Abstract

Adanya peningkatan minat wisatawan baik lokal maupun mancanegara terhadap desa wisata perlu dibarengi dengan adanya peningkatan sumber daya manusia dalam hal berkomunikasi, khususnya komunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris sebagai Bahasa yang paling banyak digunakan sebagai penghubung antara wisatawan dengan para pelaku wisata. Masyarakat sebagai tuan rumah di desa wisata harus diperlengkapi dengan keampuan berbahasa Inggris yang baik.  Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah memberikan pelatihan untuk membantu kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis) Desa Sukajadi di Kecamatan Tamansari Bogor dalam meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi Bahasa Inggris khusus untuk wisata.  Berdasarkan wawancara yang dilakukan sebelum program ini dimulai, masyarakat Desa Sukajadi secara keseluruhan masih belum memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam menggunakan Bahasa Inggris untuk kepentingan wisata. Untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut salah satu solusi tercepat adalah melalui metode pelatihan atau kursus menggunakan Bahasa Inggris praktis, yakni dengan berlatih / praktek langsung keterampilan menggunakan bahasa Inggris dalam berinteraksi dengan tamu, menjelaskan potensi wisata alam atau pertanian, menjelaskan akomodasi, dan fasilitas pelengkap pariwisata. Secara umum berdasarkan analis hasil kuesioner yang diberikan kepada peserta pelatihan, tidak ada kendala maupun kesulitan yang dihadapi dalam mengikuti pelatihan ini, pokdarwis dan kepala desa merasa sangat terbantu dengan adanya pelatihan ini dan sebagian besar peserta dapat memahami semua materi yang telah diberikan dengan baik. Peserta juga menyadari akan pentingnya memperdalam kemampuan berbahasa Inggris terutama keterampilan berbicara (speaking skill).

Abstract

A part of the attraction destination is the cultural tourist attraction that encompasses cultural villages. Bogor Regency has a cultural village that has a variety of Sundanese arts and culture, history and Sundanese beliefs and customs, a natural rural place and has a place to stay or lodging to give a natural impression for tourists who visit. This research was conducted to determine whether tourist attractions affect visitor satisfaction in the Sindang Barang Cultural Village. The purpose of this study was to investigate how much influence the tourist attraction on visitor satisfaction in the Sindang Barang Cultural Village. The Method of research used is quantitative methods in order to obtain more comprehensive, valid, reliable, and objective data. The samples were 107 visitors who came to Sindang Barang Cultural Village. Analysis used descriptive statistical methods, simple correlation coefficient of Pearson, Coefficient of determination and regression analysis. The result showed that tourist attraction had a positive influence of 70% and there is a significant effect between Tourist Attraction toward Visitor Satisfaction in Sindang Barang Cultural Village.

Abstract

Through the community-based tourist approach, coaching of the Sapta Pesona program is one way to provide knowledge to the community that area they live in is a tourist area. Tourists will visit if the area is safe,orderly, clean, cool, beautiful, friendly and memories. The purpose of this research is to know community public awareness of cleanliness, determine the distribution and volume of waste, the waste management evaluation system that has been carried out, and environmental management at Cimande Tourist Village. The Method of research used is qualitative and quantitative methods in order to obtain more comprehensive, valid, reliable, and objective data. The sample consists of 35 participants of coaching from community of Cimande Village. The factor and regression analysis were used for the data analysis. The results of the study showed that coaching significantly contributed to the community interest in waste management (t = 2.512> t table with a significance of 0.017 (? <0.05). The distribution of the generated waste accumulates in almost every RT (neighborhood) and there are 20 illegal landfill garbage dumps. The author makes a suggestion, Urban Village Head with Pokdarwis, Village Cadres and Youth Organization had to have a program to invite all Cimande community to do environmental cleanliness by mutual cooperation on regularly in order to optimize cleanliness with waste management to achieve Cimande Clean, reach out to people from door to door, making them realize the importance of cleanliness and segregation of waste. Abstract

The tourist attraction and tourist facilities provided at the Sindang Barang Cultural Village have a positive influence and significantly contributed to visitor satisfaction, which can attract tourists and visitors to come to this place. The research was conducted at the Sindang Barang Cultural Village. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of tourist attraction and tourist facilities on visitor satisfaction at the Sindang Barang Cultural Village. The Method of research used is quantitative methods in order to obtain more comprehensive, valid, reliable, and objective data. The sample consists of 107 visitors who visited the Sindang Barang Cultural Village. The factor and regression analysis were used for the data analysis. The results of the study showed that tourist attraction significantly contributed to the visitors? satisfaction (t = 10.180 > t table with a significance of 0.000 (? < 0.05). Tourist facilities significantly contributed to visitors? satisfaction (t = 4,082 > t table with a significance of 0.000 (? < 0.05). The tourist attraction and tourist facilities have a significant effect simultaneously on Visitors? satisfaction (F= 149.205 > F table with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Tourist attraction at the Sindang Barang Cultural Village has a dominant influence in influencing visitor satisfaction with the uniqueness and characteristics of Sunda Tradition Ritual Tourist Attraction which is the hallmark of the Sindang Barang Cultural Village. The Tourist facilities show that this variable is a variable that affects visitor satisfaction where the facilities available for the information center are still not fully available. The author makes a suggestion, recommend paying more attention and developing facilities that provide complete information about the Sindang Barang Cultural Village. Abstract

The most important stage in winning customers' hearts is through experience, building a customer experience is an essential part of any marketing strategy. The higher the impact on customer pleasure and the willingness to return and acquire the products sold, the better the customer experience. Warung Kopi Tepi Sungai Depok has various advantages despite its less-than-ideal location. It provides guests with comfort and a peaceful rural setting. The purpose of this research is to see how customer experience affects repurchase intent at Warung Kopi Tepi Sungai Depok. Quantitative methods were employed in the research to gather more comprehensive, valid, reliable, and objective data. A total of 101 customers who visited the café were included in the sample. Both factor and regression analysis was employed in the data analysis. Customer experience had a substantial impact on repurchase intention (t = 8.356 > t table with a significance of 0.000 (? < 0.05). With its interior design and unique style, the customer experience at Warung Kopi Tepi Sungai Depok has a dominant influence on influencing repurchase intention, and consumers are interested in returning to this place. The author makes a suggestion, advising that more attention be paid to and development of the website be done in order to establish direct contacts with clients. This cafe has to improve its services, offer new menu items, and keep its facilities clean. Then Warung Kopi Tepi Sungai Depok will be the top option of the customers. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic demands that all industries adapt quickly, and the tourism industry is no exception. Tourism as an industry that contributes significantly to a country’s GDP must be able to respond to changes in tourist interest. Tourism village is one of Indonesia’s tourism potentials and has a big influence on economic development. However, the level of awareness of village community tourism in Indonesia is still lacking. The stigma that the production process only comes from the agricultural production process is still very much attached. The purpose of the study was to find out how the conceptual framework of the Human Resources (HR) development strategy in the tourist village of Sukajadi, Bogor Regency, West Java, after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a qualitative approach with Soft System Methodology (SSM) analysis tools with expert respondents who are included in the tourism village stakeholders. This study produces a conceptual framework for the human resource development strategy of Sukajadi Tourism Village, which is integrative and holistic in nature to form an HR management system. Results show that, three strategies for developing human resources in tourist villages were found to increase the capacity of human resources in tourist villages. These strategies include a policy strategy for developing tourism village communities and tourism awareness groups, a strategy for standardizing MSME products, and an approach strategy for tourism awareness groups and institutions.

Abstract

The waste management strategy based on the Sapta Pesona (Cleanliness) perspective is one way to provide knowledge to the community that their village where they live is a tourist area that must be clean and free of waste. All tourists will visit the area safe, orderly, clean, cool, beautiful, friendly, and memorable. The research method used is qualitative and quantitative methods. SWOT analysis techniques to improve waste management strategies based on the Santa Persona (Cleanliness) perspective. Data collection method: interviews community leaders, tourist awareness group, and youth organization, questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Qualitative data research: the form of tables and diagrams from the results of the questionnaire and the SWOT analysis. The results of the questionnaire research strongly agree to implement the 3R (reduce-reuse-recycle) program, want to have their own trash cans, and want to throw garbage in their own trash cans carry out environmental cleanliness with mutual cooperation every month. The IFAS analysis was obtained with a value of 1.53, while the EFAS analysis, it was obtained a value of 0.96 then it was brought together in the SWOT analysis quadrant and the results showed that the quadrant 1 area supported aggressive strategies.  This means that the local government of Cimande Tourism Village is carried out a progressive strategy by utilizing the internal strength of Cimande Tourism Village to benefit from external opportunities (opportunities) to support waste management problems so that there are high awareness and interest of the Cimande community about environmental cleanliness to reached Cimande clean. Keywords: Waste Management, Sapta Pesona, Cleanliness, Community Interest, Cimande Village

Abstract

To achieve the desired product quality, a quality standardization of the product is needed. This method is intended to ensure that the products produced meet the predetermined standards so that consumers will not lose confidence in the product concerned. Consumers will make a purchase decision if the product is considered to have high quality. The quality of the product will be felt after the item is consumed or used so that consumers will feel satisfied with the product purchased. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of product quality on purchase decision  at the Safary Milk D’Kandang Amazing Farm Depok. The Method of research used is quantitative methods in order to obtain more comprehensive, valid, reliable, and objective data. The sample consists of 100 visitors who visited the Safary Milk D’Kandang Amazing Farm Depok, selected based on the Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique. The factor and simple linear regression analysis were used for the data analysis with SPSS 22.0.                The results of the study showed that product quality has a positive influence significantly contributed  to the purchase decision  at the Safary Milk D’Kandang Amazing Farm Depok (t = 11.955 > t table with a significance of 0.000 (ρ < 0.05) and that is proved by the score of R = 0.770. From the coefficient of determination, it can be concluded that the Purchase Decision is influenced by the Product Quality variable by 59.3% and the remaining 40.7% which is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Product Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Pentingnya pemahaman Sadar Wisata dan penerapan Sapta Pesona bagi masyarakat merupakan akar yang harus dimilki dalam mengembangkan suatu desa wisata berbasis masyarakat. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Wisata Sukajadi, termasuk dalam lingkup kawasan sentra pariwisata di Kabupaten Bogor. Tujuan dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat desa tentang Sadar Wisata dan Sapta Pesona sehingga diharapkan dapat menciptakan iklim yang kondusif, menumbuhkan partispasi masyarakat dalam pengembangan pariwisata di desanya. Program ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, permainan dan praktik, dihadiri oleh kelompok sadar wisata desa, kelompok ibu PKK, Karang Taruna, Ketua RT, pimpinan desa, BUMDES, dan turut dihadiri Ketua Asosiasi Desa Wisata Kabupaten Bogor pada saat praktik. Para peserta tampak sangat antusias dan gembira pada saat pembinaan, terlihat dari keaktifan para peserta dalam menjawab dan mengajukan pertanyaan.

Abstract

It is essential to use Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability (CHSE) in restaurants and hotels to support tourism in the new normal era. It is anticipated to help the community by raising awareness of the importance of cleanliness, health, safety, and environmental sustainability through socialization of the implementation of the CHSE protocol. So that hotel owners or employees are highly aware of and interested in it, and the restaurant is primarily about environmental cleanliness in order to achieve the go-green goal. The goal of this socialization is to prepare employees, guests, suppliers, vendors, contractors, and other hotel and restaurant stakeholders to return to Bogor for guest visits. The method of implementing health protocol socialization with CHSE standards () was carried out through technical guidance to employees of the restaurant receptionist and hotel concierge divisions in Bogor City, with methods of lecturing, tutorials, discussions, games, and evaluations to as many as 30 participants. The average value of participants' understanding of the CHSE aspects was 88.86 percent, indicating that all participants understood what indicators were included in the CHSE aspects, according to the results of this puzzle game.
