kegiatan setelah sosialisasi yang meliputi: para remaja dapat menggunakan aplikasi Cake, para remaja menjawab latihan pada aplikasi Cake dengan antusias, dan terdapat peningkatan pemahaman para remaja tentang aplikasi Cake yang mencapai hasil sekitar 50%.

Abstract

Overcoming speech delays are the most frequently complained about by parents. Delays in speaking for children will have an impact on their learning process at school, including: difficulties in reading, writing and adapting. The aim of this study was to find out the process of fables through finger puppets as an effort to deal with children's speech delays. Role playing using finger puppets is an alternative in handling children's speech delays. The method used is field research which is descriptive qualitative in nature, located in the Kelompok Belajar IT Alwashliyah. The research subjects included 14 students and class teachers. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study found, (1) Symptoms of children who experience speech delays, such as: difficulty speaking, speech disorders which include searching vocabulary lists in memory (finding words), difficulty identifying elements in a story, difficulty in building sentences, the vocabulary is unclear, and the child doesn't want to talk at all. (2) Efforts made in dealing with children who are late in speaking have had a direct impact on children, providing affection with animal roles to foster self-confidence, creating direct interaction between children and teachers to establish stimulating communication in children. (3) The fable method uses finger puppets which affect children's language development, one of which is speech delay caused by a lack of language stimulus. Gradually, children who experience speech delays begin to open up and want to interpret words even though they are still stammering.

Abstract

The teaching assistance program requires literacy learning activities carried out by students collaboratively with lecturers and teachers. Students' lack of ability is due to monotonous and inactive learning procedures. This condition is seen from the students' lack of understanding in analyzing texts, resulting in difficulties in learning Indonesian which consists of six meetings per week. To overcome this problem, digital counseling was held for Indonesian language learning which aimed to maximize writing skills using Food Truck literacy media, as an interesting learning process. This research was located at Putra Anda Binjai Vocational School, where the Education Unit Teaching Assistance program activities were carried out. The methods used in this research are lectures, discussions and demonstrations. The research results show that counseling using Food Truck media can be used as an alternative in improving students' writing skills, this increases students' creativity in learning Indonesian. During the activity, students played an active role in the fun learning process using Food Truck media "very well". Student activity is implemented in understanding online ordering, work procedures, and practice of making sweet martabak as a fun learning experience between teachers and students

Makmur is currently using the system to prepare a bus fleet by guessing without analyzing the calculations from the number of passengers who buy tickets, this sometimes causes miscalculations in preparing the bus fleet which sometimes causes problems in serving the community which results in delays in departures due to waiting for the bus fleet. prepared. A decision support system (DSS) can be described as a system that is capable of supporting data analysis and decision modeling, is decision oriented, future planning oriented, and is used at unusual times and predicts something combined with a method, one of which is the Linear Regression. By using the Linear Regression method, it can be used to predict the number of bus ticket sales in the future by looking at previous data. Thus, this method will be able to help bus providers in overcoming problems in predicting the number of ticket sales the next day.Keywords: prediction; decision support systems; linear regression Abstrak: CV. Makmur saat ini sistem digunakan untuk menyiapkan armada bus dengan cara menerka tanpa melakukan analisis perhitungan dari jumlah data penumpang yang membeli tikat, hal ini terkadang menyebabkan salah perhitungan dalam menyiapkan armada bus yang terkdang menyebabkan kendala didalam melayani masyarakat yang berdampap pada keterlambatan kenerangkatan dikarenakan menunggu armada bus dipersiapkan. Sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) dapat digambarkan sebagai sistem yang berkemampuan mendukung analisis data, dan pemodelan keputusan, berorientasi keputusan, orientasi perencanaan masa depan, dan digunakan pada saat-saat yang tidak biasa dan memprediksi sesuatu yang dipadukan dengan suatu metode yang salah satunya adalah metode Regresi Liniear. Dengan menggunakan metode Regresi Linear ini dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi jumlah penjualan tiket bus kedepannya dengan melihat data-data yang ada pada sebelumnya. Dengan demikian metode ini akan dapat membantu pihak penyedia bus dalam mengatasi permasalahan didalam memprediksi jumlah penjualan tiket dihari kemudian.Kata kunci: prediksi; sistem pendukung keputusan; regresi linier

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Daily Analysis E-Paper to improve the critical thinking skills of the anti-hoax community in Suka Damai Village. This research uses an explanatory method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study includes residents of Suka Damai Village. The sampling technique used in this research is Total Sampling. The total sample used in this research was 50 people. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS V22 software. The results of this research show that the correlation test between the 2 variables for the level of Critical Thinking Skills of the Anti-Hoax community is known to have a value of 0.634, so it is included in the high category. Based on the results of the regression test, it is known that the influence value of the level of information literacy skills in efforts to prevent hoaxes in Suka Damai Village is Y = -0.219 + 0.304 by other factors not studied.
