Abstract

Product transportationforcrude palm oil is a complex problem. The complexity is caused by the spread of the location of the oil palm plantationsand mills, the current and potential transportation network, the capacity constraint of each oil factory, the perishable characteristics of the product, the limited of port and port capacity which also depends on their geographical location and the supply fluctuation from plantationsto the factories due to their age. This paper will give an alternative solution which has not yet discussed in the earlier publications by providing a decision alternative related to product transportation from oil mills to ports using GIS based network analyst. The solution is a decision support system that integrate GIS and shortest path model. Spatial decision support system which has built have the capability to accomodate transportation network condition to find the best path from oil mills to the portswhich can be used for further decision making. This research shows that the short distance is not always as the fastest path and the lowest cost due to the condition of the network. The selection of development strategy in CPO agroindustry and the improvement of transportation infrastructures will be able to improve the performance of CPO industry significantly.

Abstract

Religion is something that is attached to human life and is a primary human need for a sense of peace through a spiritual path. However, in the process, things often happen that are outside of the dignity of religion, which should give a sense of peace, but instead create a sense of fear and disharmony. This is inseparable from the behavior of religious followers who often act outside the orders of their respective religions even though it has been clearly stated in their holy books. Hinduism seeks to provide a real picture of taking preventive action against things like this by instilling the values of religious moderation. So the purpose of this study is to provide a perspective on how Hindus view moderate religious life. The writing of this research uses a qualitative approach that is oriented towards the method of philosophical hermeneutics in supporting all the information in this research. This is reflected in the holy Upaniṣad texts that a tolerant and moderate life is by holding positive-sum games and eliminating zero-sum games. This effort is based on the mahāvākya in Hinduism, namely Tat Tvam Asi and Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. Hinduism initiated the concept of Tat Twam Asi as an understanding that religious life must be based on a sense of belonging to one another. This feeling is fostered through determination, attitude, behavior and actions which assume that all beings are an inseparable unit. Apart from the Tat Twam Asi concept, the Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam concept is also important to implement. This gives understanding to all individuals to understand that all beings are family. So like family and relatives must respect and respect each other. These two concepts form the basis of moderate religious life from the perspective of Hinduism through the arguments in the sacred Upaniṣad literature.AbstrakAgama adalah hal yang lekat dengan kehidupan manusia dan menjadi kebutuhan primer manusia akan rasa damai melalui jalan spiritual. Abstract

This study aims to identify risks arising in housing construction projects, particularly those related to budget overruns, and to develop mitigation strategies to ensure that projects run according to plan in terms of cost, time, and resources. The methods used are the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) to map the project stages from initiation to closure, and the House of Risk (HoR) to identify risk events and risk agents. The novelty of this study lies in the development of difficulty analysis in HoR, which focuses on three main aspects —cost, time, and resources — that have not been explicitly described in previous studies. The results show that the project experienced a cost increase from IDR 150 million to IDR 165 million due to dominant risks, including misinterpretation of design drawings, fluctuations in material prices, and work delays. Through HoR analysis, priority risks were successfully identified, and mitigation strategies were developed in the form of team training to improve design understanding, control of material usage, and the implementation of contingency planning. This research contributes academically by modifying the HoR method with difficulty analysis based on cost, time, and resources, and integrating it with PMLC. It also provides practical guidance to contractors and project managers on anticipating and managing risks more effectively, thereby improving cost efficiency, timeliness, and resource optimization in housing construction projects.

Abstract

The ongoing energy crisis underscores the pressing need for more efficient energy utilization, particularly in the transportation sector. In this regard, the shift from conventional fossil fuels to electric vehicles (EVs) is essential for achieving both environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. Several developing countries, including Indonesia, have introduced regulations to promote EV adoption. However, electric motorcycle sales remain stagnant due to persistently low adoption rates. The primary challenge lies in the limited success of commercialization efforts, which continues to hinder broader market penetration in Indonesia. This study aims to identify research opportunities that can support the commercialization of EVs in Indonesia and to explore the push and pull factors influencing this process. An exploratory approach is employed, incorporating bibliometric analysis using R 4.3.1, a scoping literature review, and in-depth interviews with EV experts. The bibliometric analysis highlights the considerable development potential of electric motorcycle commercialization. From in-depth interviews with eleven experts, forty-four influencing factors were identified: twenty-nine of which are newly emerging factors, and fifteen are already established in the literature. Among these, four pull factors were confirmed, while twelve push factors were consistently highlighted by the experts. “Inexpensive product price for consumers” emerged as the most dominant pull factor in accelerating electric motorcycle commercialization, whereas the provision of incentives was the most frequently emphasized push factor driving supportive commercialization policies.

Abstract

Microteaching, as a core component in teacher education, plays an essential role in preparing prospective teachers to develop professional teaching competencies. However, in the Educational Technology Study Program at FKIP Palangka Raya University, immersive-based learning media such as Augmented Reality (AR) have not yet been applied. This study aims to conduct a needs analysis to examine the feasibility and potential of AR in microteaching practice. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews involving 60 students and 9 educators. Quantitative data were analyzed using percentage formulas, while qualitative data from interviews were thematically interpreted to capture educators’ perspectives. The findings show that 75% of educators considered the use of AR in microteaching very important, while 53.8% of students rated it as important. Interviews further revealed that AR is perceived as an engaging medium to enrich learning experiences, although financial limitations remain a major challenge. Despite these constraints, both educators and students demonstrated strong interest in adopting AR to make microteaching more interactive, enjoyable, and effective in enhancing cognitive abilities and learning outcomes. This study highlights the importance of needs analysis as a foundation for developing AR-based learning media in microteaching and provides insights for future design and implementation in teacher education programs.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Government Regulation No. 36 of 2023 on the financial structure of PT X, a coal mining company in Indonesia, and explores how the company can optimize its capital structure to adapt to the new regulation requiring exporters to deposit 30% of their export proceeds into a special account for a minimum of three months. The research uses a quantitative approach with financial modeling, supported by qualitative interviews with PT X’s finance team and management. The study aims to analyze the company's financial condition before and after the implementation of the regulation, focusing on sales, costs, and liquidity. It also utilizes linear programming optimization with Microsoft Excel's Solver to minimize capital costs and maximize company value. The results indicate a significant shift in PT X's capital structure, with increased debt in 2023 due to the need for short-term financing to comply with the new regulation. The optimization model helps reduce the company’s reliance on debt and improves its financial ratios, such as current ratio and debt-to-equity ratio. This study provides practical insights for stakeholders in managing financial decisions under regulatory constraints and contributes to the broader understanding of capital structure optimization in the mining sector.
