Abstract

This study aims to provide support to management in recommendations for promotion of employee promotions, with the aim of providing motivation to employees. The problem encountered at this time is the number of employees making it difficult for management to choose employees to recommend in promotions for promotions. In this research, the method used is Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) which is a fairly good method in ranking where the best alternative is the alternative that has the closest distance to the best alternative and far from the worst alternative. From the research results, it can be concluded that the A5 alternative is the best with a value of 0.748 and can be recommended in a new position promotion at the company.

Abstract

Kipas angin sudah menjadi kebutuhan umum bagi masyarakat. Hampir disetiap tempat dapat kita jumpai kipas angin dengan berbagai bentuk dan merek. Kipas angin merupakan alat bantu untuk mendinginkan sebuah ruangan mengingat kondisi Negara Indonesia merupakan negara tropis. Untuk itu kipas angin menjadi salah satu pilihan yang di minati. Adapun Air Conditioner (AC) tidak semua dapat menggunakanya mengingat harganya yang masih cukup tinggi. Kipas angin yang tesedia saat ini bermacam-macam model namun alat pengendalinya masih manual. Dimana pengguna masih harus mengatur kecepatan kipas angin agar menghasilkan suhu yang di inginkan dengan cara memutar atau memencet beberapa tombol yang telah tersdia pada kipas angin. Ada pula beberapa kipas angin yang sudah menggunakan remot sebagai pengendalinya. Berdasarkan hal ini maka penulis tertarik membuat sebuah alat pengendali kipas angin secara otomatis. Alat ini memanfaatkan sensor suhu jenis DHT11, LCD Display serta web. Sensor DHT11 di hubungkan ke Arduino Uno sebagai pengendalinya serta LCD Display sebagai output untuk menampilakan kecepatan putaran kipas angin dan suhu yang dihasilkan. Hal ini nantinya dapat mempermudah pengeloala dalam mengendalikan kipas angin

Abstract

A salesperson is someone who makes direct sales to consumers. Salespeople are the most important people in marketing the company's products. In this study, the aim is to select the best salespeople who can be compensated for the results of their performance. The method used in selecting the best salesman uses Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) contained in the decision support system (DSS). The results of the study on 15 salespeople obtained the best sales results with a value of 0.28.

Abstract

Mixed learning methodologies have been disputed in terms of educational quality when it comes to self-study. Educators face specific challenges when making hybrid learning work since they must adjust to teaching while also strengthening their technological abilities. The blended learning paradigm, which is commonly adopted in many educational institutions, can produce a slew of issues for students. The goal of this essay is to gather thoughts about distance learning based on social media comments. This study creates a classification model using Twitter tweet data by assessing public perceptions and acceptance of the mixed learning model. The findings of examining thoughts regarding this model include categorizing tweets as favorable or unfavorable using the Twitter sentiment analysis approach. The results revealed an almost equal polarization of positive and negative sentiments, with 44.51 percent positive and 45.80 percent negative. More research can be done to analyze attitudes not just on Twitter but also on other social media platforms to improve public opinion accuracy about mixed learning in a pandemic crisis.

Abstract

Abstract

Economic actors tend to be faced with intense competition. One of the economic actors in the cooperative movement, every aspect of the cooperative is an important thing that must be understood by every member of the joint so that it can be adequately developed; one of the credit cooperatives in the city of Palembang whose existence is running very well is a harmonious credit cooperative, with the number of members in 2020 as many as 12,555 people. One of the work programs in fostering its members is the provision of basic course materials for new members. This is the basis for the implementation of service, which aims to increase the knowledge and understanding of cooperative members so that they know their rights and obligations as members of harmonious credit cooperatives. The method used in this service is the lecture method directly to the trainees, and by providing material to cooperative members in the form of knowledge of the rights and obligations as members of cooperatives and the legal basis for managing cooperatives, then an evaluation is carried out after the provision of material is completed based on the review. The results of this service show significant differences in members' knowledge before and after training. This is following the set output by increasing and understanding cooperative members about their rights and obligations. It is hoped that by contributing to the Palembang City Cooperative Credit Cooperatives, they will be able to improve the welfare of these members and their families.--- Pelaku ekonomi  dihadapkan pada kompetisi yang sengit dalam persaingan global. salah satu pelaku ekonomi itu merupakan koperasi tiap pandangan dalam koperasi ialah perihal yang berarti yang wajib dipahami oleh setiap anggota koperasi agar dapat dikembangkan dengan baik, salah satu koperasi kredit di kota palembang yang eksistensinya  berjalan sangat baik adalah koperasi kredit rukun, dengan jumlah anggota  tahun 2020 sebanyak 12.555 orang dan salah satu program kerja dalam pembinaan anggotanya adalah pemberian materi kursus dasar bagi anggota baru. Perihal inilah yang jadi bawah penerapan dedikasi yang bermaksud buat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman anggota koperasi agar mengetahui hak dan kewajiban sebagai anggota koperasi kredit rukun. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini dengan metode ceramah dan  diskusi  secara langsung pada peserta pelatihan dan dengan memberi materi kepada anggota koperasi berupa pengetahuan  hak dan kewajban  sebagai anggota koperasi serta dasar hukum pengelolaan koperasi,  kemudian dilakukan evaluasi setelah pemberian materi selesai berdasarkan evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini  ada perbandingan wawasan yang penting pada badan saat sebelum serta setelah pelatihan. Perihal ini cocok dengan terget luaran yang detetapkan berbentuk kenaikan dan pemahaman anggota koperasi terhadap hak dan kewajibannya dan diharapkan dengan berkontribusi terhadap koperasi kredit rukun kota palembang mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota tersebut berserta keluarganya.

Abstract

Waste management that is not integrated well causes a lack of public interest in disposing of garbage in its place. The impact caused can disrupt the health and cleanliness of the environment. Environmental cleanliness is an important thing that must be considered, a clean environment makes us feel serene and comfortable so it is very important to grow awareness in maintaining environmental cleanliness by disposing of garbage in its place. The method used in this study is the design of the tool, with the needs of analysis, field circuit, tool making, testing and analysis tools. It needs innovation in today's hygiene system technology, one of which is making automatic trash cans to be more efficient in its use. By utilizing technology in its controlling system. A microcontroller-based automatic trash can be made to open and close the box automatically by using the Distance Sensor Control (Ultrasonic) and the servo motor function as the drive cap automatically. Automatic trash can with a microcontroller-based ultrasonic sensor can detect movements with a distance of 30 cm after it automatically servo open the garbage box lid, and delay for 5 seconds

Abstract

Single Tuition Scholarship (UKT) is a grant provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) to universities, both State Universities (PTN) and Private Universities (PTS). This aims to help underprivileged people so they can get education in higher education, both PTN and PTS. The large number of UKT recipient participants overwhelmed the University and made the decision not objective. For this reason, it is necessary to have a decision support system (SPK) in order to help deal with these problems. There are many methods that can be used in SPK including the MOORA method, WASPAS, TOPSIS, SAW, WPS and many more. In this study, researchers tried to compare two methods between the WASPAS method and the MOORA method in determining UKT scholarship recipients. There are five criteria for selecting recipients of UKT assistance, namely parents' income, electricity bills, water bills, land and building taxes and family expenses. The results of this study were students who got the first rank with the WASPAS method, namely 4,152 and students with the MOORA method, namely 3,218. This shows that these students are entitled to receive UKT grants

Abstract

Along with the times like today, with the existence of technology, public awareness of environmental cleanliness is very low, especially for disposing of garbage. But thanks to advances in science and technology, it can encourage people to overcome the various problems they face. One of them is microcontroller technology which plays an important role in the field of human life. There is a package of robots with these four functions, namely, line-following robots, tracker robots, arm robots and waste sorting robots as organic and inorganic waste sorting robots, so as to reduce the accumulation of waste in the room. With this robot, the work of conventional garbage collection by humans can be lighter, of course, more accurate, especially in separating two types of waste, namely organic and inorganic types of waste. The purpose of this research is to design and build a package of robots with four functions namely, line following robot, tracker robot, arm robot and waste sorting robot. Which later can work as a robot sorting organic and inorganic waste. So that it can reduce the accumulation of garbage in the room. The results of testing the HCSR04 sensor can detect less than 10cm, Inductive Proximity sensors can detect less than 2mm, Capacitive Proximity sensors can detect less than 4 mm, testing 4 Servo Motors can function properly in one circuit, and testing DC Motor works in supply voltage 9v normally
