Abstract

Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang peran dari faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan konsumen tidak berpindah ke penyedia jasa lain. Selama ini, kepuasan pelanggan menjadi fokus strategi perusahaan, karena kepuasan pelanggan menjadi prediktor utama retensi pelanggan. Namun perlu dipahami bahwa terdapat variabel lain yang berperan memediasi kepuasan dengan retensi pelanggan, yaitu halangan berpindah. Hal ini penting sehubungan dengan sifat-sifat khusus jasa yang menyebabkan pencapaian kepuasan menjadi berfluktuasi. Halangan berpindah yang dimaksud adalah hubungan interpersonal, biaya berpindah dan daya tarik pesaing. Jika perusahaan dapat menciptakan hubungan yang baik antara pelanggan dengan karyawan, menciptakan biaya berpindah yang tinggi dengan berbagai program loyalitas dan pelanggan tidak mempunyai alternatif lain karena keunikan jasa, maka kinerja yang tidak optimalpun dapat menahan konsumen untuk tidak berpindah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kinerja karyawan yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasi. Untuk upaya meningkatkan kinerja karyawan bisa distimulus dari berbagai cara, diantaranya meningkatkan komitmen karyawan, memainkan peran kepemimpinan dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung. Lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuesioner dengan sampel 99 karyawan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) di Kota Demak. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil yang positif dan siginifikan secara parsial dari pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan, lingkungan dan komitmen pada kinerja karyawan. Disisi lain, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh pada komitmen organisasi, karena belum ada indikator kepemimpinan yang jelas untuk mempengaruhi komitmen karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan, bahwa semua hipotesis terdukung kecuali satu hipotesis yang menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan pada komitmen organisasi. This research investigates employees’ performance which is influenced by leadership, work environment and organizational commitment. Employees’ performance can be developed by giving various stimulus, for example improving employees’ commitment, enhancing the role of leader and creating suitable work environment. This study is exploratory research and questioners are used to collect data from 99 respondents who are the employees of Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Karya Niaga Demak. The result shows that leadership, work environment and commitment have positive and significant effect to performance. Meanwhile, leadership does not have significant influence to organizational commitment, it seems that there is no clear leadership indicators that can be used to influence employees’ commitment.

Abstract

Artikel ini menjelaskan tentang bagaimana perilaku komplain yang dilakukan konsumen, penyebabnya dan bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan setelah melakukan komplain. Beberapa hasil riset menyebutkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kegagalan jasa dan ketidakpuasan dengan perilaku komplain. Terdapat pengaruh antara penanganan komplain dengan loyalitas pelanggan. Terdapat pengaruh antara penanganan komplain dengan memberikan keadilan distributif,keadilan prosedural dan keadilan interaksional dengan kepuasan setelah melakukan komplian.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significance of the direct and indirect effect ofinstitutional ownership (INST), profitability (ROI), funding policy (DER), anddividend policy (Tobin?s Q) through investment opportunity (MV/BVE). Theresearch data used 21 samples of manufacturing companies listed on theIndonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2012-2016 period. Data analysisused path analysis with the help of EViews 9 and Sobel test to know the effect ofinvestment opportunity as an intervening variable. The interpretation findingsof the first line analysis model show that Profitability directly affects positivelyand significantly on Corporate Value. Whereas, based on second-line analysismodel, Funding Policy and Dividend Policy indirectly have significant effectson Corporate Value through Investment Opportunity variable. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, dukungan organisasi dan perilaku kewargaan organisasi terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi teknis Kabupaten Demak. Selain itu, studi ini juga menguji pengaruh intervensi perilakukewargaan organisasional variabel antara kepuasan kerja dan dukungan organisasi pada manfaat kinerja sumber daya manusia dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan analisis yang berguna untuk menyajikan informasi empiris tentang pengaruh kepuasan kerja, organisasi pendukung danperilaku kewargaan organisasi terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia yang dapat dipertimbangkan untuk manajemen organisasi untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia performance.To menguji hubungan antara variabel tersebut, peneliti membuat questionaers dan mendistribusikan ke 142 PNS sebagai responden . Sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Sedangkan analisis statistik dalam penelitian ini digunakan Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural dengan PLS (Partial Least Square) software.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja, dukungan organisasi, perilaku kewargaan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia, tetapi variabel perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasional tidak variabel intervening antara kepuasan kerja dan dukunganorganisasi percieved terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia.Kata kunci : kepuasan kerja, dukungan organisasi percieved, perilaku kewargaan organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia.AbstractThe objective of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, percieved organization support and organizational citizenship behavior on human resource performance in technical organization of Demak Regency. Beside of this, the study also examines the effect of interveningvariable organizational citizenship behavior between job satisfaction and percieved organiztion support on human resource performance.The benefits of this research are expected to produce an analysis that is useful to present empirical information on the influence of job satisfaction, percieved organization support and organizational citizenship behavior on human resource performance that can be consideredfor the management of organization to enhance human resource performance.To examine the relationship between those variables, the researcher make questionaers and distribute it into 142 civil servants as responden. The samples are carried out by purposive sampling. While the statistic analysis inthis research used Struktural Equation Modelling by PLS (Partial Least Square) software.The results indicate that job satisfaction, percieved organization support, organizational citizenship behavior influenced on human resource performance, but variable of organizational citizenship behavior is notintervening variable between job satisfaction and percieved organization support toward human resource performance .Key words : Job satisfaction, percieved organization support, organizational citizenship behavior influenced on human resource performance

Abstract

AbstrakInvestasi pada hakikatnya merupakan penempatan sejumlah dana pada saat ini dengan harapan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan di masa depan. Investasi selalu dikaitkan dengan pengembalian dan risiko. Investor bersedia menerima resiko yang lebih besar tapi harus dikompensasi dengan kesempatan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang juga besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis variabel makro dan mikro, mereka adalah tingkat inflasi, BI rate, nilai tukar dan rasio utang terhadap ekuitas risiko investasi dengan return on equity (ROE). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua anggota saham milik Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), sampel yang digunakan adalah 9 perusahaan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Alat analisis adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat inflasi untuk return on equity (ROE), tingkat inflasi yang signifikan terhadap risiko investasi. BI Rate yang signifikan terhadap return on equity (ROE), BI tingkat risiko investasi yang signifikan. Kurs signifikan terhadap return on equity (ROE), nilai tukar risiko investasi yang signifikan. Debt to equity ratio (DER) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER) tidak signifikan terhadap risiko investasi. Return on equity (ROE) tidak signifikan terhadap risiko investasi.Kata kunci : risiko investasi, return on equity (ROE), makro dan mikro variabel AbstractInvestment in essence is the placement of funds at this time with the hope to make a profit in the future. Investment always associated with return and risk. Investors are willing to accept greater risks but should be compensated by the opportunity to get a return which is also great. This study aims to analyze the macro and micro variables, they are inflation rate, BI rate, exchange rate and debt-to-equity ratio of the investment risk by return on equity (ROE). Population in this study are all members of the shares belonging to the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII), the sample used is 9 companies using purposive sampling techniques. The analysis tools are path analysis. The results showed no significant effect on the inflation rate to return on equity (ROE), the inflation rate significantly to investment risk. BI rate significant on return on equity (ROE), BI rate significant investment risk. Exchange rate significant on return on equity (ROE), exchange rate significant risk investment. Debt to equity ratio (DER) a significant effect on return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER) are not significant to investment risk. Abstract

This study aims to determine and calculate the score of bankruptcy using Altman model, Springateand Zmijewski. In addition, this study also aims to analyze whether there are significant differencesof these models, as well as test the effect on stock prices in the property industry companies thatgo public on the stock exchange Indonesia. Variables used in this research is the Altman Z-Score,Springate methods, methods Zmijewski, bankruptcy prediction scores and stock prices. The samplesused were 34 property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2014 period.Sampling with purposive sampling technique. In this study, researchers used a method of analysisAltman Z-score, Springate and Zmijewski to test potential bankruptcy. Furthermore, using a differenttest engineering analysis Kruskal Wallis test and test the effect of using multiple regression with thehelp of Microsoft Excel program and the social science statistical package (SPSS) 20.0 VERSION.The results showed using Altman model there are 15 industrial firms potentially bankrupt property,Springate models there are 19 companies that could potentially bankrupt, while the model Zmijewskino company that could potentially bankrupt. In addition the results showed a significant differencebetween the analysis using a model Altman, Zmijewski Springate and in assessing the company’sbankruptcy in the property industry. Then the next research results showed that no significantrelationship between scores for bankruptcy against the company’s share price on the propertyindustry.Keywords: Altman Z-score, Springate and Zmijewski, bankruptcy and stock prices.

Abstract

This research is conducted for testing the influence of debt to equity ratio, insider ownership and firm size to price book value with the dividend payout ratio as the intervening variable in the firms registered at Indonesian Capital Market in the period of 2010 through 2013.Sampling technique applied in this research is purposive sampling. The data are collected based on the publication of Indonesian Capital Market Directory and www.idx.co.id. A number of 36 sample companies out of 472 companies registered at Indonesian Capital Market are obtained. Analytictechnique applied in this research is double linier regression to obtain a thorough picture ofthe relation between one variable and the others. This research is measured by seeing the determination coefficient, statistic value of F, statistic value of t, and intervening test. Besides, classic assumption test is also conducted, involving normality, multicollinearity, auto-correlation,and heteroscedasticity tests.The analysis result shows that DER variable partially influences significantly negative to DPR, insider ownership variable partially influences significantly positive to DPR, firm size variable partially influences significantly positive to DPR, DER variable partially influences significantly negative to PBV, insider ownership variable influencessignificantly positive to PBV, firm size variable partially influences significantly positive to PBV and DPR variable partially influences significantly positive to PBV. The regression test result with intervening variable states that Dividend Policy (DPR) is not intervening variable, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable, insider ownership and firm size toward Price Book Value (PBV).Keywords: Debt to Equity Ratio, insider ownership, firm size, dividend payout ratio and price book value

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of knowledge sharing and quality of information technology on performance. In addition, this study used commitment as intervening variable to test the correlation between knowledge sharing and quality of information technology on performance. This research was conducted with survey method bydistributing questionnaires to 100 employees of the Port Operator Unit (UPP) Class III Jepara, Pati and Rembang. The Sampling was done by using simple random sampling technique for the Port Operator Unit (UPP) Class III Jepara, Pati and Rembang. Furthermore, the commitment as an intervening variable is able to mediatethe correlation on the effect of knowledge sharing and quality of information technology on performance.Keywords: Knowledge Sharing, Quality Information Technology, Commitment, Performance
