Abstract

Rekam medis sebagai gambaran mutu rumah sakit. Standar penyediaan dokumen rekam medis pelayanan rawat jalan adalah ≤10 menit. Kecepatan dalam penyediaan berkas rekam medis ke poliklinik menjadi salah satu indikator mutu pelayanan di rekam medis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran penyediaan berkas rekam medis rawat jalan di RS Hermina Depok tahun 2021. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi serta study literatur, total sampel sebanyak 100 berkas rekam medis medis rawat jalan, perbandingan jumlah berkas yang memenuhi standar penyediaan dokumen rekam medis pelayanan rawat jalan yaitu ≤10 menit dengan yang tidak memenuhi yaitu >10 menit, serta faktor-faktor penyebab keterlambatan berkas rekam medis yang dikategorikan berdasarkan unsur  manajemen 5Myaitu man, money, material, machine, dan method. Hasil penelitian didapatkan (1) Rata-rata kecepatan penyediaan berkas rekam medis rawat jalan dengan jumlah sampel 100 berkas yang dilakukan tanggal 26 – 28 April 2021 adalah 15 menit 40 detik. Waktu tercepat dalam penyediaan berkasrekam medis yaitu 1 menit 36 detik, sedangkan waktu terlama dalam penyediaan berkas rekam medis yaitu 38 menit 57 detik. (2) Proporsi penyediaanberkas rekam medis rawat jalan pada tanggal 26 – 28 April 2021 yang memenuhi standar (≤10 menit) sebesar 33% (33 berkas). (1) Rata-rata kecepatan penyediaan berkas rekam medis rawat jalan dengan jumlah sampel 100 berkas yang dilakukan tanggal 26 – 28 April 2021 adalah 15 menit 40 detik.Waktu tercepat dalam penyediaan berkas rekam medis yaitu 1 menit 36 detik, sedangkan waktu terlama dalam penyediaan berkas rekam medis yaitu 38 menit 57 detik. (2) Proporsi penyediaan berkas rekam medis rawat jalan pada tanggal 26 – 28 April 2021 yang memenuhi standar (≤10 menit) sebesar33% (33 berkas) (3) Faktor manusia/man merupakan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi keterlambatan penyediaan berkas rekam medis rawat jalan diRS Hermina Depok, antara lain minimnya petugas running boy.

Abstract

Art and folklore is a culture that has been passed down from the ancestors. Folklore is often used as research material and study material. Folklore must be used properly so that it can be useful for everyone. Folklore art itself has many elements such as artistic elements, namely drama, sound, literature, music, movement and fine arts. Folklore art is also one of the development tools in the tourism sector for schools, campuses, cultural villages, tourist attractions and other historical buildings. The use of folklore art can increase knowledge for children today, where culture in Indonesia must be sought first and it can be said that the culture in Indonesia has begun to decrease due to cultural acculturation. Through folklore, they can quickly gain knowledge about previous cultures that already exist and have been passed down from their ancestors. This research uses a qualitative method. The results showed that art and folklore have many benefits for the tourism sector. This paper will explain about how to use art and folklore for the development of Indonesia's tourism sector.Keywords: Arts and Folklore, Cultural Tourism

Abstract

This research aims to describe the Analysis of Medical Record Service System in Dr. Kariadi. The method used is qualitative method, to know the clear picture about the problems studied. Data collection by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Dr. Kariadi already has written Service Operational Standard on service and Medical Record Management based on Director of Dr. Kariadi. Compliance of the medical officers in this case the doctors in charge is still less due to busy, so there are still not complete the medical record documents, there is still missing or forgotten in the filling, for example, signatures, dates, hours and complete diagnosis due to Unreadable writing. It should still be reminded by the medical recorder who served in the inpatient room, in this case is the Charge of Medical Record (PJRM). The lack of computers for PJRM, as well as the limited space for document storage are still a constraint, PJRM must wait their turn in using computers to enter data, analyze, perform coding, in the treatment room. So also where the document is still less because the medical record is still manual, and the number of patients getting more days.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the risk of musculoskeletal disorder associated with the work of nurses in the Emergency Department (ED). This research is classified as descriptive research through direct observation with the help of a recording device and stop watch to see the movement / posture of the risk of musculuscular disorders in nurses' activities that are done manually handling, then analyzed using WinOwas software. The results of this study indicate nurses have a risk of MSDs. The work done by nurses is dominated by odd postures with repetitive frequency and long duration of each shift is the activity of sewing the wound, dressing bandages, installing infusions, pushing the patient, ECG and giving a nebulizer. The lack of knowledge about ergonomics and the high workload of nurses in the emergency room are things that increase the risk of MSDs. Therefore, hospitals need to carry out education and training programs to improve their knowledge and skills regarding ergonomics for nurses. Ergonomic education and training needs to be done to increase nurses' knowledge about the right work attitude, proper stretching and strengthening exercises and implement a progressive aerobic program to improve overall body fitness.

Abstract

Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIs) are disease complications that often occur in the provision of health services in the world. There are one million four hundred thousand infections each year due to HAIs. Responding to the high number of incidents, a solution is needed to reduce the number of HAIs. One of them is managing linen appropriately. However, a solution that was expected to be the key to suppressing the incidence of HAIs was found to be the plurality of problem. Various predecessor researchers discussed the diversity of problems and the complexity found at the stage of washing linen management. Even though the washing stage plays an important role in the success of linen management. On this basis, this journal also aims to compare the five precursors of research based on theoretical proper management of linen in order to enrich the treasury of the development of science, insight and as a reference for information in determining preventive measures for unexpected things. The research method used is a systematic literature review, then produces conclusions in the form of five hospitals that are examined based on the minimum requirements for hospital linen management guidelines that have met the requirements (>55%). However, after a comprehensive review, there are so many problems that are not included in the research variables. The plurality of problem was found at every process of linen management, linen management tools, tools and materials, linen quality and the behavior of linen management workers.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit dapat ditingkatkan melalui lingkungan kerja, employee engagement dan kepuasan kerja yang merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja sangat berpengaruh dalam diri karyawan dan yang berada di sekitarnya dalam menjalani tugas-tugasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui lingkungan kerja, employee engagement dan kepuasan kerja karyawan non medis di RS Hermina Bogor. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif pada karyawan non medis RS Hermina Bogor dengan sampel berjumlah 64 orang dengan instrumen kuesioner employee engagement. Hasil penelitian didapatkan persentase karyawan non medis untuk mengetahui lingkungan kerja, employee engagement dan kepuasan kerja dapat disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja karyawan non medis di RS Hermina Bogor terdapat 82% menjawab nyaman berada di lingkungan RS dan 17% tidak nyaman, Employee engagement berjumlah 93% dinyatakan engaged dan 7% actively disengaged dan berdasarkan kepuasan kerja yaitu 85% merasakan puas atas pekerjaannya dan 15% tidak puas. Saran untuk pihak rumah sakit adalah meningkatkan lingkungan kerja dengan memperhatikan indikator non fisik, mempertahankan employee engagement karyawan yang engaged dan memotivasi karyawan actively disengaged untuk tetap bersemangat dalam bekerja serta dapat memberikan kontribusi pada rumah sakit dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja melalui aspek yang berkaitan dengan sikap karyawan serta kerjasama atasan dan sesama karyawan
