Testing the validity of instruments with the formula of Kendallu's tau_b Correlations, while the reliability of instruments was tested with the Cronbach Alpha formula with the significance of the number of correlation coefficient 0.05. While in the Data Analysis section is done by the analysis techniques of bivariate correlation and partial correlation with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Social Science) application. The results showed that the management of IT-based facilities and infrastructures (X) was not directly related to increased work productivity (y) because the relationship was mediated by the loyalty of employees (Z). This can be noted from a comparison of bivariate correlation between x and Y variables with the partial correlation between x, y, and z variables. The correlates of Bivariate (ryx) was 0.493 and a partial correlation (ryx. z) of 0.386.  Keywords: IT-based facilities and infrastructure, work productivity, loyalty Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui hubungan antara pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana berbasis IT terhadap peningkatan produktivitas kerja pegawai setelah dikontrol dengan loyalitas; 2) mengetahui besarnya hubungan antara pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana berbasis IT terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. The results showed that traditional healing practitioners in Java used several herbs that they thought were able to overcome or be used as Covid-19 drugs. The herb is in the form of spices, plants, and some folk remedies from the ancestors. They are trying to offer a cure for Covid-19 by returning to back to nature. In addition, they also try to rationalize the pain that occurs when the human body's immunity decreases or energy is unbalanced, is the result of violations of natural laws by humans themselves.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has transformed social media from a mere space of communication into a learning environment actively utilized by Generation Z. In the context of Islamic religious education, social media functions as an informal learning space that complements formal, non-formal, and family-based educational pathways. This study aims to examine the opportunities, challenges, and optimization strategies of social media as an informal Islamic religious education space for Generation Z. Based on a synthesis of relevant literature, the findings indicate that social media offers opportunities in the form of easier access to religious information, increased learning engagement, as well as a space for da‘wah and value-based education through digital platforms such as YouTube and TikTok. However, the expansion of digital learning spaces also presents challenges, including aqidah-related concerns, misinformation and disinformation, degradation of communication ethics, low awareness of digital legal norms, and psychosocial risks. Optimizing social media for educational purposes requires pedagogical and ethical strategies through strengthening digital literacy and Islamic literacy, internalizing the values of tabayyun and digital politeness, curating credible content, and ensuring active involvement of educators and families. This study concludes that there is a gap between Generation Z’s intensive use of social media and the need for purposeful and value-oriented Islamic religious education. Therefore, an integrative approach based on literacy, ethics, and digital pedagogical design is needed so that social media can function effectively as a relevant informal Islamic religious education space for the digital generation.

Abstract

The demand for educator professionalism in higher education continues to evolve, extending beyond conventional classroom teaching routines. Educators are currently required to fulfill administrative reporting compliance, attain industry standard competency recognition, and strengthen professional character values. These circumstances frequently trigger exhaustion and adaptation barriers when educators are forced to manage their professional development independently without clear institutional direction. Therefore, this research aims to describe the institutional role in fostering the improvement of educators' professional qualifications. This study employed a qualitative method with a descriptive case study approach at the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training. The data collection process was conducted through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and a documentation study regarding institutional development programs. The accumulated data were systematically analyzed through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results demonstrate that the career development center performs three primary roles. First, as an administrative planning facilitator that equips educators with a structured work governance framework. Second, as a competency and recognition accelerator that bridges the attainment of national standard expertise acknowledgment. Third, as a psychological and academic companion that formulates acceleration interventions for educators pursuing further studies. In conclusion, integrated institutional intervention is proven to effectively reduce cognitive load and minimize educator resistance to new professional standards. This development model affirms that qualification enhancement is no longer solely a personal responsibility, but rather a concrete manifestation of structural support from educational institutions.
