Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of Daily Release Workers - Agricultural Extension Workers (THL-TBPP) at the Implementing Agency for Agricultural, Fisheries and Forestry Extension of Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. The research was conducted at Agricultural Extension Agency, Fishery and Forestry Agency of Musi Banyuasin Regency with a total sample of 51. The method of analysis used in the research is simple linear regression, by conducting validity test, reliability test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that the compensation has a positive effect on the performance of the Relevant Force-Tenaga Bantu Penuluh Pertanian (THL-TBPP) with a relationship level of 57.8%

Abstract

AbstractThis study concerned group of Indonesian EFL learners’ perceptions regarding the use of Indonesian (L1) and English language (L2) by their teachers in the classroom. In particular, the study aimed to unravel how these learners perceived the use of their L1 and L2 during the course of English instruction in the classroom and how their perceptions might have been shaped by different aspects of “identity construction” to which they were oriented. Data were gathered through administering a questionnaire to one hundred seventy-three adult Indonesian EFL learners. Analysis of the learners’ responses suggested that they maintained different perceptions with regard to the use of their L1 and L2 and that their perceptions may be subsumed into two broad categories, each of which reflects the differences in their perceptions. Factors that might have affected the learners’ perceptions were then critically discussed in the light of identity theory in the context of L2 pedagogy. In particular, the theory suggests that different aspects of identity construction to which learners are oriented affect their perceptions of the use of theirL1 and L2 in the classroom. Further, these different aspects of identity construction may also affect how learners are likely to respond to the use of an L1 and L2 in the classroom (and beyond).Keywords: English as a foreign language (EFL), language use, identity theory in L2 pedagogy

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the implementation of standardization and certification sports Competencies. Research carried out in several places, namely at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the office of the Central KONI, and the Office of National Accreditation Institute Sport (LANKOR) This research uses descriptive method. The instrument used is in the form of guidelines for observation, interview and documentation guidelines so that the analysis of data used is descriptive and qualitative analysis. This study concludes that weak management systems implementation of standardization and certification, standardization Synergy implementing agencies, accreditation and certification are still not optimal because the functions and authority of the implementing agencies are still ambiguous. The study also concluded the lack of understanding society sports personality of the implementation of standardization, and certification Competence in sports because it is not supported by a consistent system of accreditation. Abstract

ABSTRAK Asam urat adalah salah satu penyakit yang sering terjadi pada lansia. Penanganan asam urat yang tidak tepat dapat menyebabkan kerusakan sendi yang progresif, deformitas, disabilitas, dan kematian. Adapun upaya untuk mengurangi nyeri sendi adalah dengan terapi non farmakologi dengan menggunakan berbagai macam metode seperti senam, stretching, dan pemberian latihan rentang gerak aktif. Senam ergonomik merupakan salah satu senam yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi nyeri sendi pada lansia yang menderita asam urat. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan senam ergonomik bagi penderita asam urat agar untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan dapat melakukan senam ergonomik secara mandiri di rumah agar terhindar dari kekakuan sendi yang mengakibatkan nyeri sendi. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini memberikan edukasi tentang asam urat dan senam ergonomik. Adapun penyampaian materi pengetahuan menggunakan metode ceramah dan Tanya jawab sedangkan senam ergonomik menggunakan metode demonstrasi dan simulasi. Sasaran kegiatan adalah penderita asam urat yang berusia > 40 Tahun yang terdata di Puskesmas Talang Betutu dan masuk wilayah kelurahan Talang Betutu Kota Palembang berjumlah 20 orang. Kuesioner pre-test dan post-test diberikan untuk mengevaluasi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan disertai keterampilan tentang senam egonomik bagi responden khususnya serta bagi seluruh masyarakat Kecamatan Talang Betutu Kota Palembang secara umum. Diharapkan kegiatan pengabdian dapat dikembangkan di beberapa kelurahan lainnya di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Talang Betutu dan masyarakat mampu melakukan senam ergonomik secara mandiri di rumah. Kata Kunci: Senam Ergonomik, Asam Urat, Lansia  ABSTRACT Gout is a disease that often occurs in the elderly. Improper handling of uric acid can cause progressive joint damage, deformity, disability, and death. The effort to reduce joint pain is non-pharmacological therapy using various methods such as gymnastics, stretching, and active range of motion exercises. Ergonomic gymnastics is one exercise that can be done to reduce joint pain in the elderly who suffer from gout. The purpose of this community service is to introduce ergonomic exercises for gout sufferers in order to increase knowledge and be able to do ergonomic exercises independently at home to avoid joint stiffness, which causes joint pain. The method used in this activity provides education about gout and ergonomic exercises. The delivery of knowledge material uses the lecture and question and answer methods, while ergonomic exercises use demonstration and simulation methods. The target of the activity was gout sufferers aged > 40 years who were recorded at the Talang Betutu Health Center and entered the Talang Betutu sub-district area of Palembang City, totaling 20 people. Pre-test and post-test questionnaires were given to evaluate the increase in participants' knowledge. The results obtained showed an increase in knowledge accompanied by skills about egonomic gymnastics for the respondents in particular and for the whole community of Talang Betutu District, Palembang City, in general. It is hoped that service activities can be developed in several other sub-districts in the working area of the Talang Betutu Health Center and that the community will be able to do ergonomic exercises independently at home. Keywords: Gout, Elderly, Ergonomic Exercise

Abstract

The principal is the person responsible for improving teacher performance at school. The purpose of this study was to determine the principal's leadership behavior in improving teacher performance at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District. Research using a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of documentation, observation and interviews. The research subjects were school principals and teachers. This research shows that: (1) The formulation of the principal's policy in improving the ability of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District, has made written and oral rules in accordance with the school's vision and mission by involving teachers, school objectives and school principals to formulate activities to improve teacher abilities. These results enable teachers to teach better so that students more easily understand lessons and can feel comfortable while at school and achieve a better quality of education; (2) The principal's program as a leader in improving the discipline of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District by using good communication (not rude, direct supervision, not arrogant and authoritarian), compiling a KKG program, seminars and workshops with this program show encouraging results, teachers are more disciplined so they can complete their tasks well; (3) The principal's strategy as a leader in increasing the responsibilities of teachers at MTs Al Musthofa Sani Rantau Badak, Muara Papalik District by involving all teachers and providing direct examples and (4) The factors that influence the leadership of the principal in improving teacher performance are his desire to improve school performance so that he has better performance at the Acehnese and national level. This is the main factor that influences it along with other general factors, such as: the personal condition of the school principal, school organization, external environment.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit kardiovaskular yang paling umum dan paling banyak disandang masyarakat, masalah utama tidak hanya di Indonesia tapi di Dunia, karena merupakan salah satu pintu masuk atau faktor risiko penyakit seperti jantung, gagal ginjal, diabetes, stroke (Kemenkes RI, 2019), prevalensi usia umur 45-54 tahun (45,3%), umur 55-64 tahun (55,2%). Hipertensi disebut the silent killer karena sering tidak adanya keluhan, sehingga timbul kematian. Penanganan hipertensi non farmakologis salah satunya akupunktur metode terapi dengan penusukan jarum merangsang impuls saraf parasimpatis dan pembentukan Nitric Oxide lokal, sehingga terjadi relaksasi pembuluh darah dan tekanan darah menurun. Tujuan mengetahui pengaruh terapi akupunktur terhadap tekanan darah pada pra lansia. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi experimental dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 responden yang dilakukan di Rumah Sehat Bimtama Kota Bekasi dengan melakukan 1 kali intervensi akupunktur. Hasil penelitian uji statistik ditemukan adanya terjadi penurunan tekanan darah setelah diberikan terapi akupunktur terhadap tekanan darah. Uji statistik menggunakan uji Wilcoxon menunjukan nilai (p=0,000) yang berarti nilai p<0,05 maka H0 ditolak. Simpulan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terapi akupunktur terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada pra lansia. Saran diharapkan bagi pralansia khususnya yang mengalami tekanan darah tinggi untuk melakukan akupunktur sebagai pilihan terapi non-farmakologi tanpa efek samping yang aman dan mudah untuk dilakukan dalam menurunkan tekanan darah. Kata kunci : Akupunktur, Hipertensi, Tekanan Darah.

Abstract

Tersedianya sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang andal antara lain ditandai oleh penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. SDM ini penting untuk dikembangkan di suatu Negara berkembang termasuk di Indonesia, khususnya di institusi pendidikan. Karena embrio kemajuan suatu bangsa dimulai dari sektor pendidikan. Penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan yang menandai SDM di sekolah adalah guru yang menguasai metode pembelajaran yang andal. Di antaranya metode pembelajaran yang mutakhir adalah metode dengan menggunakan audio visual. Permasalahan yang peneliti ajukan dalam penelitian ini antara lain: 1. Apa yang direncanakan dalam pembelajaran fiqih dengan menggunkan media Audio Visual di MA Al Muwazanah Gondang Plosoklaten 2. Bagaimana pengorganisasian pembelajaran fiqih dengan menggunkan media Audio Visual di MA Al Muwazanah Gondang Plosoklaten Kediri, 3.Bagaimana pengimplementasian pembelajaran fiqih dengan menggunkan media Audio Visual di MA Al Muwazanah Gondang Plosoklaten Kediri. . Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, sebagaimana arahan jenis penelitian kualitatif, maka data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis berdasar teori – teori yang diketemukan guna menarik sebuah kesimpulan yang sesuai dengan maksud diadakannya suatu penelitian tersebut. Berdasarkan pembahasan diatas, terkait dengan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode audio visual, dapat disimpulkan 1) Perencanaan. yaitu proses penetapan dan pemanfaatan sumber daya secara terpadu yang diharapkan dapat menunjang kegiataan dan upaya-upaya yang akan dilaksanakan secara efisien dan efektif dalam mencapai tujuan. 2) Pengorganisasian. Yaitu Merupakan upaya untuk menghimpun semua sumber daya yang dimiliki daerah dan memanfaatkannya secara efisien guna mencapai tujuan (goals) yang telah ditetapkan. Dalam pengorganisasian (organizing) harus pula diperhatikan adalah menentukan siapa melakukan apa (staffing). 3) Evaluasi. Yaitu suatu proses yang direncanakan untuk memporoleh data atau informasi yang di gunakan merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran, memperbaiki belajar siswa dan sejauh mana proses pencapaian pembelajaran siswa agar siswa menapai tujuan yang di harapkan oleh pendidik

Abstract

The digital era requires the world of education to adapt to learning innovations that can increase student participation and enthusiasm, especially at the elementary school level. This research was motivated by students' low interest in learning which was influenced by conventional learning methods that were less interactive. The aim of this research is to examine the effectiveness of creative learning strategies through collaboration between gamification and inquiry methods in increasing student enthusiasm for learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method carried out in one elementary school in Indonesia. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed descriptively. The research results show that the integration of gamification with inquiry methods can significantly increase students' active involvement, curiosity and enthusiasm for learning in the learning process. The use of game elements combined with independent exploration is proven to create a fun and challenging learning atmosphere. The implications of these findings show the importance of implementing innovative and contextual learning strategies to support student learning processes in the digital era. This strategy is recommended as an alternative learning method that is relevant to be widely implemented in elementary schools.

Abstract

The problem of the character of students at the basic education level such as madrasah ibtidaiyah is a serious challenge in the world of education today. The phenomenon of declining attitudes of discipline, responsibility, social concern, and rampant impolite behavior towards teachers and parents are indicators of the importance of building strong character. This study aims to examine the application of active learning strategies in the Pancasila and Rahmatan Lil Alamin (P5RA) Student Profile Strengthening project with the theme Sayuranku Sahabat Sehatku as an effort to shape the character of students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the systematic literature review (SLR) method on various relevant sources. The results of the study show that the application of active learning strategies through planting and caring for vegetables directly is able to instill character values such as responsibility, cooperation, religiosity, and concern for the environment. Active learning strategies allow students to be directly involved in the process of planning, implementing, and reflecting on learning, resulting in meaningful and contextual learning. Project based learning in P5RA activities has also proven to be effective in integrating the values of Pancasila and Islam Rahmatan Lil Alamin, making it the right means to shape the character of students as a whole.

Abstract

Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional memiliki peran penting dalam mendidik generasi Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan terkait peran pesantren dalam menghadapi tantangan Revolusi Industri 4.0. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi dari berbagai sumber tertulis, antara lain buku, jurnal, dan artikel ilmiah. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi dan penyajian data dalam bentuk uraian singkat dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesantren perlu mengadaptasi kurikulum dengan memasukkan keterampilan abad ke-21, seperti teknologi informasi dan kewirausahaan, untuk meningkatkan daya saing lulusan. Selain itu, integrasi teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan efektivitas belajar santri. Namun demikian, tantangan aksesibilitas teknologi dan kebutuhan untuk mempertahankan nilai-nilai luhur pesantren tetap menjadi perhatian utama. Kesimpulannya, pesantren harus berinovasi dan beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman tanpa kehilangan jati dirinya, sehingga dapat berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap pendidikan yang inklusif dan berkualitas di Indonesia.
