Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) to determine the role of teachers in teaching Social Studies using the Merdeka curriculum; 2) to identify the challenges faced by teachers in teaching Social Studies using the Merdeka curriculum. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, where the data consists of observations and direct interviews with field experts. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The sample selection for the study is purposively determined based on the expertise of the informants in providing necessary information to the researcher. Data analysis involves three steps: data reduction/selection, data interpretation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research findings: 1) Teachers in Grade IV actively employ a scientific approach, encouraging students to be actively engaged in learning through various methods and models; 2) Challenges faced by teachers in implementing the Merdeka curriculum include excessive assessment criteria for students and inadequate teaching support facilities provided by the school, which hinder the effective implementation of the Merdeka curriculum

Abstract

Students’ Communicative Competence: A Descriptive Study in English Education Program at STKIP Taman Siswa Bima. The Objective of Study IS To describe the students communicative competence. AND To describethe factors that affect their communicative competence. In this research, the writer used qualitative descriptive method. According to Ary (1997: 219) about qualitative descriptive is design to obtain information concern the current status of phenomena and he also states that the qualitative data is described by sentences Based on the data findings above, the writer found 13 tottaly data which devided into 7 the students weakness in communicative competence especially about sociolinguistic competence and 6 factors that influences the students weakness in communicative competence especially about sociolinguistic competence. The students’ weakness in communicative competence especially about sociolinguistic competence.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of religious moderation values in Islamic religious education at SMK TI Bali Global Klungkung. Through a qualitative approach, the main finding of this research is the identification of ten religious moderation values being implemented: justice, balance, tolerance, centrism, love for the country, deliberation, improvement, pioneering, non-violence, and cultural friendliness. The implementation is achieved by integrating these values into the curriculum, evaluation techniques, and daily life practices, as well as through habituation and exemplification. The results have positive implications, such as establishing harmonious relationships between Muslim students and the community, increasing student achievement and creativity, and boosting the number of Muslim students in the school. The findings align with the concept of moderation in Islam, behavioristic theory, and expert opinions on religious moderation as a solution to the problem of radicalism. This research contributes to forming students with moderate, tolerant, fair, balanced, and non-violent characters who can adapt to a pluralistic environment following the objectives of Islamic education. The limitation of this study is that its scope is confined to one school.

Abstract

This study aims to gain knowledge and understanding of the influence of digital literacy and income on the consumptive behavior of Generation Z in Gowa Regency, with e-commerce usage as a moderating variable. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive research type. The sample in this study consists of 100 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) model. The results show that digital literacy significantly influences consumptive behavior. Income significantly influences consumptive behavior. Digital literacy significantly influences e-commerce usage. Income significantly influences e-commerce usage. E-commerce usage significantly influences consumptive behavior. E-commerce usage is able to moderate the relationship between digital literacy and consumptive behavior. However, e-commerce usage does not moderate the relationship between income and consumptive behavior

Abstract

The edutainment approach is an integration of learning with games that can make learning more interactive and student-centered. This study aims to analyze the use of the Snakes and Ladders game to improve environmental literacy in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 5 Jonggat. The research used the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method, which was conducted in three cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The results showed an increase in learning outcomes in the pretest stage of 53, cycle I (55.75), cycle II (74.25), cycle III (84.25), and post-test reached 85.25, with a total increase of 32.25 points. It can be concluded that the use of snakes and ladders games is effective in improving students' environmental literacy skills. It is recommended that game development includes a variety of challenges and more complex interactive elements, expanding game content, and the implementation of the game is optimally accompanied by the teacher to ensure maximum student involvement and the creation of meaningful learning.

Abstract

Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) tahun 2019 telah merilis hasil kompetensi siswa. Dari ketiga kompetensi yang dinilai, kompetensi literasi siswa paling rendah. Mengacu pada hasil tersebut, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah desa setempat dan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) di desa Teke terhadap budaya literasi Siswa Sekolah Dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada lima prinsip literasi yang diterapkan sesuai tahapan tumbuh kembang anak. Program literasi yang baik harus seimbang dan terintegrasi dengan kurikulum. Selanjutnya, peran pemerintah desa setempat dan Mikro, Usaha Kecil Menengah (UMKM) antara lain: menjalin kerjasama dengan pelaku UMKM, membangun perpustakaan desa untuk kegiatan literasi siswa, menyediakan anggaran untuk kegiatan literasi desa dalam rancangan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa berupa pengadaan sarana penunjang seperti buku dan lembar kerja siswa. Peran selanjutnya adalah menghasilkan peraturan desa melalui keputusan kepala desa atau pemerintah daerah tentang aturan pelaksanaan kegiatan literasi kepada siswa Sekolah Dasar sehingga dapat menjadi landasan hukum bagi pihak terkait. Peran terakhir yang dimainkan oleh pemerintah desa adalah membentuk kelompok relawan untuk membimbing dan mengajar siswa SD. penyediaan anggaran kegiatan literasi desa dalam rancangan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja desa berupa pengadaan sarana penunjang seperti buku dan LKS. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop illustrated story media to increase interest in learning social studies subjects for grade IV students of SDN Inpres Rabakodo. This study uses the R&D method, to develop illustrated story media as a learning media for social studies for grade IV elementary school students. By using the Borg and Gall model which includes 5 stages, namely potential and problems, collecting data, product design, product validation, and design revision. The results of the study showed that the validity of the illustrated story media from 4 media and material validators obtained an average score of 83.26 categorized as very feasible. The questionnaire response of limited test students showed the practicality of the illustrated story media with an average score of 85.16 categorized as very practical. The results of the development of illustrated story media carried out by measuring student learning interest were 82%, compared to before the use of the story media, student learning interest was only 45%. This means that the results of the development can significantly increase student learning interest

Abstract

Masalah Pengelolaan Sampah Telah Menjadi Perhatian Utama Di Kota-Kota Besar Di Indonesia, Termasuk Di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Menganalisis Efektivitas Penanganan Sampah Di Nusa Tenggara Barat Metode Penelitian Menggunakan Analisis Data Sekunder. Sumber informasi didapatkan dari laporan, dokumentasi, buku, serta jurnal ilmiah. Penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa jumlah tertinggi di Lombok Barat pada tahun 2020 mencapai 486,85 ton per hari, sedangkan jumlah terendah di Kota Bima pada tahun 2019 adalah 84,87 ton per hari. Pengelolaan limbah tertinggi terjadi di Kota Mataram: pada tahun 2019, Kota Mataram mencatatkan persentase penanganan sampah tertinggi sebesar 77,61%, dengan total timbulan sampah mencapai 336,31 ton per hari dan penanganan sebanyak 261,00 ton per hari. Di sisi lain, pengelolaan terendah berasal dari Kabupaten Bima: pada tahun 2019, Kabupaten Bima melaporkan persentase penanganan terendah, yaitu 12,23%, dengan jumlah timbulan sampah 374,28 ton per hari dan penanganan hanya 45,78 ton per hari. Pada tahun 2020, persentase ini sedikit mengalami perbaikan menjadi 12,10%, namun tetap menunjukkan kinerja yang sangat rendah dalam pengelolaan limbah.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, keterlibatan siswa, dan efikasi diri terhadap well-being dengan kreativitas sebagai variabel mediasi pada peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 5 Makassar. Kesejahteraan siswa dipandang sebagai determinan penting dalam mendukung capaian akademik, pengembangan sosial emosional, serta pembentukan karakter secara holistik. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berdesain deskriptif-eksplanatori, penelitian ini melibatkan 115 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik stratified random sampling. Data empiris dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hubungan kausalitas antarvariabel laten. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, keterlibatan siswa, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap well-being, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kreativitas. Temuan ini menegaskan peran strategis kreativitas sebagai variabel mediasi yang memperkuat keterkaitan antara strategi pembelajaran adaptif, partisipasi aktif siswa, dan keyakinan diri dengan kesejahteraan psikologis mereka. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian memberikan implikasi bagi pendidik dalam merancang model pembelajaran yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan individual, mendorong keterlibatan aktif, serta memfasilitasi pengembangan efikasi diri dan kreativitas siswa Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi; Keterlibatan Siswa; Efikasi Diri;  Well-Being;  Kreativitas
