Abstract

Islam applies freedom in the market mechanism on condition that it does not conflict with the values and principles of sharia. In the condition of the Covid-19 pandemic facing the world, especially Indonesia, the government must intervene in prices for internet data product prices because the PSBB policy implemented by the government to break the chain of spread of Covid-19 has a significant impact on public opinion, especially for the lower middle class. In addition, this policy will make the demand for internet data quite high while government subsidies cannot accommodate the community's need for internet data. The purpose of this study was to determine the Intervention of Secondary Product Prices during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period from an Islamic Perspective. The research used in this research is library research. The high market demand for the internet and the decline in people's incomes make the price of internet data difficult to reach by all levels of society, this requires the role of the government. the government can make decisions or regulations regarding the maximum limit for internet data prices during this pandemic period so that the selling price can be reached by all circles of society and still provide profits or profits for the seller or producer.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal monkey business practices in buying and selling transactions, with a sub-focus of research, monkey business practices in buying and selling transaction contracts, and the perspective of Islamic law on pricing of buying and selling transactions in monkey business practices. The research method or approach used is a qualitative case study approach. Collectingdata using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. In this study, the authors used qualitative data analysis, which is the analysis described by specific sentences or specific factors and concrete events, which then generalized a general conclusion. The results showed that, first: not all traders who sell booming merchandise, such as agate sellers in Ponorogo Regency, do price increases in their sale and purchase contracts. Sellers who do not practice monkey business or price tagging are in accordance with Islamic law. The sale and purchase that contains price hikes is clearly not in accordance with Islamic law, because in Islam the act of inflating prices unjustly is strictly prohibited and is included in the practice of najasy buying and selling. Second: the price fixing in the practice of buying and selling agate in Ponorogo Regency is not fair, because it is not formed through supply and demand, there is no standard price, nor is it based on quality categories and agate motifs. The findings on price fixing in monkey business on the sale and purchase of flowerhorns, aglonema, anthurium, agate, and widow bolong plants are not fair and natural, because they are not formed through supply and demand.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the whole world, including Indonesia, has changed people's habits and lifestyles. The implementation of social distancing, which requires people to maintain a safe distance, has a significant impact on business transactions both on a large industrial scale and entrepreneurial businesses. Many shopping centers are closed, market demand is declining, and business activities are no longer operating as usual. Indonesia, as a country with a majority Muslim population, needs Muslim entrepreneurs' role. In this situation, Muslim entrepreneurs need to rack their brains so that the business remains stable when demand declines. This article aims to analyze the business strategies carried out by Muslim entrepreneurs to survive and grow during this Covid-19 pandemic. This qualitative descriptive research methodology using a phenomenology approach shows the results that the efforts made include: believing the concept of work is worship and sustenance is a quota that must be picked up, innovating and diversifying products according to trends that are needed by the community, maintaining customer loyalty, being adaptive to technological developments and regulations, collaborating with third parties—and increasing social sensitivity through philanthropic activities, both donations and zakat, infaq, and alms so that the affected community can be helped and the economy will continue.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Theory of Planned Behavior by analyzing the factors that influence customers to contribute to Islamic P2P lending customers. This study uses a partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM) analysis with 120 respondents. The number of respondents is determined by the five rules of thumb approach, while data collection is done by purposive sampling. This research was conducted for one year, namely in 2021-2022 with the provision that the sample was customers of Islamic P2P lending in Indonesia. The results of the study revealed that attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior control had a significant positive effect on the intention to contribute to Islamic P2P lending. While piety and intention have a significant positive effect on behavior to contribute to Islamic P2P lending in Indonesia. The results of this study contribute to the development of the theory of planned behavior (TPB), more extensive research is needed such as research in countries that are members of the OIC to validate these results. Abstract

he reality of practice in the field regarding ijarah financing contracts and ijarah vomitiyah bit-Tamlik differs from the basic theory, namely fiqh muamalah. So this article tries to recite or dialogue fiqh muamalah theory about the concept of lease with the reality of applications that occur in Islamic financial institutions. In this study, the author calls the dualism of the ijarah contract and the Ijarah Muntahiyah Bit-Tamlik (IMBT) fiqh muamalah perspective. The writing method in this study is a combination of two writing methods (mix method), namely library research and field studies (file research), with a descriptive-analytic qualitative approach. The literature study is carried out by collecting data on the thoughts and opinions of experts (experts) in several books in the library. Meanwhile, field studies are carried out through interviews and observations in Islamic financial institutions, as related objects. The results of this study indicate that ijarah Muntiyah bit-Tamlik (IMBT) is a kind of combination between a sale and purchase contract and a lease or more precisely a lease agreement which ends with the ownership of the goods in the hands of the lessee. In the IMBT contract there is a lease-purchase contract, there have been two transactions or contracts in one transaction. Because in practice payments made during the installment period can change function. If the buyer cannot pay off the installments, then the payment functions as a rent but if he is able to pay it off, it serves as a sale and purchase price.
