Abstract

AbstrakData survey menyatakan belum optimalnya manajemen waktu dan motivasi kerja perawat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendapatkangambaran dan hubungan yang paling signifikan antara aspek motivasi kerja dengan manajemen waktu, dikontrol oleh karakteristikperawat. Analisis data dengan menggunakan Chi-square dan regresi logistik ganda. Penelitian di instalasi rawat inap RS diBogor menggunakan sampel 138 perawat pelaksana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perawat pelaksana dengan “kebutuhanmempengaruhi” yang tinggi mempunyai peluang 5,7 kali melakukan manajemen waktu yang lebih baik. Perawat pelaksanadengan “kebutuhan berprestasi” yang tinggi mempunyai peluang 2,7 kali melakukan manajemen waktu yang baik. Saran penelitianini yaitu perlunya stimulus dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja, penempatan dan audit dalam pelaksanaan manajemen waktuperawat.Kata Kunci: kebutuhan afiliasi, kebutuhan berprestasi, kebutuhan mempengaruhi, manajemen waktu, motivasi kerjaAbstractData survey said not optimally time management and work motivation in Bogor Hospital. This study is description and to seewhat has most significant relationship between work motivation and time management was controlled with nurse characteristics.Data analysis using Chi-square and multiple logistic regression. Place research is in hospitalized patient at Bogor Hospitalwith 138 nurse as sample. The result was indicated that a nurse who have motivation “need of power” had 5.6 better in timemanagement, and for a nurse who have work motivation “need of achievement” had 2.7 better time management. Abstract

This paper reviews the literature on non-pharmacological treatment options for hallucinatory mental disorders and explores art therapy in relation to reducing hallucinatory symptoms. This review attempts to start a discussion and encourage further research in the area of ​​expressive arts regarding the growing need to conceptualize our understanding of the role of art therapy in the treatment of hallucinatory mental disorders. Research highlights Art therapy can reduce hallucinatory symptoms in people with mental disorders (ODGJ).

Abstract

The Covid-19 health protocols (prokes) can be presented in the form of a group game, namely snakes and ladders. The modified snake and ladder game, especially for elementary school (SD) students, is intended as a media for health promotion in learning to prevent transmission of Covid-19. The method used is the diffusion of science, technology and science which produces game products in the form of a modified snake and ladder simulation game design for the target group, namely elementary school students in grade 1. The modified snake and ladder design produces game media that is communicative and easy to understand, has eye catching visualizations with pictures. interesting and full color, attractive and fun to use as a learning medium. This modified snake and ladder can be a learning medium because it is full of communicative illustrations and can increase students' interest in learning and remembering the lessons that have been given. Abstrak Protokol kesehatan (prokes) Covid-19 dapat disajikan dalam bentuk permainan kelompok yaitu ular tangga. Permainan ular tangga modifikasi khususnya bagi siswa sekolah dasar (SD) ditujukan sebagai media promosi kesehatan dalam pembelajaran pencegahan penularan Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan yaitu difusi ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan sains yang menghasilkan produk permainan berupa desain permainan simulasi ular tangga modifikasi bagi kelompok sasaran yaitu siswa SD kelas 1. Desain ular tangga modifikasi menghasilkan media permainan yang komunikatif dan mudah dimengerti, memiliki visualisasi eye catching dengan gambar yang menarik dan full colour, atraktif dan menyenangkan untuk digunakan sebagai media belajar. Ular tangga modifikasi ini dapat menjadi sebuah media pembelajaran karena penuh dengan ilustrasi yang komunikatif, dan dapat meningkatkan minat siswa untuk belajar dan mengingat kembali pelajaran yang telah diberikan.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of the modified snake and ladder game on the level of knowledge about COVID-19 health protocols in grade 1 elementary school (SD) students at SDN Karang Pawulang, Bandung City. The method used is a true experiment pre-test & post-test group control design. The results showed a difference between the pre-test and post-test scores obtained was 0.025. In conclusion, the modified snake and ladder game is effective in increasing the knowledge of grade 1 elementary school students about the COVID-19 health protocol. Abstract

Schizofrenia merupakan salah satu gangguan jiwa yang bersifat kronis. Klien dengan skizofrenia akan mengalami gangguan dalam bebagai aspek kehidupan sehari-hari selama proses pemulihan dirumah. Kondisi tersebut membuat klien membutuhkan bantuan dari keluarga.  Peran keluarga sebagai pendamping bukanlah hal yang mudah dan seringkali menimbulkan beban. Pada masa pandemic covid 19 banyak perubahan yang terjadi, klien schizophrenia dengan keterbatasannya  belum mampu mengikuti aturan prokes, sehingga keluarga harus lebih intens menjaganya. Triangle terapi adalah salah satu terapi yang dapat mempengaruhi respon koping dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menyelesaikan masalah keluarga dan klien. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh triangle terapi terhadap beban keluarga dalam merawat klien yang mengalami schizophrenia. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui beban keluarga sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan terapi. Metode penelitian adalah kuasi eksperimen, analisis yang digunakan adalah uji T dependen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 63, Penghitungan besar sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Federer untuk uji eksperimental dengan rumus (t-1)(n-1) ≥ 15, sehingga didapat 18 keluarga di wilayah Puskesmas Kawalu Tasikmalaya. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa nilai p value 0,000 artinya terdapat pengaruh triangle terapi terhadap beban keluarga.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) is a pandemic caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARSCoV-2). Students are able to carry out Evidence-Based Practice, formulate and analyze journals about snakes and ladders and Covid-19 as well as health education. This research method is a systematic review. By searching for journals according to the keyword The Effect of Modified Snakes and Ladders Game on Knowledge Levels of the Covid-19 Health Protocol and Health Education for School Children. Articles are searched through Pro-quest and scholar. The number of articles obtained was 449 articles, after being sorted using a prism, 10 articles were obtained. The modification of the snake and ladder game can provide attachment to players with instructions through educational content about health protocols, player involvement has been tested significantly with the play content variable being the dominant aspect that affects the involvement of children's participants. Snakes and ladders can also be used for other health promotion programs in the health sector, nutrition education using snakes and ladders media materials can produce significant changes in children's knowledge. The promotional media are very interesting and enthusiastic so that the children enjoy their educational process properly. This study is intended to be a reference material for nurses or health workers in developing learning media about snakes and ladders regarding the COVID-19 health protocol.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan pelibatan pasien dalam asuhan keperawatan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. total sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 108 orang. Sampel adalah Perawat Pelaksana. Penelitian ini dilakukan di instalasi rawat inap RSUD Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang mengungkapkan bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh adalah fungsi manajemen kepala ruangan, dapat menjadi perhatian dan masukan yang bermanfaat untuk kepala ruangan. Kepala ruangan dapat mengoptimalkan fungsi manajemen dalam pelibatan pasien dengan cara mengoptimalkan fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, ketenagaan dan pengarahan serta fungsi pengendalian dalam pelibatan pasien. Penelitian  memberikan masukan dalam mengembangkan dan memperkaya ilmu keperawatan dalam pelaksanaan metode keterlibatan pasien dan keluarga dalam asuhan keperawatan di masa pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the professional career path of nurses at the Manimeri Health Center, Teluk Bintuni Regency, West Papua Province. The research method used is qualitative research. The results obtained four themes: understanding of the career of professional nurses, the implementation of clinical authority has not been based on the career path of clinical nurses, nurses' expectations in evaluating the performance of career paths, obstacles faced in developing a professional nurse career path. In conclusion, the process of understanding the Clinical Nurse felt by the participants was not by the procedure; the career path determination process carried out at the Manimeri Health Center was not by the procedure, so the duties and authorities of each level of the Clinical Nurse should be different according to their jurisdiction, in the field implementation it is not by Clinical Nurse level, caused by the fact that every time there is a nursing action, it is not always the level of PK that should be. Abstract

This study aims to develop a design model for family empowerment in treating patients with type 2 DM in the working area of ​​EMC Cikarang Hospital. This study uses a qualitative design with an action research approach through two stages of implementation, namely experimental phenomenology and focused group discussions (FGD). The results of this study identified four themes, namely: (1) Family knowledge about Diabetes Militus; (2) the role of the family in caring for DM patients (DM diet management, OAD consumption regulation at home (PMO), DM wound treatment, and monitoring blood sugar levels); (3) the role of the family when they find out that a family member has DM; and (4) Supportive examination of DM patients. In conclusion, family empowerment can change the attitudes and behavior of patients by empowering families who can assist in the form of self-care for DMT2 patients so that the quality of self-care in DMT2 patients becomes better and improves the patient's health status on an ongoing basis. Abstract

This study aims to find meaning from the experience of chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis regarding their diet and fluid regimen so that a design for education is formed. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The results of the study identified seven themes, namely; 1) Changes in the patient's physiological condition; 2) Expression of feelings about changes in health conditions; 3) Needs for support; 4) Changes in fulfilling dietary needs; 5) Changes in fulfilling fluid needs; 6) Needs to obtain information about treatment; 7) Barriers in following diet and fluids. In conclusion, this study recommends that patients increase their knowledge and information regarding adherence to diet and fluids.
