Abstract

This research investigates the influence of Celebrity Endorsement towards Purchase Decisions by bringing up celebrity worship behaviors. This research raised the Blackpink endorsement program at Tokopedia as the study case. Quantitative method used in this study to analyze the data using Structural Equation Model analysis. The questionnaire was distributed by using Google Form and spread to West Java as the targeted respondents. The sample size of this study is 581 respondents who are following and like Blackpink and use Tokopedia. This research was analyzed through Smart-PLS 3.0. This Researxh found that Celebrity worship as the Independent variable becomes the factor to influence Celebrity Endorsement. The result showed Celebrity endorsement is significantly influenced Purchase Decisions and Brand Awareness. As the first study that combines purchase decisions and celebrity worship variables in the construct. This research uses Blackpink's endorsement on Tokopedia as a study case.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan kecerdasan kewirausahaan antara mahasiswa yang ingin memiliki motivasi bisnis dan mahasiswa yang tidak memiliki motivasi bisnis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Strategi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah komparatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan pada sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 186 orang secara online (melalui google form). Kuesioner mencakup motivasi bisnis dan kecerdasan kewirausahaan. Data dianalisis dengan teknik uji t untuk menemukan perbedaan antara 2 kelompok yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada tingkat kesalahan 0,05 terdapat perbedaan kecerdasan kewirausahaan antara mahasiswa yang memiliki motivasi bisnis dan mahasiswa yang tidak memiliki motivasi bisnis. Kecerdasan kewirausahaan mahasiswa yang memiliki motivasi bisnis lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan mahasiswa yang tidak memiliki motivasi bisnis.Kata kunci: Kecerdasan kewirausahaan, motivasi bisnis.ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is comparing student’s entrepreneurial intelligence between students who want to be business man/woman and students who don’t want to be business man/woman. This research uses quantitative method. Comparative strategy is using in this research. The data collected by questionnaire that give to sample of this research (186 students) by online way (google form). The questionnaire consists of business motivation and entrepreneurial intelligence. The data analyzed by t-test to find the different between 2 groups. The result of this research show that in alpha of 0,05 there are differences entrepreneurial intelligence between students who want to be business man/woman and students who don’t want to be business man/woman. Entrepreneurial intelligence of students who want to be business man/woman are higher than students who don’t want to be business man/woman.Keywords: Entrepreneurial intelligence, business motivation.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship ecosystem development is new concept to support entrepreneurship education in higher education institution. The objective of this research is to analyze the relevance between entrepreneurship education and university environment to encoura ge student entrepreneurial intention in higher education institution. Higher education institution is university or higher institution in West Java, Indonesia, that have business faculty or entrepreneurship subject in their study of program, also supportin g by conducive environment that liven up entrepreneurial activity. The population of the research are students in University/Institution in surrounding West Java Area that already learned entrepreneurship subject and operated business simulation in real wo rld. Quantitative method by survey is used for this research. Data collection is using questionnaire with likert scale 1 - 7. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) is use to analyze data to justify the significancy of the model. The novelty of this research is to see the relationship between entrepreneurial education and campus environment toward student entrepreneurial motivation and intention as one holistic system that influence each other. Also, the results of this research can be used to development repreneurial higher education institution ecosystem model in Indonesia

Abstract

In the light of COVID-19 outbreak, the tourism industry has affected the most with a loss in visitor both in local and foreign. The popularity of village tourism has increased as it can significantly boost the local and regional economies. This study is a explatorary research with descriptive analysis approach takes the form of community service activity program that based on a penta-helix structure and featured a strategic steering stakeholder with the representatives from academics, volunteers, businesspeople, and local resident from Cikadu, Tanjung Lesung. This paper intend to identify the stakeholders involved and increase their knowledge towards penta-helix model in village to rbuild restart tourism. This study found that not all tourism stakeholders in Cikadu village aware of the penta-helix model due to a lack of synergy in maximizing their roles. However, the workshop program giving a positive response from tourism village stakeholder and they are capable using a cooperative strategy between the community and stakeholders to manage tourism during a pandemic. The Penta helix instilled both knowledge and a fervor for tourist village development in participants.
