Abstract

The construction and development of the port at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia Subregional Bali Nusra Benoa Port cannot be separated from various impacts, one of which is the environmental impact, especially since the location of the development and port is close to settlements, companies and other ecosystems. This makes PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia Subregional Bali Nusra to hold the Implementation of Environmental Management and Monitoring (RKL-RPL) PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 3 Subregional Bali Nusra is a form of Pelindo's contribution in preserving and maintaining the health of the environment around the company and the environment affected by the company's operational and construction activities. Environmental preservation activities are of course supported by the budget or environmental costs provided by the company. Environmental accounting is one way to record environmental costs within the company. The method used is the descriptive qualitative method. The results obtained are that Environmental Management and Monitoring are greatly influenced by the amount of the existing budget, Pelindo has implemented environmental accounting reporting which contains environmental costs, fuel costs, electricity costs, water costs, costs for the use of raw material emissions, B3 waste handling costs, and biodiversityKata kunci: environmental costs; environmental accounting Abstract: Pembangunan dan pengembangan pelabuhan di PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia Subregional Bali Nusra Pelabuhan Benoa tidak lepas dari berbagai dampak, salah satunya adalah dampak lingkungan, terlebih lagi lokasi pengembangan dan pelabuhan berada dekat dengan pemukiman, perusahaan dan ekosistem lainnya. Hal itu, membuat PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia Subregional Bali Nusra untuk mengadakan Pelaksanaan Pengelolaan dan Pemantauan Lingkungan (RKL-RPL) PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 3 Subregional Bali Nusra merupakan bentuk kontribusi Pelindo dalam melestarikan dan menjaga kesehatan lingkungan di sekitar perusahaan dan lingkungan yang terkena dampak dari kegiatan operasional dan konstruksi perusahan. Kegiatan pelestarian lingkungan tentunya didukung oleh anggaran atau biaya lingkungan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan. Akuntansi lingkungan merupakan salah satu cara pencatatan biaya lingkungan di dalam perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil yang didapat yaitu Pengelolaan dan Pemantauan Lingkungan sangat dipengaruhi oleh besarnya anggaran yang ada, Pelindo sudah menerapkan pelaporan akuntansi lingkungan yang berisi biaya lingkungan, biaya bahan bakar, biaya listrik, biaya air, biaya penggunaan emisi bahan baku, biaya penanganan limbah B3, dan keanekaragaman hayati       Keywords: biaya lingkungan; akuntansi lingkungan

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SDN 4 Penatih dengan fokus meningkatkan kesadaran pelajar tentang pentingnya penggunaan tumbler sebagai bagian dari gaya hidup ramah lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah permasalahan sampah plastik yang semakin serius dan kebutuhan untuk menanamkan perilaku peduli lingkungan sejak dini. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, edukasi interaktif, demonstrasi pembuatan pot bunga dari botol plastik sebagai solusi pengelolaan sampah plastik, dan pemberian tumbler sebagai simbol komitmen menjaga lingkungan. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan antusiasme pelajar terhadap penggunaan tumbler. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti konsistensi perilaku dan dukungan berkelanjutan dari pihak sekolah dan keluarga masih perlu diatasi. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam menciptakan generasi muda yang lebih peduli lingkungan dan mendorong praktik-praktik sederhana seperti penggunaan tumbler untuk mengurangi dampak negatif sampah plastik. Diharapkan, program ini dapat menjadi inspirasi bagi inisiatif serupa di sekolah lain dan berkontribusi pada upaya pelestarian lingkungan yang lebih luas.

Abstract

JOUMPA has the meaning "Your Journey Companion" which if translated into Indonesian means "Your Travel Companion", which is expected to be able to provide excellent service and convenience for airplane passengers while at the airport, through various services from pre journey, pre flight, post flight to post journey. JOUMPA (Your Journey Company) is a service owned by PT. Gapura Angkasa which has responsibilities as an air transportation operational support company and as the largest Ground Handling company in Indonesia. A VIP service that provides convenience services for airplane passengers at the airport through a variety of services provided. In providing good service, qualified human resources are needed to support the process of providing services. The author is interested in finding out how to implement the recruitment of workers in this joumpa, whether to use local workers so that this company is also responsible for its social environment.

Abstract

The Job Training Report (PKL) made by the author explains how the authors follow the activities at PT. Gapura Angkasa, Denpasar Branch for 2 months from July 4, 2022, to September 2, 2022. The author was placed in the Human Resource Development division, assisting in the field of student administration in carrying out On Job Training, training, and education staff, as well as assisting in the field of managing employee administration. Activity that is often done by the author is in entering the existing training data. The author wants to know how the HRD flow in developing career employees and the development of a quality workforce. The author gets various sciences and knowledge during the implementation of fieldwork practices, the author also acquires soft skills & hard skills that can be applied both in the real world of work and in everyday life.

Abstract

Assessing the insulation condition of power transformers is crucial for maintaining the reliability of electrical power systems. This research aims to predict the remaining life of the transformer at PLTU Suralaya Unit 6 by integrating the measurement of the dissipation factor (tan δ) using Dielectric Frequency Response (DFR) testing at ultra-low frequency (1 mHz = 0.001 Hz) and estimating the Degree of Polymerization (DP) through empirical correlation. The DFR measurements were performed with the OMICRON DIRANA device (frequency range 0.1 mHz–1 kHz) and validated against tan δ measurements at 50 Hz using OMICRON CPTD equipment. The dissipation factor at 1 mHz was extracted and converted to an estimated DP value through a validated regression model. Results show a DP value of approximately 302, indicating advanced degradation of the cellulose insulation. This corresponds to an estimated remaining life percentage of 29.68%, equivalent to an operational lifespan of roughly 11.87 years before reaching the end-of-life threshold. The study confirms that ultra-low-frequency DFR testing combined with DP estimation provides a non-destructive and effective approach for transformer remaining life prediction. It is recommended to implement condition-based monitoring and supplement with oil chemical analysis (e.g., furan compounds) and other diagnostic methods to enhance prediction accuracy and support proactive asset management.
