Abstract

Aceh Province is one of the provinces that has the ninth highest open unemployment rate (TPT) out of 34 provinces throughout Indonesia with a ratio of 22.41%. This shows that the province of Aceh is currently still unable to overcome the problem of job vacancies for new graduates, resulting in an excess of manpower in the world economy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of education on the youth unemployment rate in Aceh Province through a statistical test approach. In this study using a descriptive quantitative type of research, this is intended to obtain an overview of how much influence the level of education has on youth unemployment in Aceh Province. The T-test in this study shows that the sig value of the education level has a significant and bound effect on the youth unemployment rate in Aceh Province. In addition, the coefficient of determination test is known that the effect that occurs on the level of education on the youth unemployment rate in Aceh Province is 89.1%. The results of the analysis reveal that the more graduates of the education level in an area, the greater the number of unemployed. The increase in new graduates, especially high school and undergraduate levels, will increase the competitiveness of human resources.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji kelayakan non finansial dan finansial dari home industry kue kala di Kecamatan Kawai XVI Provinsi Aceh Barat. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 5 pengusaha home industry kue karah di Kecamatan Kaway XVI Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil analisis non finansial meliputi aspek teknis, SDM, lingkungan, hukum, pasar dan ekonomi dan sosial, dan analisis finansial membuktikan nilai Net present value (NPV) positif, nilai Internal Rate of Return (IRR) > discount faktor (14%), PBP > 1, nilai BEP produksi dan BEP harga < jumlah produksi kue karah dan harga kue karah serta nilai Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) >1 usaha, maka menyimpulkan home industry kue karah di Kecamatan Kaway XVI Kabupaten Aceh Barat layak untuk dikembangkan. Temuan tersebut dapat dijadikan acuan untuk merumuskan kebijakan dan memperkuat home industry kue karah sebagai kuliner warisan indatu.

Abstract

Economic activity that has a role as a driving force for the economy of a region or country is trade, namely through export and import activities. Both of these activities contribute to regional or state revenues, so supervision and management are needed to optimize these activities, namely through Customs and Excise. The existence of Customs in each region can be a forum for exporters and importers to increase their productivity, so that this trade process will run smoothly and in the end can contribute to regional economic growth in each region, especially in West Aceh Regency. keywords: Customs and Excises, Economic Growth, Export, Import.

Abstract

Sustainable economic development is urgently needed by developing countries, one form of which is the stability of the price of fresh oil palm fruit bunches and being able to integrate with cattle farming by utilizing the area around oil palm land by creating effectiveness and efficiency for farmer groups, so as to increase their income in the future. will come. activities carried out in the form of socialization and transfer of knowledge to the community. The time for the implementation of the activity lasts for 1 (one) day on October 20, 2019. The subject of this service is the Community of Farmers and Livestock in Teupin Panah Village, Assisted Village, Faculty of Economics, Teuku Umar University. The participants were very enthusiastic about participating in this activity and actively asked and responded to the material presented by the speakers. In general, this activity consists of two sessions. The first session was a material presentation session, while the second session was an interactive discussion. The stability of the price of oil as a key variable in determining the welfare of oil palm farmers is a prerequisite that must be met. The volatile palm oil price fluctuation will be very risky to the welfare level of farmers. In addition, other solutions are needed in an effort to ensure that farmers' income is not reduced from price uncertainty factors. One of the efforts that can be done is by integrating oil palm plantations with cattle farming. This idea was proposed based on the potential of the oil palm plantation area in Teupin Panah village which is relatively large to be used for oil palm cultivation, especially for smallholder plantations..

Abstract

Agriculture is the most importance resources of the economy in rural areas. The development of agricultural commodities in rural areas can no longer be carried out partially. The involvement of various parties that are integrated and support each other must be carried out continuously. Mapping of key aspects that are challenges to agricultural development must be carried out integrally. This paper formulates that there are several key aspects that are challenges to the development of rural agriculture. The challenge is the support of the government, private sector and academia, the development of digital technology in the concept of smart farming and the role of the younger generation. Everything will lead to increased efficiency and effectiveness of game results which will drive the Village economy.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Seiring perkembangannya zaman saat ini dunia sudah mulai memasuki era revolusi industri 4.0 membuat teknologi semakin lebih canggih. Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh game online terhadap produktivitas belajar pada remaja yang ada di Desa Gunong Kleng Kecamatan Meureubo Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Metode penelitian: Data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer bersumber dari 50 responden yang di jadikan sampel pada remaja yang memainkan game online di Desa Gunong Kleng. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data langsung. Adapun pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah berupa angket/kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan dengan permasalahan. Angket akan ditujukan kepada para pemain game online yang ada di Desa Gunong Kleng. Hasil penelitian: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecanduan game online yang berlebihan akan menimbulkan sikap ketergantungan terhadap game online tersebut. Sikap ketergantungan ini akan menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap produktivitas belajar remaja. Dimana, remaja lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu untuk bermain game online dari pada harus belajar yang seharusnya dilakukan sebanyak 8 sampai 10 jam perhari pada remaja. penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan pemahaman atau gambaran motivasi bagi pelajar maupun remaja yang membaca untuk tidak terlalu ketergantungan aktivitas game online dan agar selalu melakukan hal-hal yang berdampak positif maupun berpotensi bagi kalangan remaja maupun pelajar. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan pemahaman atau motivasi bagi pelajar maupun remaja yang membaca untuk tidak terlalu ketergantungan aktivitas game online dan agar melakukan hal-hal yang berdampak positif maupun berpotensi bagi kalangan remaja maupun pelajar.
