Abstract

Media sosial mengalami perkembangan sangat pesat dengan isi (konten) yang beragam mulai dari informasi yang positif sampai negatif, yang benar sampai yang tidak benar, bahkan berita bohong (hoax). Ada juga konten yang tidakpenting alias tidak mendidik bahkan bisa membawa ke hal yang tidak baik bagi pembacanya, seperti konten pornografi dan kekerasan. Menjelang Pemilu saat ini juga ada konten yang isinya menjelekkan pihak lawan atau yang biasadisebut dengan black campaign atau kampanye hitam. Hal tersebut menjadi perhatian utama dari PKM ini. Dengan target sasaran remaja, walaupun tidak tertutup orang dewasa yang dituntut untuk terus mengawasi anak-anak mereka,PKM ini dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh ide bagaimana merancang konten yang edukatif di media sosial. Dari 19 (Sembilan belas) peserta yang hadir pada PPM kali ini ternyata mampu memberikan ide konten yang bersifat edukatif,yaitu konten mengenai Kampanye Lingkungan dan Kampanye Pemilu yang Positif. Intinya sebagai pengguna mereka pun mampu berkontribusi dalam memberikan ide konten yang baik yang bersifat mendidik, artinya bisa memberikan hal positif kepada para penggunanya.

Abstract

Kasus pelecehan seksual di dunia maya dari tahun ke tahun jumlahnya semakin bertambah. Pelecehan daring paling banyak berasal dari aplikasi sosial media yakni sebanyak 66%, sedangkan 22% berasal dari kolom komentar. Seperti yang dialami oleh Via vallen, yang mendapatkan pelecehan seksual yang berupa seduction, yakni rayuan seksual, sensual yang diucapkan secara senonoh.  Keberanian Via vallen yang mengungkap kasus yang dialaminya di media sosial, justru menuai victim blaming. Sebagai korban Via justru banyak disalahkan oleh netizen. Penelitian ini mencoba memetakan Victim Blaming yang dialami oleh Via Vallen atas kasus pelecehan seksual yang menimpanya, berdasarkan komentar netizen dari instagram yang dimuat oleh akun gosip @lambeturah. Penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan netnografi, yakni mencoba memahami tipe dari relasi sosial pada instagram. Hasil kajian menunjukkan, bahwa masih banyak netizen yang melakukan victim blaming atas kasus pelecehan seksual yang menimpa Via Valen. Kata kunci: victim blaming, via vallen, netnografi, pelecehan seksual AbstractCases of sexual abuse in cyberspace are increasing from year to year. Most online harassment comes from social media applications, namely as much as 66%, while 22% comes from the comments column. As experienced by Via vallen, who get sexual harassment in the form of seduction, namely sexual, sensual seduction spoken profusely. Courage Via vallen which revealed her case on social media, it even resulted in victim blaming. As a Via victim, many are blamed by netizens. This research tries to map Victim Blaming experienced by Via Vallen over sexual abuse cases that happened to him, based on comments from netizens from Instagram that were loaded by gossip accounts @ lambeturah. Research using a netnographic approach, namely trying to understand the type of social relations on Instagram. The results of the study show that there are still many netizens who victimize blaming over cases of sexual abuse that afflict Via Valen. Keywords: victim blaming, via vallen, netnography, sexual abuse

Abstract

This research concentrates on the realm of television studies as an institution, to find out how the strategy of the iNews Siang news program is in maintaining news broadcast programs ahead of ASO 2022. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The object of this research study is the iNEWS Afternoon program ahead of the Migration policy of Analog TV broadcasts to Digital TV broadcasts or Analog Switch Off (ASO). The problems in this study are dissected by analyzing how the strategy of the iNews Siang news program is in maintaining the news broadcast program ahead of ASO 2022, data collection techniques are applied to support information by conducting observations, interviews, and documents. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategy for the INEWS Siang news program in maintaining the news broadcast program ahead of ASO 2022, through the pre-production, production and postproduction stages observed as one unit in a series of program strategies. Participatory observation methods, interviews and literature on the news department, Morrisan's program strategy theory were built as a framework for the approach. The results obtained are iNews TV station programming strategy, especially in the iNews Afternoon Towards ASO 2022 program in broadcasting television broadcast programs to digital so that they can reach all audiences throughout Indonesia. Therefore, there are programs broadcast by the iNews Siang program in preparation for or ahead of ASO 2022. ASO stands for Analog Switch Off. The policy of discontinuing Analog TV broadcasts to be subsequently transferred to digital TV broadcasts is known as Analog Switch Off (ASO). Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance digital literacy and content creation skills among students of SMAN 1 Cimarga, Lebak, Banten, through the production of educational videos on the YouTube platform. The initiative addresses the limited use of digital media as an educational tool within the school environment. Conducted offline in April 2025, the program involved lecturers and students from Universitas Mercu Buana using a participatory and experiential learning approach. The training covered scripting, basic videography, video editing, and content distribution via the school’s YouTube channel. The results indicated a significant improvement in students' understanding of content production and increased confidence in expressing educational messages through digital media. Tangible outcomes included published educational videos, digital training modules, and a scientific article for dissemination. Collaboration with the school and support from the local education office contributed to the program's success. This initiative demonstrates that YouTube-based educational content creation can be an effective strategy to empower students as digital content creators with educational purpose.
