Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence tricokompos and coconut water toward the result cauliflower research was conducted since May to August 2015, at agricultural landlongaparistreet maluhu village, Sub District Tenggarong, Kutai Kartanegara District, East Borneo Province.The research was arranged in a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with analysis of factorial 4x4 with deuteronomy three times. first factor treatment is giving tricokompos (T) that consists of 4 level, which consist of t0 (without fertilizer), t1(6 kg swath-1), t2(12kg swath-1), t3 (18 kg swath-1), and secondary factor treatment are a gift from coconut water (A) that consists of 4 level that is a0 (without hormone), a1 (0,125 L swath-1), a2 (0,250 L swath-1), and a3(0,375 L swath-1).The research results show that the treatment tricokompos do not affect to the six parameters and influential real highly visible to the three parameters, while coconut water does not have real an effect on to crops all parameters. The highest result per hectare of yield t3a3treatment at 18,48 t ha-1.

Abstract

Effect of superior plant hormone ZPT (hantu) and composition of planting media on the initial growth of dragon fruit (Hylocereus costaricensis) stem cuttings.The research was began in November 2018 until February 2019, taking place in Sukodono Hamlet, Sumber Sari Village, Loa Kulu Subdistrict, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This research  was arranged in a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with 4 x 3 factorial analysis and repeated three times . The first factor is the provision of superior plant hormone ZPT (H) which consists of 4 levels, namely h0 (control or without treatment), h1 (1.5 ml L-1), h2 (3 ml L-1), and h3 (4,5 ml L-1) The second factor is the composition of the planting medium consisting of 3 levels, namely m1 (soil + cow manure (2: 1)), m2 (soil + cow manure (3: 1)), m3 (soil + cow manure (4: 1). The treatment of superior plant hormone ZPT administration had no significant effect on all parameters observed (first shoot time after planting, shoot length, number of shoots and stem circumference shoots 40, 60, and 80 days). The treatment of the composition of the planting medium has no significant effect on all parameters observed (first time shoots after planting, shoot length, number of shoots and stem circumference shoots 40, 60, and 80 days).

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of planting media on telang plant nurseries. This research started from April to June 2021, carried out in Bukit Biru Village, Tenggarong sub district, Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This study used a randomized block design (RCBD) which was repeated 5 times. Media treatment (T) consisted of five levels, namely: t0 (soil), t1 (soil and raw husk 1:1), t2 (soil and raw husk 1:2), t3 (soil and burnt husk 1:1), t4 (burnt soil and husk 1:2). Planting media treatment had no significantly effect on the average age of shoot emergence, plant height at the age of  21 DAP (days after planting), the number of leaves at the age of 14 and 28 DAP. Planting media treatment had a significantly effect on the average of plant height at 14 DAP (days after planting) and had a very significantly effect on the average of plant height at 28 DAP (days after planting). Better treatment on t3 treatment (soil and burnt husk 1:1), on shoot emergence, plant height, and number of leaves parameters.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compos and NPK fertilizer on   growth and yield of onion leaf (Allium fistulosum L.). This research started from Desember 2020 to February 2021, located in Sumber Sari Village, Loa Kulu District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province. The research was arranged in a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with a single factorial analysis with three replications. The first factor of treatment was solid administration (S) consisting of 7 levels of s0 (without fertilizer), s1 = 5 t ha-1 (1.8 kg plot-1), s2 = 10 t ha-1 (3.6 kg plots-1), s3 = 15 t ha-1 (5.4 kg plot-1), s4 = 20 t ha-1 (7.2 kg plot-1), s5 = 25 t ha-1 (9 kg plot-1),  and s6 = 30 t ha-1 (10.8 kg plot-1). The results showed that solid treatment had a significant effect on five parameters, plant age at flowering, flower diameter, harvest age, flower weight on plants and crop yield per hectare (t ha-1). The highest yield per hectare was in s6 treatment with an average of 16.29 t ha-1.

Abstract

The research aim to determine the effect of growth and yield the onion to the on dose of manure and NPK fertilizer. This research was conducted since March to June 2021, at Sumber Rejeki, Dusun Merangan, Desa Loh Sumber, Kecamatan Loa Kulu, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. This study used a randomized complete block design (RCBD) factorial pattern with three replications. Treatment of cow manure consists of 3 level and Treatment of NPK fertilizer consists of 3 level, in order to obtain 9 units of research, namely : k0n0 (control), k0n1 (control + 25 g NPK), k0n2 (control + 50 g NPK), k1n0 (3 kg cow manure + control), k1n1 (3 kg cow manure + 25 g NPK), k1n2 (3 kg cow manure + 50 g NPK), k2n0 (6 kg cow manure + control), k2n1 (6 kg cow manure + 25 g NPK), k2n2 (6 kg cow manure + 50 g NPK). The results showed that the on treatment of cow manure had no significant effect on the average number of leaves aged 15, 30, 45 HST, number of tubers, tuber weight, and yield per hectare. The result highest in per hectare that is in treatment k2 (6 kg per plot) with an average 9,96 t ha-1 and lowest yield on k1 (3 kg per plot) with an average 9,07 t ha-1. The result of interaction between various cow manure and NPK fertilizer have no significant on all parameters. The highest average of per hectare is on treatment k2n1 with the result 10.4 t ha-1. The lowest average of per hectare is on treatment k1n2 with the result 7.7 t ha-1.
